Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 12 years. I help adults struggling with adjusting to the aging process, dementia, Alzheimer's and End of Life issues. I help them using Positive Psychology, Active Listening, Talk Therapy and Mindfulness.
