My name is Tim Johnston and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I own my solo practice, Waves of Grace Counseling. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have worked in community mental health and private practice. My specialties are helping individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma. I provide person centered therapy with an integration of cognitive behavioral therapies. I also use a psycho dynamic approach to help each person understand more about how their childhood and early life experiences might be currently affecting them.
