Sometimes navigating through life can be challenging and discouraging. Are you struggling with life-changing decisions, living with chronic illness, or not where you want to be in life? You don't have to navigate alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with individuals and families for over 10 years. I have experience working with individuals who are dealing with infertility, pregnancy , trauma, grief/loss, major depression, and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR and use different treatment modalities that focus on my clients' needs. I do not look at therapy as one size fits all. We are all unique and have different needs, therefore treatment has to be appropriate for the individual and situation. Reaching out for help is a big step and I am here to support you every step of the way.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My main approach to therapy is strength-based. I focus on the positives in a person's life and use their past and present successes to empower and overcome their challenges. I am also trained in EMDR dealing with PTSD and trauma.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve women in seasons of transition—particularly mothers navigating the emotional complexity of early motherhood, identity shifts, and the invisible weight of caregiving. My clients are often high-functioning and deeply devoted to their families, yet privately feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or burdened by guilt, resentment, or unmet expectations. I work well with clients who may be struggling with postpartum emotional changes, anxiety, burnout, or a sense of loss of self. Many are seeking a space where they don’t have to hold everything together—a place to process honestly without judgment. They are often insightful and motivated for change but need support slowing down, making sense of their emotions, and reconnecting with their needs. My clients are typically looking to: * Feel more emotionally regulated and less reactive * Reduce anxiety, irritability, and overwhelm * Process grief related to identity, relationships, or unmet expectations * Improve communication and connection in their relationships * Rebuild a sense of self outside of their role as a mother * Develop sustainable coping strategies that support both themselves and their families I am especially aligned with clients who value reflection, emotional depth, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together, we focus on creating clarity, self-compassion, and practical tools so they can move through motherhood—and life—with more intention, balance, and ease.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I specialize in working with women navigating the complexities of motherhood, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the ongoing emotional demands of parenting. I have a strong interest in perinatal mental health, including anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and the often unspoken experiences of grief, anger, and overwhelm that can accompany early motherhood. I also support clients in repairing relationships—with themselves, their children, and their partners—through increased self-awareness and emotional regulation. In addition to maternal mental health, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, stress, and relational challenges. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities while remaining flexible and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I emphasize connection, emotional insight, and practical tools that clients can apply in their daily lives.
