I have over seventeen years of experience as a therapist, in both the Community Mental Health model and in Private Practice. My experience includes working with individuals, couples and families.
My therapeutic approach is strength-based with eclectic therapeutic techniques that conform to the individualized needs of my clients. I have extensive training in trauma, grief, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy.
I am an avid believer in a holistic approach to mental health therapy: mind, body, emotional and social factors. I am heavily involved in continued research of the different trends of therapy.
I love traveling, gardening, and running. I appreciate knowing and learning about the different cultures. I love animals and I consider them an essential therapeutic relief.
