I am a firm believer that you are who you are because of where you have come from. I enjoy working with others who due to adverse childhood experiences and various traumas throughout life, are ready to work through these traumas and experiences. We become the best versions of ourselves by working through our challenges to then better equip ourselves with the tools necessary to face everyday struggles.

I am a fully licensed clinician in Florida who has dedicated my career to helping my clients experience an authentic and fulfilling life. I enjoy getting to know my clients and being an added support to their journey. I have worked with active duty military and their families, adolescents and teens in the school system, incarcerated individuals and helped reintegrate back into civilian life, and now, where I work in private practice with families looking to reconnect with their spouses, children and on an individual basis as well. This at times takes a deeper look at how to work through emotions that cause barriers to our success. I help clients connect with their inner thoughts and emotions to communicate more effectively.

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Maine, I have had much success in helping patients in overcoming challenges with depression, anxiety, anger, PTSD, self-esteem, social skills and communication to name a few. After seeing many successes with my patients, I have come to fully trust in the therapeutic process as an important and effective tool in helping individuals to overcome mental health challenges and experience tremendous growth in many areas of their lives.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker having been in practice for the past 33 years as a Clinical Social Worker working with individuals and couples. I work exclusively with clients in the State of Florida seeing adults ages eighteen and older. I perform telehealth sessions with individuals and couples.
