I'm Lily, a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist supporting mothers, parents and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity shifts that come with both. My practice is fully telehealth, which means you can meet with me from wherever feels safest and most comfortable, your couch, your car during a nap window, wherever works. I just care about you showing up as you are. As a parent, human, 1st generation Latina, and someone who has lived through depression, postpartum struggles, and loss, I'm drawn to supporting others through situations that can be difficult to even put into words. My work is personal. Instead of seeing clients as a number, I hold space for the parts of life that are hard to process, heal, or acknowledge. My hope is to be part of a journey that doesn't just empower my clients, but also gives them tools and skills they can carry forward to navigate this journey we call life.

Hello! I’m Sandra V. Chávez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Psychological Assistant with the California Board of Psychology. I’m passionate about helping individuals grow both personally and emotionally through client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. As a first-generation Latina, I learned ambition, tenacity, and determination from my parents. My educational journey includes dual bachelor’s degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences and Psychology, as well as a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I’m currently on the path to becoming a licensed psychologist. Before entering the mental health field, I worked as a nurse and briefly attended medical school in Southern California. That experience deepened my interest in understanding the brain, human development, and the impact of environmental factors on behavior. I specialize in supporting clients through mood disorders, life transitions, and self-empowerment challenges. My strengths lie in helping individuals develop emotional intelligence, identify, and understand their emotions. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, which is why I use an integrative, eclectic approach that draws from evidence-based methods and holistic practices, including mindfulness and positive psychology. I also enjoy working with individuals who incorporate their faith into their mental health journey. For those open to incorporating their faith as a tool for healing, I create a safe, welcoming space where spirituality and therapy work hand in hand. Above all, I value building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to offer a non-judgmental environment where your thoughts and emotions are respected and where real progress can be made. Together, we’ll explore strategies, assignments, and tools that help you overcome life’s hurdles and achieve lasting personal growth and fulfillment. Let’s begin this journey together!

Sometimes, the most profound connections are formed when someone truly listens.I’m Cintia, here not just to hear, but to deeply understand you. In a world where trauma and anxiety often drown out our inner voices, I know that beneath the spoken words, lies a heart’s true narrative. What a degree in Clinical Psychology and a seven-year journey as a therapist has allowed me to is delve deep into the realms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. While these are my primary focuses, I also bring profound insights into PTSD, intricate family dynamics, relationship challenges, and concerns faced by the LGBTQ community.

I have been in the field for twenty six years and have learned to adjust to what the client is presenting in the session to achieve a sense of safety. I work with what the client is presenting and focus on how to guide the client to work through their presenting problem. I have had a history of working with a variety of clients and cultures. I started working in a therapeutic community with at risk adolescents. I later worked with court referred gang members. From there I worked with the homeless and the LGBTQ Community on addictions. I opened a private practice in a more suburban environment.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing. The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm genuine, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe healing happens through authentic human connection, so I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and compassion into every session. I frequently use metaphors, storytelling, and practical examples to help make difficult concepts easier to understand and create meaningful change. My experience has taught me that every person's story is unique. I don't simply treat symptoms—I work to understand the whole person, including how childhood experiences, relationships, trauma, and the nervous system continue to shape life today. I have extensive experience treating PTSD, complex trauma, and traumatic brain injury (TBI), and I also bring personal insight into the recovery process from TBI. Additionally, I am both personally and professionally familiar with the challenges faced by Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) and individuals raised in dysfunctional families. I understand the lifelong impact these experiences can have on self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and emotional well-being, as well as the work required to heal the wounded inner child while building a peaceful, authentic adult life. I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative. I will meet you with compassion, but I will also encourage you to do the work that creates lasting change. My clients often describe me as part therapist, part coach, and part cheerleader—I celebrate your successes, help you navigate setbacks, and gently challenge you when old patterns keep you stuck. My goal is to create a safe, trusting relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with confidence.

Hello. I am a licensed social worker in California. I began practicing in the mental health/behavioral health field in 2011. I originally was licensed in Maryland in 2015 but then returned to California in 2016. Since starting in the field, I have worked with individuals ranging in age from 4 years old to 75 years old; most experience working with individuals between the ages of 10 and 35. I have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and relationship issues. I am an ally of the LGBTQI community and can provide a safe, telehealth space for them. Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot accommodate individuals seeking letters for emotional support animals or those mandated by the court or legal system for therapy. With that said, my goal in being a counselor, is to assist my clients in meeting their identified treatment needs. I am flexible and willing to do whatever I need to do to assist you and help you in any way that I can. If when viewing my profile, you feel as though I am a good fit, but my schedule does not meet your scheduling needs, please feel free to send me a message as I may be able to fit you in at a different time. I work evenings and weekends.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.

Hi, and welcome! My name is Nicole and I'm happy you're here. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults and teens navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and evidence-based. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating other therapeutic techniques based on your individual needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, while building practical skills you can use in your everyday life. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, grief, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be your authentic self. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward growth, healing, and lasting change.

I have been privileged being a therapist for over 40 years. I have worked as a probation officer, child protection worker and directer of various treatment programs. I have also been in therapy which gives me a perspective of the the value of therapy as both a client and therapist. I enjoy working with folks in the recovery community, first responders and those who had traumatic childhoods. I respect the courage it takes to ask for help. I treat your courage with honor and dignity.

My practice centers on supporting women, with specialty care for adolescents. Many of the women I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life transitions, and shifts in relationships, home, work, or family can leave them feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I help clients understand what keeps them stuck, build practical coping skills, and move toward healing and resilience. I bring particular depth to trauma, grief, life transitions, and experiences connected to the child welfare system, including foster care and family disruption. As an Arabic-speaking therapist, I understand how much language and cultural connection matter in the healing process. My approach is warm, person-centered, and tailored to you, creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard, free from judgment. Whether you are carrying unresolved grief, managing anxiety or depression, or facing a major life change, I am here to walk alongside you. If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out so we can talk about how I can support you.
