As a clinician with ADHD I have experienced firsthand many of the issues that individuals with ADHD face on a daily basis (poor experience with providers, family conflict regarding diagnosis, learning skills to accommodate my specific flavor of neurodiversity, etc). I have worked in hospitals and outpatients setting since then. People do not fit in perfect little boxes, nor should treatment be tailored to a "one size fits all " approach. Everyone is different and unique. I believe it is important to find creative and healthy ways to help individuals to solve problems and move forward in their lives. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma and chronic health problems such as cancer. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
