I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I bring empathy, patience, and a genuine curiosity about each person's unique experiences.

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, to support your unique needs and goals.

First session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting, supportive relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. You can share at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. Together, we will begin identifying your strengths, exploring patterns that may be impacting your well-being, and discussing practical steps toward your goals. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about the changes you want to make. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin; we will work through it together.

Strengths

I bring empathy, patience, and a genuine curiosity about each person's unique experiences. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and challenges at their own pace. My approach combines practical tools with compassionate support, helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to invest in themselves, explore patterns that may be holding them back, and take an active role in their growth. They may be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or difficulties managing emotions. I enjoy working with clients who are open to self-reflection, willing to try new strategies, and motivated to make meaningful changes. Together, we work toward building self-awareness, developing healthier coping skills, strengthening relationships, and creating a more fulfilling life.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to provide individualized, collaborative, and culturally sensitive care. I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through a person-centered approach, I create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help clients increase present-moment awareness, regulate emotions, and manage stress and anxiety. Using Motivational Interviewing, I help clients explore their values, identify personal strengths, resolve ambivalence, and strengthen their motivation for meaningful change. I tailor these approaches to each client's needs, goals, and readiness for change to support emotional well-being, self-awareness, and lasting growth.
