My name is Nikki Caravella and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Social Work at Youngstown State University in 1996 and my Master's Degree at Case Western Reserve University in 1998. Since that time, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients. Each of them came into service bringing a unique history and presenting with equally distinct needs and expectations of counseling. As a therapist, I treat a wide range of mental health issues and life adjustment challenges.
I am experienced in helping clients relieve anxiety using various techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming. For those who have suffered past traumatic events, we can use cognitive/behavioral tools to help reconcile the emotions connected to the events. If you happen to live in or near Ocala and are able to come in person for session, we can utilize a treatment called Accelerated Resolution Therapy to neutralize heightened emotional responses.

Hey,
I'm Eboni. Do you feel as if you've been caught in a whirlwind lately and are unable to keep yourself firmly grounded? Finding yourself struggling to adjust to all that life is throwing at you? Is it hard to maintain or find that confidence that keeps you going? Being kind to yourself?
I help children, adolescents, adults and those in between navigate the challenges that life sometimes provides. Together we can identify what hasn't been working and find what works best for you to get through. We'll use a person-centered approach addressing the needs of you as a whole while incorporating mindfulness to help you gain a better sense of self.
whether you're dealing with challenges with friends/family, managing anxiety, depression or any other of life's ups and downs, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy, let alone admitting we need it can be challenging. Congratulations! You've taken the first step. Let's embark on this journey of discovery, healing and growth together.
Do you feel like you are being held back because of a depressed mood, anxious feelings, or past trauma? Are you uncomfortable with being vulnerable, and trusting others? Are you struggling with shame or guilt? Imagine having meaningful relationships, feeling confident, and having more control over your life. What would that look like? If this interests, you then feel free to schedule an intake or a consultation. I am glad you found my page and would love to connect with you. I am not here to judge you! My job is to create a safe, non-judgmental space to guide and support you as you work on creating the path you want to take.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—especially if you’re worried about being vulnerable or judged. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, supported, and accepted just as you are. At the same time, I gently help guide you toward growth and healing in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
I’ve worked with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, trauma, and the many challenges that can come up during adolescence and adulthood. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring tools and strategies that truly fit you so you can better understand yourself and feel more confident in handling life’s difficulties.
I see this as a collaborative process—you don’t have to figure things out alone. As part of your team, I’ll support you in discovering what works best for you and in creating the changes you want to see in your life.
Are you struggling with challenges that affect your emotional health and wellbeing? Do past experiences feel like they're limiting your potential? Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings?
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who believes the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful catalyst for change. My goal is to partner with you toward your desired goals in a supportive, collaborative environment — working together to foster positive change and build strategies for self-empowerment.
I'm trained in EMDR therapy, based on the idea that our brains have a natural system for processing experiences so we can retain what serves our growth. When disturbing experiences overwhelm that system — or we lack the context to make sense of what happened — the effects can linger. EMDR uses bilateral (left-right) stimulation to activate the brain's natural processing system, helping you work through difficult experiences and release what no longer serves you.
I believe our past shapes our present and future, in both adaptive and maladaptive ways. I'd be honored to help you on your journey toward inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I have experience working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Do you feel at times your distressing emotions are a non-stop express train in that it seems impossible to stop the train? Are there times you feel overwhelmed by your negative thoughts? Is it a challenge for you to manage your emotions? As an LMHC, I help individuals develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and learn to identify/change unhelpful thought patterns that negatively influence their behavior and emotions.
Integrating clinical expertise with Christian values, I strive to support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth. I believe true healing occurs when mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, regulate emotions and move forward with hope, faith, and intention while honoring each individual's unique journey.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and my graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I have served diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I see all adults, but in particular I focus on folks that are dealing with life changes such as struggling with a new or changing diagnosis, reclaiming your identity, grief, or depression and anxiety. I want you to know that the time we spend together is for YOU, so it will be focused on what you want to talk about. Therapy can be hard work but I'd like to make it easier on you. Let's work together!

I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), based in South Florida. I received my bachelors degree in psychology, and masters degree in social work, both from Florida International University, with over 5 years of experience. As an LCSW, I have dedicated my career to supporting vulnerable populations. My expertise extends to young adults facing daily challenges including relationship issues, peer dynamics, and coping skills. In my practice, I welcome a warm and non-judgmental environment. I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, relationships, healing the past. I am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and promote self-discovery. I have a background working in healing modalities. I often use IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, EMDR, connect with different 'parts' of you, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences. I am certified in EMDR. I have extensive experience with IFS.
I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you may choose to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence and develop new coping skills so you can more easily create the life you want.
