(she/her)
With 12 years of experience, I’m a psychotherapist who works with adults navigating life stress (life transitions), trauma, and the emotional charge these cause. Many of my clients are used to holding things together on the outside —but on the inside, they feel stuck, overwhelmed, and experience significant emotional charge. They’ve often carried emotional weight for a long time and are finally ready to make space for their own healing.
My approach is warm, respectful, and deeply person-centered. That means I won’t tell you who to be or what to believe. I create a safe, supportive space where your pain is honored and where you can start to reconnect with the parts of you that may have been buried or silenced. Through our work, I help you access your inner resources, so that you can begin to feel more empowered in how you respond to emotions, relationships, and challenges.
I integrate evidence-based methods like EMDR, trauma-informed and attachment-based care, and mind-body approaches that help you gently release what your system has been holding—freeing up energy to focus on your goals and growth. Together, we help your brain and body learn a new way to relate to stress, past experiences, and your sense of self.
Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, safe, and supported in our work. They begin to shift from just surviving to feeling more in control, more peaceful, and more connected to who they are.
If you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens, meets you where you are, and helps you move forward—not by telling you what to do, but by helping you find your way—I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
