A counseling relationship is often necessary to effectuate meaningful change--identifying and interrupting maladaptive patterns and building new ones. We’ll examine your history, resolve current challenges, and map a clear path to your goals. I specialize in brief, focused therapy that can result in relief from depression and anxiety, plus targeted treatment for accumulated trauma (combat, childhood physical/sexual abuse, emotional neglect, poverty, loss).
Kind Regards,

Whether you are navigating a major life transition or looking to break old patterns, I am here to walk that path with you.
My background in counseling and behavior analysis allows me to look at your journey through two lenses: one of deep empathy for your experience, and another of practical insight into the habits and patterns that shape your daily life. With over 25 years of professional experience, I offer a steady hand and a seasoned perspective to help you find clarity and peace of mind.
I am a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking therapist licensed to provide services to clients located in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps adults understand themselves, improve their emotional health, and build better relationships. My style is warm, collaborative, and sensitive to your background and experiences. I create a safe space where you feel heard and accepted. Together, we will identify what is holding you back and develop a treatment plan that aligns with your strengths, values, and goals.
I use proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. If you are facing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or big life changes, we will work together to build coping skills, manage emotions, and create lasting change. I also have experience with crisis intervention, LGBTQ+ affirming care, group therapy, and working with other professionals on your care.
I became a therapist because I have seen how much a caring, supportive space can help people heal. Working in both schools and clinics has made me even more passionate about helping people from all backgrounds feel respected, empowered, and supported as they work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
When I am not working, I like to read, visit bookstores and coffee shops, travel, make crafts, and spend time with my Cavapoo. These hobbies help me stay grounded and bring balance, curiosity, and mindfulness into my work with clients.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.

I have worked with diverse populations with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, incarceration, personality disorders, ADHD, trauma, and abuse. Hello and welcome!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida with almost eight years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults. I earned my Master’s degree from Barry University and have a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, school or work stress, or relationship difficulties.
In our work together, I focus on teaching healthy coping strategies, improving communication skills, and finding effective ways to manage emotional triggers. My goal is to empower you to feel more balanced, confident, and fulfilled in your daily life.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and playing card games. I’m dedicated to ongoing learning, both personally and professionally, so I can continue to provide the best support possible.
I believe that every challenge offers an opportunity for growth, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing and change. Above all, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
Hi, I’m Maria.
Do you ever feel pulled in too many directions — juggling relationships, work, and your own well-being — yet never feeling caught up? I specialize in helping high achievers and busy professionals manage anxiety, prevent burnout, and reconnect with themselves.
Together, we’ll identify what’s no longer serving you and create sustainable ways to restore balance. My approach is holistic, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. I often integrate mindfulness, yoga, and creative expression to help you build self-awareness and self-compassion.
Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I offer a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. With empathy and evidence-based techniques, we’ll work toward meaningful change—so you can feel grounded, fulfilled, and confident again.
Everyone thinks you have it together.
You show up for work. You take care of your family. You handle what needs to be done. Yet underneath it all, you’re exhausted. You find yourself overthinking, worrying about everyone else, feeling disconnected from who you used to be, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it should.
Maybe you’ve spent so much time being strong for everyone else that you’ve forgotten what you need.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
For over 23 years, I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the overwhelming pressure of trying to hold everything together. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and help you reconnect with yourself so life feels more manageable and meaningful again.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. Sometimes it begins with one conversation and the decision to stop carrying everything alone.

You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker having been in practice for the past 35 years as a Clinical Social Worker working with individuals and couples. I work exclusively with clients in the State of Florida seeing adults ages eighteen and older. I perform telehealth sessions with individuals and couples. Over 22 years of actively working with others to support their holistic healing journey has formed my practice to include multiple different modalities. These modalities include Cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, Mindfulness techniques and somatic therapeutic interventions. I work with Substance Use Disorder OP Treatment including MAT as well as other mental health concerns. From Acute Stress to Chronic and Complex PTSD my experiences and training can support you on your journey to long term wellness and development of the life you've always known you were capable of growing.
Hello, I’m Sharon Salichs, a Spanish speaking Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My approach is compassionate, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can openly process your emotions without fear of judgment. Together, we work on understanding patterns, improving coping skills, setting healthier boundaries, and creating realistic changes that support your emotional well-being.
Hi. I'm Gloria, LMHC in the FL State.

I work with adults, adolescents, and families navigating mood concerns, grief and loss, trauma-related stress, cultural adjustment, behavioral challenges, and relationship conflicts. Whether you are coping with the death of a loved one, a significant life change, or ongoing emotional strain, therapy can provide a structured and supportive space to process and stabilize.

Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.

From there, we’ll talk through a tentative treatment plan and discuss specific coping skills, communication tools, patterns of behavior, and action items that will help enhance your quality of life.
I am excited to support you in your journey and I look forward to working together!
Hi, I’m Steven.
Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like life has become harder to manage? Maybe you’re struggling with relationships, work, stress, or finding the motivation and balance you once had. Perhaps you’ve been so focused on getting through each day that you haven’t had much time to be kind to yourself.
I help individuals navigate difficult emotions, life transitions, and unexpected challenges by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will explore what may be holding you back, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and build on the strengths you already have.
Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring our work to your unique needs, we will work together to develop practical tools for managing challenges and creating meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your confidence, resilience, and the healthier, more balanced version of yourself.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I would be honored to support you as you heal, grow, and move forward.
Welcome! I'm Margaret Rivera.
Please take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health. Starting therapy can be empowering yet scary at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression and many other issues that may come up. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
I'm Kimberly Covington, LMHC, LPC, NCC, EMDR-Trained Therapist and Life Coach, and I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we focus on your story, your goals, and what brings you to counseling. We'll discuss your current challenges, strengths, personal history, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we'll begin creating a plan tailored to your needs and identify practical steps to help you move forward.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and personal growth challenges.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Texas and Florida) I’ve worked with Individuals, Couples, Families of various sizes, with a plethora of sessions on parenting. Nearly 20 years later, it is still a privilege to work with individuals, couples in various stages or phases of their relationship and families of all sizes.
I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy".
I daydream of going on cruises with my wife, occasionally think about bringing our children along. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movies. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter. Prior to being a therapist, I found myself listening and caring, as people would end up just talking to me and telling me their life story. I decided I should put that to good use. Growing up my family was fortunate to be able to adopt and quickly we became a larger family that could not remember there was a time when my sister had not been there. Through the process, I realized how important family and relationships.
Clinically, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy, with attributes of Narrative, Structural and/or Strategic.
*** Writing animal support letters or ESA documentation, disability-related paperwork, court-mandated evaluations, divorce or custody agreement related paperwork would be out of the scope of my practice, therefore is not something I engage in at this time.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing in the local community since 2011. I began my career working with a non-profit by helping children, teenagers, parents, and couples who struggled with various issues, ranging from learning to cope with day-to-day stressors to healing from major traumas.
In the years since then, I’ve helped young adults in college wrestling with academic pressure, newly blended families yearning for harmony, couples searching to renew faded intimacy, and individuals struggling to overcome addictive patterns. This broad range of therapeutic experience has helped me to become well-rounded as a mental health professional.
