I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, I received my Master's degree from Florida Atlantic University, and I have been practicing for about 5 years. I help adults with a variety of concerns, from simply becoming a better and more effective version of themselves to struggling with mood or anxiety disorders, substance use or addiction, relational and attachment conflict, or educational and career stressors. We'll then focus on one issue (or more, related issues) at a time to promote your growth to the best version of yourself, over time.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
Welcome! I'm Leah! It's so nice to meet you. Congratulations on taking the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.

There’s no denying that life isn’t always a walk in the park. While I’m sure you can relate to this as an adult, the same goes for kids, teens, and college-age students. Don’t forget, they’re going through this life without a manual, just as you are.
But life is also spectacularly beautiful.
Unfortunately, the trials faced during any phase of life can often dim that beauty and hold your child back from living the life they deserve. Anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can creep into anyone's life at any age. Mental health challenges can rob them of happiness, self-confidence, and life-fulfillment.
I get it. I’ve been in their shoes. As an experienced, understanding, and caring counselor for teens, children, and young adults. I can help support your child, whether they are elementary-school-aged, in the turbulent teenage years, or college-aged.
And, because I value being an advocate for kids and an ally for parents, I can support you, too.
I began my work in the field in 2007 and have been fully licensed since 2017. I consider myself to be an exceptionally empathetic and caring counselor who meets my clients where they're at. I will push my clients to experience emotions and to sit with them in ways they haven't before. However, I do this in a safe manner where we simply expand the limits each time and create safety in each session to fully allow the client to embrace the process. I strive to help my clients make sense of their life and the experiences they've had. I have great respect for each individual's journey and understand there is value in all of us. I strive for all of my clients to feel seen, heard, respected, accepted, and not judged. From the very first session, my clients feel heard through my exceptional empathic listening skills. I ask evocative questions to get to the heart of the matter and to push the client to think more in depth and perhaps even with a different perspective about struggles or experiences that have caused them strife.
Choosing to become a therapist stemmed from a deep desire to walk alongside people through life’s hardest moments. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families as they navigate stressful transitions, helping them gently process painful thoughts and feelings while discovering meaningful paths forward. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership—one where your unique story is honored, your challenges are heard with genuine care, and we work together at your pace to create lasting, positive change.
In my private practice, I work with individuals and couples. Treatment is unique for each client and depends on your needs and goals. The philosophy that guides my practice is the unwavering belief that people have a limitless potential to heal and grow. It is my goal to help you recognize and realize your abilities. Positive change occurs through the collaborative therapeutic relationship between therapist and client.
Therapy is a unique process for each client. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation during which I learn about you, your situation, and your goals. You also get the chance to learn more about me and get a feel for how we will work together. During the course of therapy, we will continue to evaluate and make changes to your treatment to reflect completed goals and new challenges. Services offered: Biofeedback, Depression/Anxiety/Stress, Childhood Abuse and Trauma, Family and Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, GLBTQ Concerns and Issues, Parenting, Divorce, and Eating Disorders.

Hi, my name is Joey Caggiano. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. I have been working in mental health for over 9years; before that, I spent several years working in crime scene investigations and other positions in law enforcement. My mission and passion is to help others reach their full potential. I am not a traditional therapist. I am in a wheelchair. You get to decide what we focus on. I am here to be your spirit or travel guide through your life journey. We live in stressful times, and sometimes, our minds can be our worst enemy.
