Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I see all adults, but in particular I focus on folks that are dealing with life changes such as struggling with a new or changing diagnosis, reclaiming your identity, grief, or depression and anxiety. I want you to know that the time we spend together is for YOU, so it will be focused on what you want to talk about. Therapy can be hard work but I'd like to make it easier on you. Let's work together!
I am someone who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can finally be your full self. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I’m here to hold space for the messy, real parts of life with compassion and curiosity, not judgment. My approach is warm, direct, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression and want support before things begin to unravel. Perhaps your mind feels crowded with intrusive thoughts, distressing images, or emotions that are hard to manage alone. You may be seeking clarity, emotional stability, and a way to feel more in control of your life. Therapy can help you slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways to cope. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you regain balance, think more clearly, and move toward the life you want to live.
I specialize in trauma that affects adults. This maybe a combat trauma, a recent experience that was traumatic, or an early childhood event(s) that continues to affect you. I use a combination of techniques such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help people move on from traumatic experiences in their lives.
It hasn't been easy, and you've been thinking about how to change. Let us help you in your path to self discovery, and leading a more healthy life style.
Welcome, and come as you are. I help individuals understand and change patterns affecting anxiety, trauma, self-worth, relationships, and life satisfaction. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I also offer couples therapy on a private-pay basis. Insurance is accepted for eligible individual therapy services only.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I provide therapy exclusively through telehealth for adults and teens. My goal is to offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and begin to make sense of your experiences in a meaningful way.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients work through a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, grief, communication, and major life transitions. I also work with people who feel stuck, unmotivated, or uncertain about their direction in life—those moments when questions about meaning, regret, or identity start to surface.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding yourself more fully, finding what works for you, and building a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
I value creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and be met with genuine empathy and respect. Whether you’re looking to process painful experiences, manage difficult emotions, or gain clarity about your next steps, I’m here to help you navigate that process at your own pace.
All sessions are held online for your comfort, privacy, and convenience—making it easier to access support wherever you are in Florida.

Greetings,
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master from Carlos Albizu University in Puerto Rico and I have been practicing for 6 years. I help people between the ages 18 and 90 year old struggling with daily life stressors and difficulties to better manage mental health issues. I'm so glad you're here. I am Dr. Marckdaline St. Fort, LCSW and specialize in loss, human connection, and emotional healing. With two decades of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping men and women rediscover the power of their voices as they navigate the pain of abortion, miscarriage, loss of self, and conflict or loss within relationships and marriage. You, too, have that power within you.
Having personally experienced the impact of loss and the beauty of healing, I understand how shame, guilt, and embarrassment can prevent individuals from recognizing their innate strength and capacity to overcome life’s most difficult moments. Through compassion, insight, and empowerment, I help others move toward healing, restoration, and renewed purpose.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Army Veteran with a strong commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My journey into the mental health field began after my military service, when I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by a Master’s in Social Work.
I spent 16 years working with the Department of Children and Families in Protective Investigations, where I developed extensive experience supporting individuals and families through complex and often high-stress situations. During that time, I also pursued my passion for clinical work and have now been providing therapy for approximately 8 years.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, anger management, and trauma, including domestic violence. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on helping you build practical skills, resilience, and lasting change.

Hi, my name is Iyana Davidson. I am licensed as LMHC, and a Board-Certified Tele-Health Counselor. I've been successfully providing therapy throughout the State of Florida for over 15 years. My specialties include depression, anxiety, stress related concerns, trauma, and relationship issues. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, faced recent trauma, or have feelings of depression; my services are aimed to introduce coping skills, and self-motivation. Most have asked their self, is counseling for me. If you have ever called a friend or family member in time of need, you will ease right into therapy.
My mission is to create a confidential and safe space, while improving the lives of my clients. I strive to provide the best possible therapy by continually updating my knowledge and skills, as new research and techniques in mental health come available.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across all stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
I specialize in helping others with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem/self-confidence, imposter syndrome, career exploration, and relationship issues.
Seeking help is a huge first step, and I do my absolute best to make the entire therapeutic process as smooth and easygoing as possible by embracing a positive, eclectic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
My passion in the mental health field is to encourage children and teens to become life-long advocates for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It is my hope that together, we will find useful strategies that can be built upon and continue to grow during both the ups and downs of adolescence and beyond. My clients often present with moderate to severe worries and anxiety around “typical” angst related to school, activities, and relationships. Sometimes the stress is sneaky and camouflaged to look like fatigue, irritability, and apathy. I find that many young people use coping skills that may not be the healthiest; however making the initial decision to seek out better solutions through counseling provides countless options for therapeutic approaches.
In 2025, I proudly founded my own practice, Grand Wellness Group, in an effort to continue to provide the best support for clients, families, and supervision for clinical mental health providers.
I earned my doctorate and post-graduate master's degrees in psychology and my master's degree in counseling from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Professionally, I retired from the United States Air Force as a senior non-commissioned officer, and since retiring, have worked in several different behavioral health settings. In addition to my private practice, I am a graduate-level adjunct professor of counseling psychology.

We'll use a holistic model to integrate mind, body, and spirit. This encourages you to discover the skills or strategies that help you to be the best you can be.
I help people learn to identify the root of their issue(s). This not only addresses the symptoms but improves healing at the core of the problem thereby promoting lasting change.
I truly believe in a person's ability to grow and change as you travel down your pathway to mental health and well-being. Learning to live in the present allows us to experience healing and wellness in the here and now. Whether you're dealing with complex relationship issues that seem hopeless and overwhelming or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I strive to create a safe and comfortable space where healing and growth are encouraged. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with trust, empathy and compassion while using evidence-based techniques so you can overcome barriers and obstacles that have been holding you back. I am honored to work with you and wish you all the best on your journey.
Hello! I am a licensed psychologist and licensed marriage and family therapist, with addiitonal post graduate training in marriage and family therapy. I have tremendous respect for individuals who are open to addressing their difficult experiences. To do so, requires courage, and I will partner with you on this journey. Painful life experiences leave an unfinished learning, and the purpose of therapy is to complete this learning. In individual therapy, I help client’s to say, “No,” without feeling guilty, and to move away from repetitive overthinking. We will address your “inner critic” to help you to be present in relating to others. Individual therapy can address your motivation and vitality, helping you to manage stress, rather than stress managing you. With couples therapy, I help couples stop having the same argument over and over. After infidelity, couples may find the path back to “us.” Partners with parenting differences can learn to collaborate for their kids. I also provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for parents of children, ages 2 to 7, who have temper tantrums, and/or attention difficulties.
