As a therapist, I welcome all the doubts that you may have about engaging in the therapeutic process. Therapy is a partnership, meaning I will be there to motivate and challenge you to arrive at the desired outcome. Most of my career has had a focus on working with individuals who suffer from dual diagnosis, trauma, and poor coping skills. Each treatment plan is developed personally for each individual meeting their own personal needs. I also have a passion for working with those suffering from burnout in the workplace and those seeking personal self-care plans. Many Black men carry responsibility, emotion, and expectation without having a space to process what they’re carrying. Over time, this can show up as stress, anger, anxiety, or feeling worn down. I provide individual therapy for Black men and for adolescents who need a space where they are understood. I also help parents and caregivers — especially those raising Black and Brown boys and families in blended or co-parenting systems — build clarity, connection, and consistent discipline. My approach is relational, culturally informed, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen your family system.
If you have experienced trauma, you may find it very difficult to trust new people. And many people who have trauma may also have fears about feeling judged, or rejected. It can even feel hard to trust your own mind. I'll work to create an emotionally safe place for you to tackle the things you feel are getting in the way of being able to live a fulfilling life, and to get the help that you need.
Helping people to get better is a big part of my life. I want everyone who sits across from me to feel accepted, included and unjudged. I try my best to approach life with empathy and humor. And I hope I bring that into every therapy session.

First of all I’m a veteran and retired from the US Army. I have been a therapist for 8 years and have experience working with multiple modalities and almost all diagnoses at some point. I am also a Reiki and do holistic healing. I want to help others whether it’s building self confidence or dealing with trauma nothing is too small or too big to be treated.
Is life feeling heavy right now? Does it feel like the harder you try, the more lost you become?
When navigating a major life transition—like a recent loss, an empty nest, a career shift, or an ending relationship—your mind tries to think its way through the change, but your nervous system carries the actual burden. If you have spent months talking about your stress in therapy but your body still feels exhausted, anxious, or stuck, somatic work may be the missing piece.
I provide a warm, gentle space specializing in somatic (body-centered) therapy and mindfulness for women experiencing:
The heavy, physical ache of deep burnout and grief
A constant tightness in the chest or unshakeable fatigue
Feeling completely disconnected from your own body
We won’t just analyze your overwhelm; we will work together to help your body safely release it.
You don’t have to navigate this threshold alone. Let’s help you breathe a little deeper and feel truly grounded again.
Please Note: I believe healing burnout starts with modeling it. I deliberately limit my client slots so I can show up with total clinical presence, depth, and intention—giving you a calm, grounded space to slow down and heal.
I am licensed in Florida with over 22 years of Clinical Mental Health & Wellness experience. Hello and welcome, I'm Ericka, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting people whose work—and often their identity—is centered on caring for others, until somewhere along the way they've lost sight of themselves.
As both a therapist and clinical leader, I've spent years supporting the people others rely on most. I've learned that the people who seem strongest are often carrying the heaviest burdens, and too often, capable people mistake surviving for living.
Whether your goal is to leave work at work, sleep through the night, stop feeling guilty for resting, or simply feel like yourself again, we'll work together to help you reconnect with the person beneath all the responsibility.
Because the people everyone depends on deserve someone they can depend on, too.

Welcome! My name is Corina and I hold a license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I went to school at Palm Beach Atlantic University for both my undergrad and masters education. Palm Beach Atlantic University is a Christian University and I feel grateful to have attended this school as it has created the person I am today. I believe that my faith has developed me into the counselor I am today and I function with that mentality in counseling. I have been working in the counseling field for 8 years and have been licensed for 4 of those years. I have worked with an array of issues not limited to family conflict, relationship issues, communication, drugs and alcohol, anger, stress, coping skills and many other life issues.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a modality that I primarily work with and at times borrows from other modalities when it is fit. My goal is to build a real, raw and positive relationship while being compassionate and empathetic. I will be sensitive but also direct in my efforts to help you find solutions to your current and/or past issues. I also believe that incorporating the use of coping skills, boundaries and communication will increase the quality of life as well as the quality of relationships.
I believe all interactions are the beginning of potential flourishing relationships. With that said, I think that as we grow in counselor and client relationships, this very relationship will better help you with your relationships with family, friends and co-workers.
I am excited to meet you and to work with you as you learn new ways to live your very best life! Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey.

Hello! I’m Dr. Thuydy (pronounced "Tweety"), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist, and Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating intimacy challenges, compulsive sexual behaviors, trauma, and relationship concerns. My doctoral research focused on trauma-informed treatment for compulsive sexual behaviors, which I bring into my clinical work with compassion, respect, and a nonjudgmental approach.
I understand how difficult it can feel to navigate disconnection, conflict, or shame, especially when intimacy, sexuality, or past trauma are involved. My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, shame-resilient, and inclusive. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients from all backgrounds feel respected and supported, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, engage in kink or BDSM, or practice consensual non-monogamy or polyamory.
Together, we'll explore your unique experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical tools for resilience, communication, and self-compassion. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, somatic interventions, and shame resilience principles to create a personalized path toward healing, connection, and lasting growth.
I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist. Feeling safe, understood, and supported makes real healing possible.
I work with young adults healing from childhood trauma and PTSD, and with individuals navigating major life changes related to medical conditions or aging. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practices to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and regain a sense of control.
Therapy isn’t about “just getting over it.” It’s about making sense of your experiences and learning how to move forward in a way that feels right for you. If you’re ready to start, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Hello, I’m Cruz Rodriguez a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm a bilingual clinician with specialized training in various therapeutic modalities. I have provided therapy to adults impacted adversely by adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, maladaptive behaviors, severe mental illness, substance abuse, and/or family conflicts.
My therapeutic style is person-centered and cognitive-behavioral, providing a non-judgmental environment where you could feel free to explore the issues impacting your existence. It’s through this exploration that I have witness many individuals become empowered by acquiring coping mechanism that allows them to improve their wellbeing and achieve goals in life.
Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.

I specialize in working with concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, codependency, parenting, relationships, and trauma—and my goal is always to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can begin.
My name is Chiquita and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my BS in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I’ve been working in the counseling field since 2012. I work with all ages especially teens and adults in areas such as anger management, anxiety, low self-esteem, school and peer issues, communication, ADHD and more. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and person centered therapy to assist clients with better functioning in their everyday lives. I listen to my clients and their needs to gain an understanding of their perspectives and presenting issues. The way I tailor sessions depends on the particular client, issues, and needs. Different clients require different methods. I am open, honest, empathetic and non-judgmental, but also tell it like it is.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Tampa Bay. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Florida in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with students and families in Hillsborough County Public Schools for nearly 10 years.
My experience has allowed me to support individuals and families through a variety of challenges, and I specialize in trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and helping individuals navigate ADHD in everyday life. I believe that everyone has strengths they can build upon, and I enjoy helping clients recognize those strengths while developing practical strategies to feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.
I am a therapist who is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, and I value meeting each person exactly where they are in their journey. My approach is client-centered and grounded in openness, authenticity, and respect, while also incorporating gentle challenge when it feels helpful for growth. I believe therapy works best when there is honest communication and a strong therapeutic connection, and I strive to ensure our work together feels meaningful, aligned, and tailored to your unique goals.
