Hi, and welcome! I'm really glad you're here. I know you've probably been scrolling through profile after profile trying to find someone who feels like the right fit. Take a few minutes to learn a little about me. If something resonates with you, I'd love the opportunity to support you on your journey. I am a compassionate and goal-oriented therapist who specializes in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
As a person of faith, I value purpose and perseverance, and I believe healing involves caring for the mind, emotions, and overall well-being. My faith reminds me that every person has inherent worth, which shapes the way I listen, connect, and walk alongside clients as they heal and grow. My values help guide the empathy, encouragement, and support I bring into the therapeutic space.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, direct, and rooted in kindness. I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Humanistic techniques to help clients build practical tools, increase emotional insight, and create meaningful change. I believe healing is about growing into a healthier version of yourself while remaining connected to your authentic identity and values.
I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you are carrying challenges alone or do not yet have the tools to navigate them. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and capable of moving forward with greater confidence, balance, and self-understanding. Its time for you to feel like you again!!
Painful experiences often lead people to develop protective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies may appear as perfectionism, emotional avoidance, anger toward loved ones, or repeated involvement in unhealthy relationships. While they can offer temporary relief, they often create disconnection from oneself and others, contributing to feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their sense of self worth and process traumatic experiences that contribute to insecure attachment and unhelpful patterns. I believe that although emotional wounds often occur within relationships, healing also takes place through safe and supportive connection. With compassion, courage, and a willingness to explore difficult experiences, meaningful and lasting change is possible. Healing can happen, and there is always hope.
My name is Juan A. López and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my graduate degree in Mental Health in 2005 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have more than 10 years practicing psychotherapy and Behavior Analysis with children, adolescents and adults with a variety of diagnoses.
I want you to know that the most difficult decision in life is asking for help and by taking the time to do some searching and reaching out, deserves a lot of self-admiration and self-credit of empowerment. I am a true believer that with a little help, anybody can accomplish great things and achieve most of their personal goals in life by implementing changes.

Welcome! I’ve been working with individuals, couples and families pursuing counseling for more than over 19 years. My experience has centered around assisting adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting and adapting to the changes they are experiencing in life, grief and trauma.
The philosophical foundation of my therapy is based on the understanding that what we think influences how we feel which impacts how we behave. Therefore, to change any behavior or feeling we first need to address our thinking. My goal in the counseling process is to assist you in improving the quality of your life by guiding you in how to manage, resolve, and/or reconcile those issues in your life creating difficulty for you.
Whether you are looking to find relief, increased direction in life, or feel empowered to make the changes you want to see happen, counseling can help you do so! Taking the first step to seek help takes bravery, courage, and determination. Believe it or not, you have just taken that first step!

If you’re here, you might be carrying pain that started long before adulthood—pain from childhood experiences, family dynamics, or relationships that taught you to stay small, silent, or strong for others. You might still hear those old internal messages: “I’m not enough,” “I’m too much,” or “I have to hold everything together.” I want you to know: you don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and inner child work. I help trauma survivors, anxious overthinkers, chronic self-critics, and those healing from emotionally complicated families reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels safe, calm, and authentic. I bring five years of experience working with individuals who feel stuck between who they are and who they want to become.
My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I show up as a real human—not a distant clinician—offering a balance of compassion, clarity, and practical tools. I help you understand your emotional world, reconnect with the parts of you that learned to survive, and begin healing the inner child who deserved more care, safety, and love than they received.
In therapy, you’ll learn to regulate overwhelming emotions, break cycles of self-doubt, understand your triggers, and finally build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself. I work from a place of inclusivity, authenticity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start truly living—to feel safer in your body, kinder toward yourself, and more connected to who you were meant to be—I’m here to walk beside you. Your healing starts now.

When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate burnout. I am passionate because I have been there and was tired of getting unhelpful answers from people who meant well but did not seem to understand. Advice like ‘sleep it off’ and ‘take a deep breath’ we're common and it felt like I was putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. I promise, life does not need to be a constant cycle of burning out and starting again. Through our work together we will explore ways to ‘stitch’ the gaping wound so you are actually able to heal and move towards a more balanced life.
Through our work together I will use imagery and analogies to help you better understand how and why your body and mind is reacting the way it is. Like a birds eye view, I am able to see some of the signs that are right in front of you but are too zoomed in to see clearly. In a non-judgmental space I use education and a bit of humor to help you see the full picture and move towards a healthier balance.
Thank you for considering me as your personal mental health therapist and emotions coach. Over the last few years, we have collectively endured traumatic, distressing, and challenging times that have reshaped how we view the world and how we choose to move forward within it. For many, this has meant clinging to familiar beliefs for comfort. For others, the weight of trauma, hopelessness, and fatigue has left them feeling stuck, unable to access their inner strengths or resilience. I believe that in those moments, we all need someone to help guide us back from the darkness into the light. I want to be that beacon of light for you.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with more than 15 years of counseling experience and over 20 years of serving families. My treatment philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual has strengths that can be nurtured to foster healing and growth. By combining psychotherapy and clinical social work theories within a strength-based model, I help clients build coping strategies, discover new tools, and reclaim their sense of well-being.
Our work together will focus on developing a trusting, supportive, and confidential therapeutic relationship—one that is grounded in empathy, respect, and validation, without pity or blame. My practice integrates Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, all within a behavioral change framework. These approaches allow me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you move forward with resilience, clarity, and hope.
Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. My role is to walk beside you, providing guidance, insight, and encouragement as you rediscover your strength and reclaim your light.
Sometimes life feels unmanageable or even unfamiliar; the heaviness is more than you can bear. Do you feel overwhelmed or overlooked? My goal is to ensure that my client's feel seen and validated while working to empower them with tools to navigate their current challenges. Therapy is a collaborative effort that allows you to use your voice in identifying solutions for your life.

Whether you’re facing trauma, relationship struggles, or navigating identity issues, I see your strength in coming forward. I work with individuals who are not just seeking to manage their challenges but are ready to explore themselves on a deeper level.
Helping adults heal from childhood emotional neglect, people-pleasing, and painful relationship patterns.
Hi. My name is Fashen.
I help women process the emotional impact of growing up in dysfunctional households. These experiences can affect self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and the ability to cope with overwhelming emotions. Many of the women I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or unhealthy relationship patterns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing journey.
I also provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for women processing grief related to a terminated pregnancy/abortion. This is a deeply personal experience, and you deserve a space where you can process it openly and at your own pace.
My approach is warm and supportive. I focus on helping you feel more in control of your emotions, more confident in your relationships, and more connected to yourself.
