First session
You're in the driver's seat when you work with me. Therapy is taking a journey together. How often do we take time to ask ourselves how we're really doing? How we're really feeling? My first session with you I answer any questions you may have about me and let you know a little bit about how therapy works and how I work with you. My goals are always to be a safe place to listen and hold anything you would like to share with no judgement.

One of the most enjoyable strengths I have as a therapist is discovering the core emotional shame-based beliefs that have ultimately prevented you from discovering and unlocking a self-love and self-worth that begins to transform your life.
