I am Tiarik, an insightful therapist that offers a conversational style of therapy tailored to your issue. I seek to provide empowerment, insight, and alternative perspectives to help you grow, flourish, and for you to experience emotional and mental wellness. I have many years of counseling under my belt with my counseling degree from Jacksonville University. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy sessions that seek to address your particular needs. Some modalities I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and emotion-focused therapy to name a few. I believe an individual's life is like a puzzle. It can be a beautiful picture but sometimes we need help putting the pieces together.
