It took me awhile to book a session with grow because the choices overwhelmed me and with an anxiety disorder this made it difficult to choose. When I saw Dina pop up as a first option and read her strengths and bio, especially where she noted she is very open to feedback and she does the same, I did not want to look further. I did not want a yes person, I want a provider who can and will tell me where my behavior is wrong also so I can correct it. I am very hopeful after our first session.

Dina is easy to talk to. She is warm and caring and she helps you work through the issues you're facing. I would recommend her. She is wonderful.
