Hello, my name is Michael Chavez, LCSW, and I provide individual therapy to adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, work related stress, and relationship issues. I understand how tough life can be. Before I became a therapist, I went through my own challenges — unhoused, unemployed, and struggling with substance use. Getting sober and working my way through college wasn’t easy, but it shaped the way I show up for others now: with understanding, patience, and zero judgment.

I offer virtual-based therapy state-wide where I am committed to guiding individuals towards mental well-being and empowerment through support and a judgement-free space for you to be heard. With extensive experience in compassionate care for diverse populations, I aim to foster an environment where you can explore both strengths and any challenges you may be facing. My ultimate goal is to empower you to navigate life's stressors and complexities, as we foster the tools you need to thrive not just survive. I provide a wide range of experience helping Individuals navigate through various challenges, including the following: anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, life transitions, and trauma.
My name is Ashley and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated with my Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021 but have been working in the field as a Clinical Therapist since 2020.
I genuinely enjoy working with many different people, but I especially love individual therapy with clients who are a little neurospicy like me, parents and caregivers who feel burned out or stretched too thin, and people trying to heal from trauma or unhealthy relationship patterns.
I’m very trauma-informed and values-oriented in my work. I like helping clients understand the “why” behind their emotions, behaviors, and patterns while also figuring out what kind of life and relationships actually feel aligned with who they are. I often work with ADHD, anxiety, attachment and relationship concerns, caregiver burnout, life transitions, and parents of children with special needs or higher support needs.
I know therapy is not about having everything figured out. Sometimes it’s about finally having a place where you don’t have to perform, hold everything together, or explain why you’re exhausted. I try to bring warmth, honesty, humor when appropriate, and practical tools into the room while still giving you space to process at your own pace.
Hi there!
My name is Angelica Sanchez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. My experience in community mental health for several years has allowed me to gain experience in working with a wide range of individuals. In working with children, adolescents, and adults I have learned how important it is to be caring, flexible, and nonjudgmental for my clients. I am passionate in helping my clients cope with life's challenges and reach their personal mental health goals. "Life is a journey, travel it well."
I believe we're all on our own individual journeys of life that sometimes put us in valleys and sometimes on top of hills. When it comes to the valleys, sometimes it's alright to reach out to someone for a little guidance and help.
Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I believe in meeting each person where they are and partnering with them to uncover their strengths, develop practical tools, and move toward a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, hopeful, and confident in their ability to create meaningful change.
My name is Jacqueline Aguilar, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California with over 10 years of experience in both mental health and healthcare settings. As a therapist, I am especially passionate about helping individuals overcome their fear of travel—whether that involves flying, visiting a new country, or taking a first cruise. In addition to this focus, I support clients in managing anxiety disorders, depression, and OCD.
I have found it deeply rewarding to help individuals build self-esteem, navigate life transitions such as divorce or breakups, and process grief related to the loss of a loved one or cherished pet. Ultimately, my goal is to support each person in reaching meaningful, lasting change.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and have received training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) from the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania. I also draw from other approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, and remain committed to ongoing learning and growth in my practice.
My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and genuine support. Together, we can work toward creating the version of yourself you aspire to be. I look forward to meeting you.
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.

I tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique needs of clients.I am always jazzed to support clients to experience enhanced personal wisdom, develop a deepened experience of being grounded and alive, cultivate enhanced intimacy, create alignment with desires and behavior, and develop greater alignment of mind, body, and soul.
I use evidenced-based experiential and system therapies to support clients to heal. You can expect me to create meaningful encounters for you to work with emotions, body sensations, thoughts, and relational patterns in real time. Our process will be thoughtful, appropriately paced, and attentive to any needs, concerns, or issues that come into the room.
Whether you need support enhancing your work performance or relationships, adjusting to a major life transition, healing from a trauma, navigating a time of darkness, despair, and loneliness, or any other important issue, I invite you to connect with me to explore if I can support you on your healing journey. ** I am not accepting couples at this time.
Welcome! I'm Mia Grajeda-Willard, LCSW. I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corp. veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran. These amazing humans are proud of their military service and the legacy it provides their families for generations to come. While that is true, what is also true is that transitioning from military life back to civilian life was a struggle for them, as I know it is for many veterans and their families.
I have committed my career to serving those who served this country by walking alongside veterans, and their family members to affirm their identity, transition back to civilian life, heal from painful traumas, and reconcile ruptures in relationships that may have resulted in challenges from military life or pre-military childhood upbringings.
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. Therapy can offer a supportive space to process what you’re going through, gain a better understanding of yourself, and develop tools to feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of domestic violence. I also hold a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification) and have specialized training in supporting individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood.
My approach is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and traditional talk therapy. Together, we can work toward understanding patterns that may be keeping you stuck, processing difficult experiences, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating meaningful change.
You don’t need to be in a crisis—or have everything figured out—to benefit from therapy. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or depressed, healing from past experiences, navigating changes in your relationships, or adjusting to a new chapter of life, you deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard.
Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and feeling more like yourself again.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families across a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, private practice, and community mental health programs. My career has included leadership roles in education and mental health, as well as founding a respected family therapy organization. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to helping people navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, insight, and well-being.
I believe effective therapy considers the full context of a person's life, including family, community, and environmental influences. My experience as Head School Counselor at The Berkeley School reinforced the importance of early intervention, strong support systems, and creating safe, trusting spaces where people can heal and grow. Whether working with children, adolescents, adults, or families, I strive to provide a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic relationship.
I currently serve part-time as a Mental Health Therapist III with Sutter Health in a Partial Hospitalization Program, providing individual and group therapy to adults recovering from acute mental health crises. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, I help clients build stability, develop coping strategies, and navigate transitions in care using evidence-based approaches.
In addition to my work at Sutter, I have maintained a private practice since 2017, providing psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), and Narrative Therapy. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance that supports lasting growth and meaningful change.

Hi there, I'm Edward, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Some examples include outpatient/inpatient care, hospice, the prison system, and the education system.
My approach is collaborative and I strive to make my patients feel understood and heard throughout the process. I often explain to them that even though I may be the professional, they are the professionals of their own lives and it's just an honor to play a small part in supporting them.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and challenged to grow. I take a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, helping clients develop practical skills that create lasting change rather than temporary relief. Together, we will address the root of what it is that you are experiencing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling stuck, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you there and build a plan that helps you move forward with confidence.
Hello! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in California. I have almost three decades of working with families, adolescents, and young adults who have experienced a wide range of challenges. Mood issues, anxiety, various traumas or general disappointments are experiences that we all often experience. Life transitions happen. Therapy can be useful as you learn how to navigate through various experiences.
Hi. My name is Ana Hernandez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with three years of experience helping clients navigate life's most difficult moments.
I help people who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety and depression find their way back to steadiness. Whether you're dealing with racing thoughts that won't quiet down, a low mood that has settled in and won't lift, or the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together, you don't have to figure it out alone. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to meet each person where they are. I believe that everyone carries a story about who they are, and they are capable of -sometimes that story gets stuck; it gets weighed down by pain, anxiety, trauma, marital conflicts, and life transitions. Together, we'll gently unpack the story, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and rebuild the relationships and inner narrative that help you thrive.
Whether you are an adult navigating stress, anxiety, or life transitions, or a couple navigating lack of connection and trust, or a family struggling, my approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to you:
Narrative Therapy- helping you separate yourself from your problems to rewrite your story with agency and hope.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- practical tools to identify and reshape thought patterns that hold you back.
Interpersonal Therapy- strengthening relationships and communication that support your well-being.
My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with real tools for lasting change.

Hi there! My name is Lana Trapp, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe therapy is a uniquely transformative process and that the benefits are endless. I find it extremely rewarding and truly an honor to be invited into one's life and inner world. My priority is to create a safe and supportive space in therapy in order to build and promote trust throughout the therapeutic process.
I am here to get to know you and what you are wanting from therapy. I will support you always and challenge you when needed and appropriate. I have a supportive, flexible and easy-going personality. I also believe laughter and humor have a place in therapy.
I cannot imagine doing any other kind of work. Helping others and being part of one's therapeutic journey are passions of mine. This is where I am meant to be, and I do hope our paths cross for I would love to work with you!
I believe that therapy can heal, but I also know that telling a stranger about your deepest pain can be a strange feeling. Perhaps you've been feeling sad, depressed or worried, and hopeless that anything in your life can change. Or maybe you aren't sure what you would even want help with. You know you feel bad, but if someone were to ask you "How can I help?", you aren't sure what you would say.
These problems can feel permanent and unsolvable. After all, something feels broken and unfixable, so how could you not feel that it takes all the energy you have just to get up in the morning and go about your day? Depression or anxiety can also feel isolating, as if nobody else could possibly understand. You may have even received advice from people who you feel mean well but can't understand what you're going through.
Depression and anxiety are not permanent or unfixable, and therapy can help. Imagine feeling peace of mind, and excited about life and its possibilities. It starts by learning about you and going at your pace. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 16 years experience working with adults and teens, I've seen therapy work, and I feel lucky that I get to be part of that journey for others.

Hi — I’m Zach Rehbein-Jones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Wisconsin and California. I specialize in helping adultsnavigate anxiety, depression, and substance-use challenges. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I draw on both professional training and personal experience — I’ve been in recovery for over seven years — to create a warm, strength-based space. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you tap into your resilience and build meaningful, lasting change.
Do you find yourself constantly questioning yourself, overthinking conversations, or wondering why your relationships leave you feeling confused, anxious, or emotionally drained? Maybe you've become so focused on keeping the peace or meeting everyone else's needs that you've lost sight of your own.
Many of the adults I work with begin to realize these patterns didn't start overnight. They often developed in childhood or through painful relationships that shaped how they see themselves, trust others, and respond to conflict, stress, and rejection. Even when you know something isn't healthy, changing those patterns can feel incredibly difficult.
As a bilingual (English-Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience, I help adults move beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns driving your anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or relationship struggles while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children and their families at a community mental health agency, and psychotherapy in private practice to adults and adolescents.
As a humanistic therapist, I maintain a positive approach to psychotherapy by focusing on strengths and positive attributes. I assist my clients with developing a stronger, healthier sense of self, and with making rational choices towards achieving their maximum potential.
