Hey there, I’m Dr. Gittelson (you can call me Dr. G. for short) and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist.
I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, and if you are reading this then you have already taken a step to getting started and that is a huge win! Whether you are seeking therapy in-person or from the comfort of your couch (pet cameos are always welcome), I aim to create a space that is grounded, supportive, and free of judgement. I am so glad that you are here!
If you’re interested, below is a little more about how I developed my clinical background and areas of training:
My path in psychology began at Florida International University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I later completed my Psy.D. at Nova Southeastern University, with training in neuropsychological assessment as well as clinical work in foster care and the dependency court system. During my doctoral internship at the Mental Health Center of Florida, I worked across community mental health, family court, and private clinical settings with a wide range of individuals and families. I went on to complete my postdoctoral fellowship at Alliance for Psychological Services, where I provided therapy and psychological assessments in forensic and high-intensity settings, including court-mandated work involving family court, dependency court, and the Department of Corrections. Today, I provide both therapy and psychological assessment. My clinical work often centers around anxiety, depression, trauma histories, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. I also have a strong interest in sports and performance psychology, particularly in supporting athletes and high-performing individuals who want to strengthen the connection between mental and physical performance.

Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.
Hi, I’m Trish. Life can feel really heavy at times. Whether it’s stress from work, changes in relationships, past experiences that still affect you, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. As someone who has utilized therapy myself, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to sit across from someone and share the parts of your life that may feel messy, complicated, or difficult to explain. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your whole self, without judgment or the pressure to have it all figured out.
I’m an open, compassionate, and neurodivergent-affirming therapist who believes therapy should feel human. I’ll listen, support you, and offer tools and new perspectives, while also gently challenging you when it can help you move toward your goals. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful for you.
And while healing can involve some difficult conversations, I don’t believe therapy has to feel heavy all the time. I like to have fun, laugh, and make room for the lighter moments along the way. Mental wellness and healing are journeys, and I want you to have someone beside you who can hold space for the hard stuff while reminding you that there is still room for joy.
My role is to walk alongside you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and find your way back to feeling more like you.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. As a seasoned clinician, I specialize in helping clients find steadiness during times of uncertainty. I bring a mindful, practical, and collaborative style to therapy, helping you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and build the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful change. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.

My vast experience has created a solid foundation in helping individuals with the unique struggles they may face.
I utilize a strength based approach while integrating various modalities to individualize care as not one story is the same. My extensive experience working with interdisciplinary teams has also expanded my knowledge and familiarity with various resources and interventions that can also support the therapeutic process.
By utilizing a warm and compassionate yet direct approach, my hope is to empower and guide you in finding the key to unlock the passage to freedom within your own mind. I am confident that with the power of our therapeutic relationship, trust, and vulnerability, we can get there together.
Hey there, my name is Shana and I use she/her pro nouns.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, a bit lost, or even detached? Have you felt kind of alone, or unable to identify how to motivate yourself to get to the next step?
I work with all who are receptive to learn their capacity, and function within it to create the change necessary to grow and reach that next step. We can work together to identify needs, and create plans to obtain them.
We'll not only use a whole self approach, but evidence based practice(s) as well. This may include CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and/or DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy).
No matter what you're struggling with, be it addiction, anxiety or depression, I'm here to help you.
The scariest thing is getting started; it is also what takes the most strength. You deserve this opportunity to work on you, and get all that you need to be the best version of yourself! I will meet you were you are, and help you through every step of the way! Lets get started on your next chapter!
Are you struggling with challenges that affect your emotional health and wellbeing? Do past experiences feel like they're limiting your potential? Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings?
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who believes the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful catalyst for change. My goal is to partner with you toward your desired goals in a supportive, collaborative environment — working together to foster positive change and build strategies for self-empowerment.
I'm trained in EMDR therapy, based on the idea that our brains have a natural system for processing experiences so we can retain what serves our growth. When disturbing experiences overwhelm that system — or we lack the context to make sense of what happened — the effects can linger. EMDR uses bilateral (left-right) stimulation to activate the brain's natural processing system, helping you work through difficult experiences and release what no longer serves you.
I believe our past shapes our present and future, in both adaptive and maladaptive ways. I'd be honored to help you on your journey toward inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.
You are not alone and here is a safe space!
Greetings! I am Roosevelt Badger, LCSW, and I am passionate about helping individuals, and families enhance their lives and achieve meaningful recovery! I believe in using person-centered approaches and evidence-based interventions to provide the support you need in a way that feels tailored and effective for you. I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship should be free of judgment and meet you exactly where you are in your journey. My goal is to help you heal, grow, and reach your full potential!
Welcome! I want to take this opportunity to say congratulations for taking the first step towards your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. It is a huge commitment, and it is brave of you to want to invest the time and effort in yourself and work towards whole-being healing. Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and am also licensed in Maine (LCPC). I received my masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health from the University of South Florida. I work with my clients on their mental health struggles (trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and coping skills to name a few) to enable them to manage their mental health so it is not interfering with their daily functioning and they can be the best version of themselves.
If you’re here, you might be carrying pain that started long before adulthood—pain from childhood experiences, family dynamics, or relationships that taught you to stay small, silent, or strong for others. You might still hear those old internal messages: “I’m not enough,” “I’m too much,” or “I have to hold everything together.” I want you to know: you don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and inner child work. I help trauma survivors, anxious overthinkers, chronic self-critics, and those healing from emotionally complicated families reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels safe, calm, and authentic. I bring five years of experience working with individuals who feel stuck between who they are and who they want to become.
My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I show up as a real human—not a distant clinician—offering a balance of compassion, clarity, and practical tools. I help you understand your emotional world, reconnect with the parts of you that learned to survive, and begin healing the inner child who deserved more care, safety, and love than they received.
In therapy, you’ll learn to regulate overwhelming emotions, break cycles of self-doubt, understand your triggers, and finally build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself. I work from a place of inclusivity, authenticity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start truly living—to feel safer in your body, kinder toward yourself, and more connected to who you were meant to be—I’m here to walk beside you. Your healing starts now.

Welcome to my practice! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Central Florida with over 10 years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools, and private practice. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, and grief.
In our sessions, I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to best meet your unique needs, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This approach helps to identify and explore the connections between thought patterns and behaviors. I also take a holistic approach to treatment, emphasizing the mind-body connection and the importance of daily habits in improving overall wellness. Together, we’ll work to create lasting, positive change on your healing journey.
Do you feel at times your distressing emotions are a non-stop express train in that it seems impossible to stop the train? Are there times you feel overwhelmed by your negative thoughts? Is it a challenge for you to manage your emotions? As an LMHC, I help individuals develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and learn to identify/change unhelpful thought patterns that negatively influence their behavior and emotions.
Warm, unconditionally accepting, positively energetic, and professional—these are the qualities a counselor who once saved my life possessed, and they are the qualities I bring with conviction to my practice. Life is a journey, and I want to help you continue building a happy and peaceful path. From the moment we begin our first session, my goal is to create a warm and nurturing atmosphere that fosters growth.
I employ an integrated approach to therapy, utilizing CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
I like to use a gentle, caring, non-judgmental and creative approach utilizing modalities such as ACT, CBT, EMDR, ART and therapeutic art. My office is in Neptune Beach, FL. I see individuals, couples and families.
I got into counseling because I love to listen! It was second nature to me, growing up. I also delved into the works of Carl Jung as a teen, and never looked back. Images, metaphors, archetypes and dreams all inform my practice; they help us process and resolve questions.

Feeling stuck? You're not alone. Whether you're navigating medical challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people through some of life’s toughest moments—with compassion, honesty, and care. As a cancer survivor, I deeply understand how healing can be messy, powerful, and deeply personal—and I believe in your ability to grow through it.
Welcome! I'm Ryan. Are you feeling the waves of life? Some waves are gentle and predictable, while others seem to come out of nowhere and knock us completely off balance. Fears may arise about your future, or past trauma might bubble to the surface of your awareness. Anxiety and depression can be normal responses to changes in your insight, losses and transitions. Relationships can become challenging to navigate when we are experiencing such waves. I will meet you where you're at to help you achieve a feeling of wellness.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in counseling children, adolescents and adults, with diverse backgrounds who are experiencing depression, anxiety, parenting issues, Peripartum depression/anxiety and grief and loss. My personal life experiences help me empathize with others who are suffering from mental health issues and I'd love the opportunity to help you heal!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been licensed since 1996. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, attachment related issues, and a wide variety of trauma related situations, particularly with military personnel and first responders. I also have extensive post graduate training in areas related to neuropsychology, adoption, custody, child abuse, and forensics. I am qualified as an expert in these areas in several court jurisdictions in Florida and have worked internationally as well (Japan and Europe) in context with the military and internationals from Japan, Italy, and England. My doctoral research areas were Case Conceptualization and Attachment/Adult Psychopathology and I have served as an adjunct professor in clinical mental health
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I consider our therapeutic relationship as one as "an exchange of ideas". My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, psychodynamic and developmental based counseling. I am well trained in other modalities as well.
I understand that it takes courage to seek help, and it's not easy to face fear. I do not believe that "you are your diagnosis". Rather, I will view you "as a a unique individual facing some challenges". My background and training is unique, and I think you will find that I see things very differently than most clinicians.
I look forward to working with you!

I am a doctoral-level licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting women through life's harder moments. I believe good therapy meets you where you are. I practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Delaware via telehealth.
I’m a bilingual (English-Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, women’s health concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic illness, especially cancer. I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate burnout. I am passionate because I have been there and was tired of getting unhelpful answers from people who meant well but did not seem to understand. Advice like ‘sleep it off’ and ‘take a deep breath’ we're common and it felt like I was putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. I promise, life does not need to be a constant cycle of burning out and starting again. Through our work together we will explore ways to ‘stitch’ the gaping wound so you are actually able to heal and move towards a more balanced life.
Through our work together I will use imagery and analogies to help you better understand how and why your body and mind is reacting the way it is. Like a birds eye view, I am able to see some of the signs that are right in front of you but are too zoomed in to see clearly. In a non-judgmental space I use education and a bit of humor to help you see the full picture and move towards a healthier balance.

Hello and welcome!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida with almost eight years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults. I earned my Master’s degree from Barry University and have a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, school or work stress, or relationship difficulties.
In our work together, I focus on teaching healthy coping strategies, improving communication skills, and finding effective ways to manage emotional triggers. My goal is to empower you to feel more balanced, confident, and fulfilled in your daily life.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and playing card games. I’m dedicated to ongoing learning, both personally and professionally, so I can continue to provide the best support possible.
I believe that every challenge offers an opportunity for growth, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing and change. Above all, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.
More and more people are searching for emotional health, mental stability, peace, and love in today’s world. In our quest to achieve this stability, we look outside ourselves, and we, unfortunately, are still experiencing feelings and a sense of emptiness within us. It is not until we truly start the journey of the inner search when the magic begins to happen, and let me tell you, I am here to guide and support you through this journey.
I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1998. I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, where I completed my bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology and later in Florida earned my Master’s in Science from Carlos Albizu University in 1995. I am offering you more than 30 years of experience with conventional and alternative emotional and mental healing modalities.
Through the use of experiential exercises, I will encourage and support you to develop effective coping strategies for dealing with the pressures of daily life, reducing stress and anxiety, and bringing wellness overall. Within my clients, I assist in finding and rediscovering their inner strengths that ultimately provide the needed coping skills.
There are many activities I enjoy in my day-to-day life, and some of them are: meditating, reading, cooking vegetarian dishes, traveling, also enjoying the family, especially the kids, likes taking walks by the beach, and experiencing sunrise and sunsets.
My hope for helping humanity is to bring lightness to work with my clients in these difficult times. With the basis of understanding that everyone’s experience is unique, I work step by step with each individual to establish a clear path in the direction of feeling better, making progress towards healing, and improving overall wellbeing, one person at a time.

I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, relationships, healing the past. I am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and promote self-discovery. I have a background working in healing modalities. I often use IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, EMDR, connect with different 'parts' of you, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences. I am certified in EMDR. I have extensive experience with IFS.
I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you may choose to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence and develop new coping skills so you can more easily create the life you want.

I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand it's effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves. I had a natural curiosity to understand the world, how people think, and what drives human behavior. I also believe in the power of connectedness. All these things came together and pushed me to pursue my graduate degree in counseling. My experiences early on taught me that no one is perfect, we all struggle, and we all deserve grace. I am here to tell you that your story doesn't have to end where it is now. I aim to show that we are all resilient and have the ability to overcome challenges.
My name is Amy Peeler and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 15 years. I enjoy working with patients to reach their goals in therapy. Sometimes in life you feel as if you are wading in the ocean waters and then you get toppled over by a wave. I want to be able to help you get back up and learn to ride that wave.
