Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, loss, or past experiences begin to take up more space than you want them to. I am a compassionate therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional regulation challenges. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe exploring their experiences and building effective coping skills.
My specialties include anxiety disorders, exposure therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma, and grief and loss. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and resilience.
Hello, my name is Celina Piernik. I offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space. With a background as both an educator and counselor, I’ve always been dedicated to supporting others. My work is shaped by personal and professional life experiences, and I understand that we all need support at different points in our journey. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Mindfulness-Based Approach to help females navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-confidence, trauma, and women’s issues.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) since 2014. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, grief, and major life transitions.
After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020. This shift allowed me to offer more accessible, flexible, and private telehealth services to adults across Florida and Vermont, meeting clients where they are—literally and emotionally.
My clinical work is deeply informed by both training and lived experience. In my own life, I’ve navigated grief, significant life transitions, and having had cancer twice. While these experiences are not the focus of my work, they have shaped the way I show up as a therapist: grounded, present, and deeply respectful of the complexity of what people carry. I understand that healing is not linear, and that strength often looks like simply getting through the day.
I work with adults who are experiencing emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and health-related challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and paced to your readiness. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy. Together, we focus on building insight while also developing real-world coping tools that support meaningful change.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or push through alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or sensing that something needs to shift, this can be a steady place to begin rebuilding clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
As a former CPA/business owner I bring my unique life’s experiences of serving clients, coaching teams of business professionals and personal growth to the field of counseling. As a business leader, husband and father of, now, young adults, I spent many hours with my own coaches and therapists who helped me understand my struggles and explore my strengths and weaknesses to make myself and those around me better. I use a client/couple/family-centered strength-based approach to psychotherapy that focuses on You Shaping You. The Couple Shaping the Couple. The Family shaping the Family.

Welcome! My name is Corina and I hold a license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I went to school at Palm Beach Atlantic University for both my undergrad and masters education. Palm Beach Atlantic University is a Christian University and I feel grateful to have attended this school as it has created the person I am today. I believe that my faith has developed me into the counselor I am today and I function with that mentality in counseling. Jesus is the great counselor and I believe that we are to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
I have been working in the counseling field for 8 years and have been licensed for 4 of those years. I have worked the majority of my career in an in-patient addictions center and have expanded to outpatient and in-home therapy with a couple of different community agencies. In those agencies, I have offered services to children from the ages of 4 to adults in their 60s, as well as family therapy. I have worked with an array of issues not limited to family conflict, relationship issues, communication, drugs and alcohol, anger, stress, coping skills and many other life issues.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a modality that I primarily work with and at times borrows from other modalities when it is fit. My goal is to build a real, raw and positive relationship while being compassionate and empathetic. I will be sensitive but also direct in my efforts to help you find solutions to your current and/or past issues. I also believe that incorporating the use of coping skills, boundaries and communication will increase the quality of life as well as the quality of relationships.
I believe all interactions are the beginning of potential flourishing relationships. With that said, I think that as we grow in counselor and client relationships, this very relationship will better help you with your relationships with family, friends and co-workers.
I am excited to meet you and to work with you as you learn new ways to live your very best life! Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. It’s incredibly brave to reflect on your life and decide to make positive changes. Seeking support is often the first meaningful step forward. I believe one of the most healing experiences a person can have is to feel truly heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work with adults, adolescents, and children ages 10 and older, helping clients navigate anxiety, intrusive thoughts, relationship patterns, stress, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with first responders, healthcare professionals, correctional staff, and individuals navigating high-stress careers.

As someone who personally understands OCD and the experience of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I know how overwhelming it can feel when old coping strategies stop working and you’re unsure how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to help clients feel more confident, emotionally grounded, and connected to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If you’re ready to begin creating a life you genuinely enjoy, I would be honored to support you in that process.

Hi, I’m K’Nya! As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I am passionate about couple’s therapy and couples struggling in the area of communication and emotional intimacy. I have received extensive training working with high conflict couples and I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transition dilemmas! I am of Christian-faith and have no problem with incorporating faith into our sessions (for those that identify as Christian).
Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I received my Master's degree at Florida Atlantic University and have over 12 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families. I truly want my clients to believe that they deserve help and the care for their mental health and wellbeing. I am here and ready to help you Find Your Light, your motivation or simply your hand so I can pull you through whatever you are struggling with. I have a toolbox of coping skills for you to learn about and practice so you can discover what works best for you.
I predominantly work with young men struggling with social anxiety disorder. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, poor self-worth, and poor self-confidence. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. They are labeled by others as shy, quiet, or introverted. This scenario described myself for much of my life which gives me lived experience to better able to assist you. I help individuals combat their social fears and begin to live a rich and fulfilling life. I do this through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques primarily but also integrate solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, exposure therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. Whether you're a teen struggling to make friends and socialize or you are an adult unable to speak up at work meetings or unable to ask someone out on a date, I'm here for you! Seeking therapy can be frightening but I want to assure you that you will be most welcome if you take that leap of faith!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 21 years of experience. I know that therapy should be a team approach. I have learned that you, the client, are the expert on yourself. I am here to help guide and empower you to discover your full potential. It is important to me to create a safe environment for healing.
