Hello! My name is Yvette Weeks, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My therapeutic approach is centered on fostering meaningful connections, emotional well-being, and personal growth. I work with individuals, children/adolescents, and families, focusing on a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, communication challenges, behavior issues, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I'm committed to helping others through their challenges to discover their strengths, learn new techniques, and create positive change.
I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and emotionally healthy life- in whatever way that looks like to the individual person or family. As a therapist who has personally experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety, I deeply understand the challenges and feelings that accompany these struggles. It is not always easy to seek support from others (believe me, I took a very long time to reach out to someone), and knowing that I can play a part in helping others feel better and do better, drives me to continuously learn and provide the best possible care. It is an honor to be a therapist, and I am dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those I have the opportunity to work with.
Hello! My name is Mackenzie Maurer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working as a clinical therapist since 2017. I graduated with my MSW from Cal State University, Los Angeles and became licensed in 2021. I am lucky to really love what I do and I feel honored to get to witness my clients' growth in the therapeutic process.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults across a range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental, where clients feel safe to explore their experiences openly. I believe that emotional distress is a natural response to life’s challenges and that, with appropriate support, individuals can develop insight, resilience, and effective coping strategies. I am committed to working collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse individuals, and I prioritize creating an affirming and inclusive therapeutic space.

Hello, I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California. I received my PsyD from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA, and have been in private practice for the last seven years. My pre and post-doc training were in memory care, which combined my love of relational therapy and the practicality of neuropsychology. That training gave me a great basis to explore both the emotional world with my client and psychoeducation that can allow a client to understand better how they work as a whole person.

I believe psychotherapy is a tool to understand oneself and grow as an individual, It can also be used to form a relationship where safety allows a person to share their innermost thoughts and feelings and then work towards symptom alleviation and improving self-concept, social and family relationships, and find personal contentment and fulfillment in their lives. I have been in the psychotherapy field for over 45 years and love working with people of all ages, sexual preferences, racial and ethnic groups, and mental health problems presented. My approach is kind, compassionate, and considerate of people's wishes, needs, and preferences.
I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth.
Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind.
Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours.
If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

Hi, I’m Dr. Cathy Evangelatos, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Theology, enabling me to offer specialized Christian-integrated therapy for clients who desire to integrate their faith into their personal growth and healing.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which provides significantly more rigorous training and expertise than a standard two-year Master’s-level therapist. Psychologists typically complete 5–7+ years of doctoral-level education beyond a bachelor’s degree, with extensive training in evidence-based psychological interventions, assessment, diagnosis, and advanced treatment approaches. In contrast, most Master’s-level therapists (such as MFTs or LCSWs) complete a two-year graduate program focused primarily on relational and family systems work. This advanced doctoral training allows me to deliver deeper, more nuanced, and highly effective care — empowering you to achieve meaningful, lasting change with greater insight, precision, and support than a standard Master’s-level therapist can typically provide.

Hello and welcome. First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your courage to take the first step in selecting a therapist. I hope to help you feel confident that you have come to the right place to express your needs and work on feeling better. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) from California. My first experience using telehealth was during the pandemic. With the increase of mental health needs, I discovered the importance of being able to provide services through the telehealth platform. It inspired me to continue to reach those clients who desire telehealth for various reasons. Life can be busy with schedules and finding time for therapy is not always easy. Telehealth can make therapy a little easier.

Hello and welcome, I'm Kristine! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, California and I work with clients statewide via telehealth.
Do you feel like you haven't been enjoying your life the way you would like to - or even the way that you used to? Does it seem like there have been more worries than answers/solutions in your life?
I empower high performers to manage depression, anxiety, life transitions and relationship nuances. Together, we can identify what hasn't been working the way that it used to and find ways to sharpen what does work while adding new methods that can balance and bring hope back into your life. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues or the cycles of life transitions - I'm here to help. It takes a lot of courage to seek therapy so I look forward to supporting you in your journey of growth and transformation. You can expect to have a safe, nonjudgemental and empathetic space to feel seen and validated when working with me.
When it comes to mental health, I follow a "No B.S." policy - No Blaming&Shaming! Together you and I will use an eclectic and flexible approach in therapy that fits your needs!
Having a hard time getting through the day? Struggling to cope in areas that others make look "Easy"? I have years of personal, professional and social experience in helping people who feel this way. As a clinician I focus on mindfulness and internal growth. My mission is to reach as many people as possible who may be suffering in silence and/or don't feel heard. I hope that through strong professional support my clients can make and achieve their goals. My desire is to assist those who work with me in living their best emotionally healthy lives.
As a bilingual (English and Mandarin) social worker, I believe in meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique experiences. My experiences living across cultures and exploring different aspects of identity have shaped my appreciation for the diverse paths people take in life. Through our journey together, I will walk alongside you as you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools for lasting growth and healing.
My values as a therapist include openness, non-judgment, empathy, cultural humility, strength based, and unconditional positive regard. My approach is integrative and centers the needs of my clients; I utilize active interventions involving cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused-therapy, motivational interviewing, grief and loss, to name a few. I aspire to cultivate a trusting, safe and empowering space for the people I serve. I place a lot of emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with patients that allows for authentic self-expression.
It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together.
Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings.
I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens.
I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke! I am certified in treating perinatal mental health disorders (PMH-C)

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you were taught to handle things on your own or if mental health wasn’t openly discussed in your family or culture. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space for adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
As a Punjabi Marriage & Family Therapist, I understand how cultural expectations, family roles, and stigma can make it hard to ask for support. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where your values and lived experiences are honored. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping tools, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your relationships and daily life.
You don’t have to be certain about everything to begin. Sometimes therapy simply starts with giving yourself permission to try. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and licensed in WA with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm ideation and behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Many times people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Sometimes this is conscious and sometimes not. If you are struggling or distressed for some reason or grieving a loss in life, ( or not sure but something has changed) I would like to see how we can work in therapy.
The way we work will depend on the issues you bring to therapy. I have experience with different approaches to therapy including but not limited to HUMANISTIC THERAPY (includes the importance of personal responsibility, and a positive, non-judgmental approach), STRUCTURAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (includes the importance of family structure and healthy boundaries), GOTTMAN (includes helping couples communicate better, resolve conflicts constructively, and create a shared sense of meaning), CBT (generally includes a short-term approach that helps you identify and change negative or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve your mood and overall well-being).
Please see my calendar with Grow to sign up for an appointment today.
Hi, I'm Jacqueline.
Do you ever wonder, am I enough, as an individual, in relationships with others, at home, at work, or in other environments? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
I would love to help you manage anxiety, depression and improve your relationship with yourself and others. Together, we can identify opportunities to feel balanced and to be your best self. We'll use an approach that will address your need for a healthy mind, body and spirit.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, self-judgment, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can make a difference. Taking the step to reach out can be the right choice. Carl Bard once said, "Though no one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start today and make a brand-new ending". I am available to support you during your life transition, self-growth and renewed healing. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can be your best and feel your best. Let's work together!
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in helping you better understand what is underneath the stress you are carrying. Together, we can make sense of old patterns, build healthier coping tools, strengthen self-esteem, and find more effective ways to move through anxiety, depression, family strain, and relationship stress. I also support parents, caregivers, and women navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the emotional weight that can come with those seasons.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy is both a luxury and a necessity. Therapy saved my life, and I'm honored to be able to offer that same grounded, compassionate space to others. I provide warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed care to couples, families, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is relational, intuitive, and gently direct — creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and meaningfully supported.
Hello, I am a neurodivergent human who enjoys reading, gardening, drinking coffee, binge-watching TV, listening to music, and drinking coffee/tea. One of my favorite hobbies is collecting hobbies! I love cats and dogs but am allergic to both--feel free to let your pets interrupt sessions! Early mornings are my least favorite part of the day so I avoid scheduling responsibilities before 10AM.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most challenging moments—chronic illness, hospitalization, loss, and major life transitions.
My background in healthcare has given me a unique perspective on the connection between physical and emotional well-being. I understand how medical issues can impact mental health, relationships, and overall quality of life. I’ve supported patients and families through grief, anxiety, depression, caregiving stress, and adjustment to new diagnoses, and I bring that same thoughtful approach to therapy.
When working with clients, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing. Whether you’re coping with health-related stress, life transitions, or seeking greater emotional balance, I’m here to walk with you at your pace.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I aim to make that step feel grounded, safe, and supportive.
Hello! I am Dr. Efrain Zepeda. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Social Worker. In the past 23 years of working as a mental health professional, one important lesson I have learned is that the most powerful therapeutic intervention is found in the interpersonal experience that occurs in the client-therapist relationship. Together we can analyze the past to co-create a new meaning to achieve healing. I strongly believe that therapy is not about labeling or judging, but rather about personal discovery.
