Life is not easy. We have all been through at least one event that affected us in a way where it follows us and finds ways to get our attention. For a lot of us this may be depression and anxiety. Lack of a sense of identity. Trying to survive in a world where we are told to live and think a certain way. My specific focus is working with individuals to break down walls. Setting a path to find themselves and be the best versions of themselves. This might involve tapping into their creativity and not being afraid to dream. I highly encourage using one's imagination. A lot of those whom struggle with depression and anxiety have nervous systems that are in constant survival and are not even aware of that. I work with clients on finding modalities to help them break out of survival mode and feel safe in their daily lives. My approach is more holistic: mind/body/spirit.
