I approach therapy with the belief that healing and growth are always possible. Change is a natural part of life, and I view counseling as a supportive space where individuals and couples can explore challenges, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater well-being. My work is grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect, creating a safe environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Fluent in English, Spanish, (and Spanglish), I enjoy providing therapy in whichever language feels most comfortable for my clients. My cultural background and bilingual skills allow me to offer a more inclusive and culturally sensitive counseling experience, something I believe is essential in building trust and fostering healing. In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I also bring a person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and collaboration as core elements of the therapeutic process. Outside of my professional life, I value balance and joy. I enjoy barbell strength training, which reminds me of the importance of persistence and self-care. I also love singing with my husband and spending meaningful time with family and friends. These personal joys keep me grounded and inspire the work I do with clients every day.

Hello! My name is Jeremy Brown! Has it been difficult and tough sometimes to talk to others like family and friends? Do you feel like people around you are not listening or hearing you when you speak? Do you struggle with self-compassion and self-gratitude? Have you always turned to other means to cope when stressed such as alcohol or other substances? I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. I also believe that meaningful growth sometimes requires stepping outside of our comfort zones, challenging old patterns, and discovering strengths we may have forgotten we possess. My approach to therapy is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative, with just the right amount of gentle challenge. I strive to create a comfortable, authentic environment where we can explore life's difficulties while also recognizing opportunities for growth and change. I won't simply sit back and nod along, but I also won't push you before you're ready. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. One of my greatest professional passions is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am drawn to EMDR because of its ability to help individuals process painful experiences, work through trauma, and begin to loosen the grip that past experiences can have on their present lives. I believe that our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define us. EMDR offers an opportunity to move beyond simply understanding what has happened to us and toward experiencing meaningful emotional healing. I value humor when appropriate and honest conversations. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn't always have to feel heavy. **Above all, I want you to know that you don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy.** You just have to be willing to start. I'll meet you there, and we'll work together to find a path forward.

Hi, I’m Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (licensed in Florida and Minnesota). I specialize in working with women who are navigating life transitions and feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally off-balance. Many of the women I support aren’t in crisis—they’re adjusting to change, juggling multiple responsibilities, or noticing that the coping strategies that used to work no longer feel enough. They often come to therapy looking for clarity, validation, and practical tools to help them feel steadier and more confident in this current season of life. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy or emotionally overwhelming to be effective. Instead, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and gain insight into what’s contributing to your stress. Together, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening emotional awareness, and finding realistic ways to reduce stress and improve day-to-day balance. I work collaboratively with my clients and tailor therapy to fit your goals, personality, and pace. Our work is often short-term and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping you feel better equipped to handle life’s transitions within a few months rather than engaging in long-term, intensive therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who offers validation, gentle guidance, and practical support during a time of change, I’d be honored to support you.

Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have. A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts. You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version. I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for. There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..." I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes. What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing. The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. I am excited that you are here and look forward to taking this journey alongside you.
