I have been in the behavioral health field for over 30 years in various roles. I have a doctorate in psychology. Additionally, I have assisted others in gaining recovery over their addictions and trauma . I specialize in depression, personality disorder, narcissistic abuse, women issues, attachment issues, anxiety, and grief. My goals are to assist you in achieving contentment in your life by empowering you. I will assist you in exploring patterns of thinking and behaving; along with exploring solutions to your personal issues.

Cognitive behavioral therapy used to assist cl in re- framing core beliefs, automatic thoughts, and destructive negative thinking. We explored destructive negative thinking and used schema restructuring, harmful thoughts patterns to recognize cl ability to practice alternatives ways of thinking, regulate distressing emotions and harmful behaviors.
