Are you looking for a therapist who makes you feel encouraged, heard, respected, and empowered to live authentically? Hi, I'm Brianna. I strive to create and maintain an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment that is safe and embracing all cultures and backgrounds. I understand your need for confidentiality, trust and respect. You aren't alone, you are heard, I can help you!
I am a compassionate and dedicated professional, guided by a strong sense of humanism and a genuine vocation for helping others. I believe that a good life is not a fixed state, but an ongoing process—a direction rather than a destination.
I see therapy as a meaningful path toward self-awareness and personal growth. It offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, redefine challenges, and transform them into learning experiences. Entering therapy requires courage, commitment, and openness, and through that process, real and lasting change becomes possible.
Life can be a lot sometimes. Between overthinking, relationships, family expectations, and trying to keep it all together, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself.
I’m a South Asian Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I value honesty, humor, and real connection. I want therapy to be a space where you can say what you actually think, work through the things you don’t always know how to explain, and be yourself without feeling judged.
My approach blends CBT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. We’ll explore the patterns behind your thoughts and behaviors, make sense of your emotions, and find practical ways to navigate life that feel right for you.
I use a person-centered approach along with practical tools like CBT to help you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and work through patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you make changes that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.
I believe that healing begins in a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can explore life's challenges with honesty and curiosity.
My role is not to tell you who to be or what decisions to make. Instead, I serve as a compassionate guide, helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and discover strengths you may not yet see in yourself. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I understand that our early experiences shape how we view ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life's challenges. Together, we'll explore those experiences with compassion, helping you rewrite unhelpful narratives and build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. I bring warmth, empathy, curiosity, and gentle honesty to each session, creating an environment where you can be your full, authentic self. While I offer support and validation, I also encourage reflection and meaningful action so that lasting change can take place.
Whether you're navigating a major life transition, healing from past wounds, strengthening relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. My goal is to help you cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and confidence so you can create a life that feels aligned with your values and authentic sense of self.
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is "wrong" with you—it's about uncovering your strengths, fostering emotional healing, and empowering you to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and peace.

Hi, I’m Miranda! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Marine Corps veteran. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation—not like you’re being analyzed from across the room. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life changes, or simply feeling stuck. My approach is warm, honest, and practical. There’s space for the hard conversations, the messy ones, and yes, even some laughter along the way. You don’t have to show up knowing exactly what to say or where to start. We’ll figure that part out together and focus on what moving forward looks like for you.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (Florida & Delaware) with over 25 years of experience working with diverse individuals in the community, private practice, and residential substance abuse treatment. Never in a million years did I ever think providing counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, would be the career to captivate my heart….but it is! My specialties are working with clients who may be suffering from traumatic incidents, substance abuse, various forms of anxiety (PTSD, stress disorders), depression, self-esteem, and gender identity.
Making the decision to receive any form of mental health counseling can be taxing, however, the results are often positive and rewarding. Learning to face your fears in a healthy and appropriate manner is a sign of growth and maturity. It is not an easy task. You will cry, laugh, and maybe feel a little uncomfortable at times. This is just the therapeutic process working to make you emotionally stronger.
*Please note that my preference for treatment sessions are individual and group therapy. However, I do provide a limited number of couples or family therapy sessions for special circumstances.
You do not have to stay stuck in the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that are holding you back. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood as you work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
I practice Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is already working and helps identify the resources and abilities you may not yet recognize in yourself. I also incorporate evidence-based strategies such as acceptance, mindfulness, and behavioral activation to support growth and help clients develop effective tools for lasting change.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support, particularly when you have been managing difficult thoughts, emotions, or behaviors on your own. My aim is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
Hi, I'm Ricardo. I'm a Hispanic man who's done my own work in therapy to figure out who I am and who I want to be—which is a big part of why I do this work today.
I went into counseling field because I kept seeing people who felt unheard or misunderstood by the people around them, often carrying more than anyone realized. That's especially true for a lot of men and teenage boys I've worked with—individuals who feel like they're supposed to be strong, keep things to themselves, or handle things alone, but who rarely have a space to actually talk about what's underneath that. I grew up seeing some of those same pressures and unhealthy patterns around what it means to "be a man," and part of my work now is helping men and boys move away from those roles and into a healthier, more grounded version of who they are—as partners, providers, sons, and people.
I especially enjoy working with teenage boys who are figuring out who they are, often at an age when it's hard to talk to the adults around them about what's really going on. I try to meet them where they are—not lecturing, not judging—so they actually want to keep showing up and talking.
For parents: if your son is pulling away, shutting down, or you're just not sure how to reach him right now, that's exactly the kind of thing we can work through together.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm endlessly curious—I love traveling, learning about different cultures, sports, and music (I play a bit of guitar). I think that mix of curiosity, care, and having done some of my own work is a lot of what I bring into the room with clients.
I believe everyone has the ability to find their strength and wellness. Sometimes it takes a little extra support to get you there and that is where I come in. With almost two decades of experience in the field, we will work together as a team to reach your goals. There is no timeframe to reach these goals and we will get there at your speed. I treat therapy like you are driving a car, you choose the direction and speed while I act as GPS and help guide the path.

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in sunny Florida! I received my master’s degree from the University of South Florida and have been licensed and practicing for 30 years, treating all ages. I work with a wide array of areas, including anxiety, depression, life skills, and grief. I am a certified provider specializing in trauma, grief, ADHD, and dementia. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach. As we work together, you will find that a major focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood. I am empathetic, nonjudgmental, and a great listener. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, goal-oriented therapy that encourages you to focus on current problems and find solutions, rather than dwelling on the past. This approach allows you to manage mental health conditions and emotional concerns by identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I look forward to working together, problem-solving, and helping you feel like yourself again!
Hi, I’m Nicole, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience helping children and families. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, navigating big life changes, or healing from trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative and I tailor each session to your unique needs. I’m passionate about helping people build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, and my own journey as a trauma survivor has deeply shaped both my understanding and my approach to therapy. I bring empathy, warmth, and a nonjudgmental presence to every session, because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving to genuinely thriving. I use evidence-based techniques—including mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused interventions, and person-centered therapy—tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Maybe you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted underneath. You might be navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or OCD, dealing with relationship stress, or coping with a medical experience that has taken up far more space in your life than you ever expected. Therapy can help you make sense of what you're experiencing, feel more grounded, and find a way forward that works for you.
I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. My style is warm, conversational, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods—I’m engaged, I ask questions, and we’ll actually talk things through together. We can laugh when things are funny, sit with the hard stuff when they’re not, and work toward changes that feel realistic for your life.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship concerns, burnout, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting people navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, infertility, IVF, endometriosis, and other medical experiences. These experiences can affect your relationships, work, identity, body image, and how you see your future. Therapy can be a place to talk about all of it.
I tailor therapy to you, drawing from ACT, CBT, ERP, DBT skills, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care while keeping our work practical and personal.
I’ve been a therapist for more than 11 years and genuinely love what I do. If my approach sounds like a good fit, I’d love to work with you. You can schedule an appointment whenever you’re ready.
I am dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents and young adults who may struggle with emotion regulation, lack of coping strategies, social skills, and behavior problems at home, in school, or in the community. I believe healing happens when the whole person is welcomed into the room — body, mind, and spirit. My work is collaborative: you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with skill, honesty, and genuine care as we build a treatment plan that actually fits you. I hold a PhD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with eight years in practice and more than 5,000 hours of direct client experience. I work with teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families — in person at my Atlanta office or virtually across Georgia, Florida, Vermont, South Carolina, and New York — with dedicated experience serving Black and Hispanic communities, LGBTQ+ clients, single parents, athletes, veterans, and first responders.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with nearly 17 years of experience working with youth, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and military members, veterans, and their families, to improve their mental health. I specialize in addressing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting issues, and more.
I earned my Master's degree Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University. I also completed a certification in loss and healing and a certification in trauma as well as two additional years of post-graduate study, passed the advanced national clinical board, and gained my professional license in the state of Florida afterward. Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.
