I am a marriage and family therapist and I help people overcome childhood trauma. I have worked with several clients who have experienced relationship, work related and family issues. The way I help them is by (1) Going to the root cause of the issue, (2) Giving them the tools so they don't repeat it and (3) Teach them how to be courageous enough to choose themselves. My career has taken me across the U.S. and abroad—including New York City, California, and Dublin, Ireland—giving me a broad perspective on the many ways people navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in activities that keep me grounded and creative. I love traveling and exploring new places, tending to my garden, playing the piano, working out, and cooking. I also have a passion for interior design and creating welcoming spaces. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family, friends, and my dog, Batman, who always manages to bring a smile to my day.

Hello! Congrats on taking the first step (often the hardest) on your healing journey! I graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Psychology, MEd in Mental Health Counseling, and an EdS degree. I have specialized experience with students, athletes, and high-performers navigating anxiety, performance, pressure, identity, and life transitions so they can feel grounded, confident, and in control without sacrificing their mental health. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and truly enjoy helping anyone who is willing and dedicated to making lasting, powerful, and relationship based changes in their lives.

I assist clients with achieving the profound benefits of working toward one’s authentic self, strengthening one’s internal dialogue and building a resilient wellness kit to navigate life’s ups and downs. A strong and healthy sense of self is the foundation for effective emotional well-being, personal growth, and maintaining healthy connections with others.
Are you having a difficult time getting through your day because your mind is wondering or you feel so down that you do not have any motivation? Do you feel confused because your mood is up and down?
It may seem that it is never going to stop and I will always have these issues but I want you to know there is help out there and I can help you learn what it is that you are going through and teach you skills that help manage the feelings so you have more great days than low days. I will add some humor into our sessions because sometimes our emotions get to be too much and we need to just laugh once in a while.
I love mixing different therapies because therapy techniques are not cookie cutter and one technique may work for one person but not another person. We will find what works best for you.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the concerns you have that are holding you back. Let's work together.
Whether this is your first time exploring the options for therapy or you are seeking to return to the "therapy couch" to work on something different, know I'm proud of you for taking that step!
I recognize that therapy can be a struggle all within itself due to our beliefs, preconceived notions, and busy daily lives. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk beside you with compassion and empathy to achieve your goals.
As a therapist, I have worked in a range of areas, including outpatient substance abuse treatment, with individuals involved in intimate partner violence (survivors and perpetrators), in addition to education-based interventions for anger management & substance use.
Additionally if you decide you would like to meet with me, feel free to reach out if a time slot you would need is not available. I am more than willing to accommodate with advance notice for specific days/times you may need.
Please note: I specialize in children and adolescents and only work with this population. If you are an adult seeking services for yourself, please do not book.
With over 16 years of experience practicing therapy with children and adolescents in a variety of settings I have extensive knowledge helping children and families overcome mental health challenges. I believe in making therapy fun and engaging for your child. If they are struggling with difficulties at home or school, I can teach them coping skills so they can help themselves feel better. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression, OCD, PTSD, stress management, and parenting.
I believe parents are the key to change. There is no rule book for raising kids or teens, but I help parents navigate behavioral challenges and will work with you to rebuild your relationship with your child. I create a warm and welcoming environment where children, teens, and parents feel empowered and supported. Life is stressful and we all need help from time to time.

Hi! I'm Sabrina. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of working with children, adults, and families. I bring that experience to the therapy room. I have a high emotional intelligence, and I believe that EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION is a SUPERPOWER!!
I'm an advocate for family preservation and women's empowerment. Women play central roles in nurturing families and strengthening communities. Let me remind you of who you are!
I especially enjoy working with teenagers and helping to bridge the communication gap within the family unit that often shows up as children get older. I am Christian and I have a wealth of experience with African American families and am LGBTQ+ friendly.
I offer a solution focused approach to therapy. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy empowers clients to own their abilities in solving life’s problems and recognize their strengths. Rather than traditional psychotherapy that focuses on how a problem was derived, SFT allows for a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving.

I am a licensed therapist who provided compassionate, evidence-based care in navigating life's challenges. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation to help clients who are ready and willing to work for change with building insight, develop coping skills, and foster lasting emotional growth. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and confident in their ability to create meaningful change.
Are you struggling with challenges that affect your emotional health and wellbeing? Do past experiences feel like they're limiting your potential? Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings?
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who believes the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful catalyst for change. My goal is to partner with you toward your desired goals in a supportive, collaborative environment — working together to foster positive change and build strategies for self-empowerment.
I'm trained in EMDR therapy, based on the idea that our brains have a natural system for processing experiences so we can retain what serves our growth. When disturbing experiences overwhelm that system — or we lack the context to make sense of what happened — the effects can linger. EMDR uses bilateral (left-right) stimulation to activate the brain's natural processing system, helping you work through difficult experiences and release what no longer serves you.
I believe our past shapes our present and future, in both adaptive and maladaptive ways. I'd be honored to help you on your journey toward inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and substance use. Together, we work toward resilience, self-compassion, and lasting personal growth.
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering practical tools, emotional support, and a space where real healing can happen.
Struggling to be kind to yourself? Difficulties keeping up with your relationships, work, and health? Looking for some guidance on finding meaning and making the most of your life? Allow me to be a compassionate counselor, healer, and guide on your life journey. My background includes clients working through issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, guilt, fears, terminal and chronic illnesses, spirituality, self-esteem, career and life uncertainties, addictions, and those just looking for an empathetic ear to listen or offer helpful feedback.
Many psychotherapists attempt to use their preferred modality as a "one size fits all" treatment. While I stay up-to-date and am able to offer the current and most effective evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based therapy, I believe the therapeutic relationship between us is the most valuable tool. Together, we will craft and develop the best custom plan for your needs and desires, incorporating the therapeutic techniques we deem most useful for you.

Ready to spill? You're in the right place! My name is Nancy, (you can call me NJ). I'm a Neuro-Affirming therapist (ADHD, Neuro-divergent fam I see you). I offer individual therapy grounded with clinical insight, millennial energy, and spices from the beautiful South India. :) I hope you and I can soon spill the chai! Let me go first. I was raised in the diverse neighborhoods of Queens, NY (yes, just like your friendly neighborhood Spiderman) where I developed a deep cultural competence that now enrich my therapeutic approach. Whether you're untangling your identity, spiraling at 3 am, or doom-scrolling your way out of an existential crisis, I got you.
My approach blends several therapeutic styles:
Psychodynamic Therapy: to uncover how childhood and family dynamics still show up today (yep, we’re going there)
CBT: to help reframe those “I’m not enough” thoughts
Mindfulness: because sometimes we just need to breathe and not dissociate
Culturally Sensitive Trauma-Informed Care: to support deep insight and generational healing
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. We’ll laugh, cry, unpack, and grow (sometimes all in one session) You deserve a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself, mask your emotions, or code-switch your pain. I bring my full, authentic self into our sessions so you can too. If you're ready for true change and healing or just want to vibe-check a therapist who gets it, book your session now!

I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
Hello! My name is Dan, and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I am passionate about my profession and enjoy helping my clients achieve their individual goals. It is exciting to see a client go from where they were to where they want to be in their lives! This is all achieved by tailoring my sessions to the needs of each person I work with. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I provide Christian Counseling to incorporate faith and God into our sessions. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
One of the most powerful effects I have found in therapy is providing a safe space where you are heard, understood, and accepted. We all have stress and struggle at times and there is great healing in exploring and touching those feelings. Let's work together towards your goals!
