You are ready to feel calm. You are ready to feel grounded and at peace with yourself. Most of all, you are ready to rediscover your true, confident self. Let's move past the outside noise and focus on real change.

I am a qualified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I help clients determine whether their loved one might have a pathological condition, to understand what that means, how to avoid such relationships in the future, reduce their internal conflict, and determine whether they want to end the relationship or manage it.
Often, my clients have a relationship with a person who has no diagnosable condition, yet the relationship would be considered "toxic" in that it repeatedly causes my client emotional distress. I am excited to provide perspectives and strategies to assist.
I grew up in Florida and graduated from FSU with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I began my career in a county jail mental health unit, where I became proficient in crisis intervention, assessments, and group therapy. Since then, I have worked at an air force base, offering therapy to individuals and families, as well as a substance/mental health rehab program for the Veteran's Administration. I have also volunteered with survivors of gun violence who are grieving and/or coping with trauma.
I love being a therapist! It’s humbling to be a part of my clients’ lives as they heal, grow, and go after their goals.

Hi! I’m a licensed psychotherapist who believes that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves more deeply. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, and moments where they may feel stuck or uncertain about their direction. I strive to create a supportive, thoughtful space where clients can explore their experiences, build practical tools, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and personal growth.
My primary focus is on high-achieving professionals who, from the outside, seem to have it all together but are secretly grappling with burnout, isolation, and the weight of relentless stress. Having practiced family law for over 20 years, I intimately understand the unique pressures of demanding careers—the high stakes, the constant 'on' mode, and the way self-care often falls to the bottom of the list until anxiety, depression and substance abuse can no longer be ignored. Our life path is full of ups and downs with unexpected twists and turns. We learn to develop a way of coping whether it is a positive or negative method to help deal with stressors or adapt to change. However, the majority of the time, we fall back on what we are accustomed to when dealing with a stressful situation or unexpected change; such as becoming confused, frustrated, emotional, withdrawing, angry, combative, or ignoring the situation and hoping the situation will just magically disappear or be resolved. Sometimes we need assistance to develop positive coping skills to deal with an unexpected changes or stressful situations.

Besides treating many mental health conditions, I have specialized training in treating anxiety, career, conflict, depression, grief, self-esteem, anger management, behavior issues, stress, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorder. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, faced recent trauma, or have feelings of depression; my services are aimed to introduce coping skills, and self-motivation. Most have asked their self, is counseling for me. If you have ever called a friend or family member in time of need, you will ease right into therapy.
My mission is to create a confidential and safe space, while improving the lives of my clients. I strive to provide the best possible therapy by continually updating my knowledge and skills, as new research and techniques in mental health come available.
Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) located in Florida. I earned my Master's degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have been practicing for 8 years. My work primarily involves supporting adults, adolescents, and children in comprehending and processing their past and present traumas. I firmly believe that all mental health challenges have underlying origins, and I guide my clients in uncovering these sources, leading to a significant reduction in their symptoms.
Are you looking for a space to navigate current stressors—somewhere you can unwind and express thoughts or emotions that feel too heavy to carry alone? Do you want support in understanding mental health symptoms or building a personalized toolbox of coping skills?
Hi, I’m Maryam. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, born and raised, and of Venezuelan descent. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish. I graduated from the University of South Florida with degrees in Psychology and Health Sciences and later earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University.
My clinical experience includes working in mobile crisis response, outpatient counseling, addiction treatment, and telehealth therapy. Across all settings, my priority is to create a non-judgmental, safe, and welcoming environment where you can work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
I take a holistic approach and integrate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including art and music-inspired techniques, cognitive reframing to challenge negative self-talk, solution-focused strategies, and what I like to call “care-frontation.” I often offer optional tasks or reflections between sessions to help deepen your progress.
I’d be honored to support you as we begin this healing journey together.
