Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. Whether you are exploring therapy for yourself or as a couple, for the first time or returning to it, let us acknowledge the courage and humility it takes to seek support outside of yourself - a powerful step toward healing, growth, and change. You may be navigating stress, loss, disconnection, conflict, anger, depression, anxiety, a difficult event, or living with trauma. You may already have insight into your challenges and are looking for the right support to nudge you forward. You are here.
I have been a mental health service provider since 2004, after earning my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I'm currently pursuing a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, where my research focuses on relational resonance, relationships, and reconciliation in conflict resolution. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness, Interpersonal, Humanistic and Client-Centered, Psychodynamic therapeutic modalities, among others. While theory and technique are crucial, I believe the heart of therapy lies in genuine human connection.
I sit with you. I listen to understand your unique lived experiences. I support you. Through questioning, you are guided to the answers you seek; with your permission, I offer different perspectives and encouragement as you do the meaningful work of change.
We build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, honesty, and collaboration. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path to greater well-being.

Hi there! I'm Dorian.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida - a Jax native with a recent move south to the Space Coast. I received my Masters of Social Work from Florida State University in 2014 focusing on clinical social work.
I approach therapy with flexibility and adaptability, focusing on what will best align with you, the client. But, of note, I do so very casually, honestly, conversationally, and course, hilariously (the latter, though subjective, has been confirmed. By me.) . Opening yourself up to therapy can be intimidating! A bit scary! But there's no requirement stating you must dread it.
Through my views on mental health, self help, and all kinds of therapy - combined with, well, my personality - it seems that I've become adept at a sort of "stealth therapy." Admittedly self-defined, I'd best explain this by saying that sessions are conversational, instead of a "traditional" therapist-role to client-role back and forth.
Just kidding. But, I approach therapy in a way I . I don't speak in riddles, and I won't pretend that I know you better than you know you. I listen, I hear your words -- your input has value and I will never dismiss you or your concerns.
Hello, and welcome! My name is LaToya Davis, M.A., LMHC, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with over 16 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and addiction, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and emotional wellness. My goal is to help clients gain insight into the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical tools to create lasting, meaningful change.
I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Building a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, empathy, and respect is one of my highest priorities. I strive to meet each client where they are in their journey, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and that meaningful growth occurs at an individual pace.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. Together, we will identify your unique strengths, increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward achieving the goals that matter most to you. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, recovering from difficult life experiences, working through relationship concerns, or simply seeking greater balance and personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
Hi, I'm Dr. V,
Helping you develop, achieve and maintain a sense of control, balance and momentum in your life...in a sustainable sense (meaning that it lasts), is my passion. I try to do this by providing an environment where you can feel seen, supported and challenged constructively.
You are no stranger to pressure, but when stress, anxiety, or self-doubt start running the show, it’s time to take back control. I help people like you break free from the mental roadblocks that are holding you back, whether it’s overthinking, burnout, or performance anxiety.
Together, we’ll identify the root of your challenges and create a game plan that works for your mind and body. My approach is holistic, blending mental performance strategies with mindfulness to help you build resilience, confidence, and a stronger connection with yourself.
I’m here to guide, challenge, and support you every step of the way.
I am a licensed mental health therapist that believes in the power of choice and truth. My hope is to help others discover the best versions of themselves. This is by looking at the problem from a can do perspective. The idea is to look at the strengths you've gained given the life you have lived. Then we are able to take those strengths and utilize them in areas where one might not feel as strong. It's about the ability to speak your truth into existence without fear of how it will be received. This is by building up the self-esteem and/or confidence that you can indeed resolve whatever issues may come your way.
You are not alone and here is a safe space!
Greetings! I am Roosevelt Badger, LCSW, and I am passionate about helping individuals, and families enhance their lives and achieve meaningful recovery! I believe in using person-centered approaches and evidence-based interventions to provide the support you need in a way that feels tailored and effective for you. I continue to adopt innovative strategies and implement the latest therapeutic approaches to deliver treatment. I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship should be free of judgment and meet you exactly where you are in your journey. My goal is to help you heal, grow, and reach your full potential!
I am glad you are considering embarking on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery with me. In my counseling practice, I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Whether you are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or transitions in your life, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I offer a safe and compassionate environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to empower you to explore your experiences, gain insight into your emotions, and develop practical strategies to navigate life's challenges.
I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and strength-based approaches, among others. This allows me to tailor services to meet your unique needs and preferences, ensuring that you receive the best possible care. I also offer select holidays and weekend sessions to those busy 9-5ers!
Your journey is important to me, and I recognize that seeking help is a significant step toward positive change. I am here to listen, guide, and offer support as you work toward achieving your goals and enhancing your well-being.
I’m a direct, honest therapist who believes real change happens when we stop pretending things are fine. I work especially well with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, over-functioning, or putting others’ needs before their own. I help clients develop healthier boundaries, strengthen self-worth, and create relationships that feel more balanced and authentic. I understand the tug-of-war between wanting relief and wanting control — and how exhausting it is to live in that space.
I also get how hard it is to find balance in a world that moves too fast and demands too much. If you’re tired of surface-level fixes, quick advice, or being told what you should do, we’ll probably work well together. I’m not a quick-fix or band-aid therapist. My goal is to help you slow things down, get honest, and reconnect with your truth — not the version of you shaped by pressure, expectations, or survival mode.
Painful experiences often lead people to develop protective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies may appear as perfectionism, emotional avoidance, anger toward loved ones, or repeated involvement in unhealthy relationships. While they can offer temporary relief, they often create disconnection from oneself and others, contributing to feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their sense of self worth and process traumatic experiences that contribute to insecure attachment and unhelpful patterns. I believe that although emotional wounds often occur within relationships, healing also takes place through safe and supportive connection. With compassion, courage, and a willingness to explore difficult experiences, meaningful and lasting change is possible. Healing can happen, and there is always hope.

Welcome! I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. If you're here, I want you to know that you're not alone and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself. I'm someone who believes in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe that therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can breathe, think, and be real, not a clinical checklist. I believe you deserve a space where you don't have to pretend, perform, or be "put together". Therapy with me is about helping you feel safe enough to be your real, unfiltered self. The parts that feel strong and the parts that feel messy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and for over 6 years I've helped adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. A lot of the people that I work with are tired of wearing masks- the "strong one", the "fun one", the "reliable one". Underneath, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or disconnected from who they used to be. I help create a space where you can take those masks off without fear. You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. Together, we'll work through what you're carrying and build tools that feel realistic and fit your real life. If you're tired of pretending and ready for a space where you can just be real, I'd love to support you.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling judged, rushed, or pressured to have everything figured out.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, burnout, and difficulties with self-esteem. My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. We won't just talk about what's happening in your life; we'll work to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and develop tools to help you move forward.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I bring a systems-oriented perspective to individual therapy. I help clients explore how their relationships, upbringing, experiences, and beliefs influence the way they see themselves and interact with others.
Whether you're struggling to establish boundaries, feeling disconnected from yourself, processing a difficult relationship, or simply tired of carrying everything alone, our work will focus on helping you build emotional clarity, confidence, and healthier ways of navigating life.
*Currently accepting new clients for individual therapy only. Couples and family therapy are not offered through this platform. *
I believe you can change the story of your life by having a "safe space" to share your feelings and process what hurts the most. Transforming the way you think about your problems and allowing yourself to change your perspective, could be liberating in your healing process to a better you. Expect a warm and non-judgmental environment to overcome life challenges.
My name is Algelis Gonzalez, though I am commonly known as Al. My motivation to become a therapist stems from my personal journey. This curiosity has driven me to understand the reasons behind our behaviors, both positive and negative. Throughout my career as a therapist, I continue to learn and grow, drawing from the vast knowledge available in the field.
I am deeply committed to helping my clients embrace their true selves, regardless of their personality traits—whether they are humorous, quiet and shy, hesitant to trust, or feeling frustrated with the world. I believe that everyone is welcome in my practice. Recognizing that none of us are perfect and that we are all striving to make sense of life’s complexities, I focus on exploring my clients’ experiences with respect and understanding. My goal is to facilitate their growth in ways they may not have previously thought possible.

I started my career at Advent Health Hospice Care, one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the country. Through this position I gained experience in providing therapeutic counseling services to individuals and families who are going through major transitional period in their lives (receiving a terminal illness, death of loved one, living adjustments etc.) As a result I am well experienced in dealing with depression, anxiety, situational stress, loss of a loved one, grief, and am understanding of how medical issues can affect a person’s mental health. I have also worked for Orlando Health at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies covering the ED/Triage, antepartum and postpartum units of the hospital. This position gave me experience with providing crisis interventions and psychotherapeutic counseling to patient's who have a history of severe mental health issues, or who are actively experiencing medical emergencies, traumatic events, domestic violence, manic/depressive episodes, psychotic episodes, and suicidal ideations. In addition, I provided education on post partum depression and child care. In 2021 I began teaching classes as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Central Florida's College of Health Professions and Sciences. I have also worked for the National Suicide Prevention Line where I learned how to deal with a variety of mental health and emotional crisis situations over the phone. I feel well equipped to help my clients deal with a variety of issues, whether in person, or online. I take an objective and collaborative approach to understanding problems, and work with clients to create strategies to address problems head on so that clients learn the skills necessary to achieve their goals.
