Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions.
I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life.
In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs.
For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences.
Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes.
Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!

Thank you for taking time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 28 years of counseling experience in clinical, private and educational settings. I practice Client-centered therapy. For those who are unfamiliar with Client-centered therapy it is based on the practice that the CLIENT is best able to decide what to explore and mark as a goal of treatment. I empower all my clients without compromising empathy. Whatever the reason any individual, couple, or family comes to me, I challenge their skillset to solve problems and restore resolve; not simply provide short-term solutions. The first step to achieve this is to build a rapport with essential empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I believe in relationships. Seems a little elementary but one's physical, mental, and overall wellness is dependent on relations that we have with each other. No matter how large or small one's family is, and/or social circle we were all meant to establish and grow relationships. No level of true self-reflection would escape this fact. I witnessed this to be true in all of my clients as with myself.
I currently reside Central Florida with my wife, son, and three daughters. As a family we enjoy an active lifestyle supportive of one another and the family dynamic.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Hi, I'm Anabel. I work with young adults who are ready to grow: leveling up how you communicate, setting boundaries that stick, building self-worth, and learning to manage your emotions instead of getting hijacked by them. Picture making decisions without the guilt spiral, saying what you need without over-explaining yourself, and handling hard moments from a calm, grounded place instead of full-on reacting. Picture relationships built on honesty and respect, including with yourself. If that sounds like what you're going for, let's connect!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over 20 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults facing life challenges. I employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques, that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Client centered and Solution focused therapies. Appreciation of the brain body connection helps to bring about change in a substantive way. To begin this change process, I encourage the use of mindfulness for the purpose of calming brain and body. There is no person who is deserving of living in pain, therapy and support can make a difference in how a life is lived.
Have you been struggling to find purpose and meaning in your life? Is it leading to anxiety and depression? Welcome to a safe space to talk about your hopes, fears and dreams. With over 18 years of dedicated service in counseling, I am committed to enhancing mental health and well-being in clients of all ages. My journey began when I was impacted by a compassionate school counselor during my younger years. Inspired by her positive influence, I embarked on this path to support others in their mental health journeys. Throughout my career, I have worked to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with clients on anxiety management, depression support, assist in navigating grief, ADHD or other behavioral challenges, & help foster healthy relationships & family systems.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, grief, and major life transitions since 2014. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and my work is grounded in both professional training and a genuine belief that people deserve a place where they can be heard without judgment.
After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020. Today, I provide accessible, flexible telehealth services to adults in Florida and Vermont, allowing clients to receive support from a place where they feel comfortable and safe.
My clinical work is also informed by lived experience. I’ve navigated grief, significant life transitions, and having cancer twice. These experiences are not the focus of my work, but they have shaped how I show up as a therapist—grounded, present, and respectful of the complexity of what people carry. I understand that healing is not linear and that sometimes strength simply means getting through the day.
I work with adults who may look like they’re managing everything on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. My approach is collaborative, practical, and paced to your readiness. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, focusing on both insight and practical tools for everyday life.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, have everything figured out, or push through alone. If something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening, and begin moving forward.
