My work focuses mainly on anxiety in men in certain phases of life. I am a Licensed Psychologist with extensive experience in clinical settings, including corporate, medical, military, community, family business, and outpatient environments. I earned my PhD from Eastern Michigan University, completed my internship at Henry Ford Hospital, and pursued a fellowship at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. My approach integrates evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to help men navigate anxiety and adjustment challenges related to career, relationships, and fatherhood. I am dedicated to helping clients gain insight, build coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change, empowering them to overcome challenges and lead more fulfilling lives.
