I grew up in a small city in Michigan and moved to Florida in 2015, where I obtained my Master’s Degree and Licensure in Clinical Social Work. I have always had a passion for practicing as a therapist, and the reason is simple; I believe that all human beings are and were created equally and ultimately are all in search of the same thing in life, happiness. It took me some time before I chose to pursue a career in mental health and many hours, days and years of exploring my inner most being, before I knew that this field was for me. I have spent a lot of time exploring the behaviors, feelings and emotions of others, along with getting to know myself and learning to be in tune with my inner most self. I truly believe this has helped me become the best therapist I can be. I pride myself on continuing to grow and learn as a mental health professional, as we all know the world is constantly and rapidly changing and shifting directions.
