My name is Connie Owens, I am passionate about helping women overcome trauma and Narcissistic abuse. My approach is Holistic. We will address the 4 interdependent parts of self; 1. Mind, 2. Body, 3. Soul, and 4. Spirit. I believe that we are each uniquely different and to heal all of you we will need to treat all of you. Together we will develop a plan to look at every aspect of your life to see how it contributes to causing you emotional pain, and then focus on a solution to help you overcome the emotional pain, for good.

I believe that clients are experts of their own lives. I am here to provide the tools and support to help you reach your goals. Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work who serves clients in both Colorado and Texas. I received my masters in social work in 2022 from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have since been working with clients to develop coping skills, set boundaries, manage relationships, and support through life transitions. My goal is to provide a holistic and client-centered therapeutic experience, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I aim to empower clients to build resilience, achieve personal growth, and navigate their life's challenges with confidence.
I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce.
In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia.
Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans.
I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.

Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm so glad you're here. I want to recognize the courage it takes to begin this process. Whether you're feeling a mix of hope, confusion, or relief, simply being here is a significant step toward your mental health goals.
I work hard to create an environment that is safe and down to earth where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges related to anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I focus on helping clients develop flexible thinking and self-compassion — practical tools that help you step away from the self-criticism and stuck patterns that keep life feeling heavy. In our sessions, you can expect honest, grounding conversations that help you slow down, get clear on what you need, and start moving in a direction that actually feels like you.
Counseling offers the space to figure out the 'how' — whether that's rebuilding, resting, or simply learning to be who you are. If something here clicked for you, trust that. Schedule a session and let's start building something better together.
I grew up in Las Vegas, NV in a big, blended family.
During my internship and following graduation, I worked at an inpatient treatment facility for teens dealing with high suicidality, self-harming behaviors, and psychosis. It was during this time that I began to recognize how much work can be done to prevent crises before they strike, rather than trying to figure it all out afterwards. Also, it isn't just big things like suicide that can be prevented-working to decrease stress, anxiety, increase fulfillment..these are worthwhile too.
If you feel nervous/weird/awkward/anxious about therapy, that’s normal.
All I can say is, you matter. You are an important part of the world. Let’s work together and see if maybe, just maybe, things could get a little better.
Shannon believes that each person is the expert of their own life, knowing what they need and having the capability to direct their own journey. She understands that life's challenges can have a feeling of being lost, struggling to understand who we are, what we are doing, and where we are going. Shannon is dedicated to sitting in that uncomfortable space, offering support and guidance until a place of confidence and fulfillment is reached.
My work as a therapist has given me the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. Through these experiences, I've come to appreciate that while our stories are unique, many of us share similar struggles: wanting to feel connected, understood, accepted, and at peace within ourselves. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, self compassion, and growth. Whether you're navigating a difficult chapter or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to provide a space where healing, insight, and meaningful change can emerge.
Hi, I specialize in supporting individuals who are ready to invest in their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My practice is built on the belief that healing happens when we care for the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and create space for people to reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you can grow and heal at your own pace.
I’m a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and the proud owner of Sunshine Holistic Health. With two Ivy League degrees — an M.Phil. in Professional Counseling and an M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania — I bring both extensive clinical expertise and a compassionate, holistic approach to the work I do.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples and family therapy.
I am an art therapist, psychotherapist, and visual artist. In my practice, I combine a wide range of therapeutic approaches with my creative background. I integrate mindfulness, EMDR, and a strengths-based perspective, grounded in cultural humility and evidence-based practices. Through therapeutic art techniques and other holistic modalities, I support clients in rebuilding a healthy relationship with themselves and with others.
The therapeutic process allowed us gain new perspective on our experiences, better understand our patterns, and expand our emotional awareness. At the heart of my work is the belief that while the past shapes us, it does not define us—it can guide us toward who we want to become.
My work and life experiences have provided me opportunities to work with both adults and young children dealing with anxiety, grief, frustration and stress. My passion is to support those who are navigating emotions related to their current experiences and their hopes for the future. With openness and acceptance, I provide supportive, evidence-based and trauma-informed sessions to promote problem solving and coping with life's imbalances. My specialty has been working with women, mothers and young families. I have a lot of experience with navigating systems that provide support to people with developmental disabilities as well, from ages 0-8.
I am a solution focused therapist. I believe in working together to resolve the challenges you may face in your life. I have combined my skills as a Masters level therapist and yoga teacher to create an integrated approach to therapy allowing people to move through the trauma stored in their bodies and cultivate a better relationship with their mind, body and soul.

As a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience, my work revolves around helping individuals overcome addiction, emotional challenges, and mental health disorders. I employ evidence-based interventions and a holistic approach to provide clients with coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and a supportive environment. My focus includes anger management, helping clients understand triggers, challenge negative self-talk, and develop emotional regulation skills. Additionally, I work with individuals with mental health disorders, creating a safe space for healing and using evidence-based treatments. Beyond individual therapy, I actively engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health and addiction. My aim is to provide compassionate care and a healing space for individuals seeking support.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, birth doula, yoga teacher, and professor with a passion for walking alongside people through life’s most complex seasons. My work is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a belief that healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In my practice, I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and life transitions. I also work with clients facing chronic illness and the lingering impact of stress and anxiety. My integrative approach may include traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga-based techniques, and psychoeducation, tailored to fit your unique needs and goals.
Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you don’t have to “have it all together.” Instead, you’ll find space to process honestly, learn effective tools, and build resilience. Whether you are seeking short-term support or long-term healing, we’ll work together at your pace to create meaningful change.
Beyond the therapy room, I teach and mentor future social workers, which keeps me grounded in both current research and real-world practice. My experience as a doula and yoga teacher allows me to bring a holistic, nurturing lens to therapy that honors your strengths while addressing challenges.
Above all, I want you to know: you don’t have to walk this path alone. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to support you in finding your way forward.
