Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I have been practicing for 12 years. I am US Navy veteran and also an enrolled member of Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. I take pride in identifying with both of those groups as they help define who I am as a person, outside of being a mental health clinician. I have experience working with a broad age-range of clients (elementary age through elderly age).
I have over 10 years experience working with adult male and females experiencing various problems with severe mental disorders as a licensed psychologist. I am well experienced with treatment planning for various mental health programs, identifying treatment outcomes, and assessing and treating patients in support of their recovery. Other experiences include diagnostic evaluations, structured clinical interviews, intake assessments, crisis / emergency response services, and individual therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I value using a whole-person and empathic approach in every session. As an LCSW, my goal is to help individuals improve their mental health, address relationship difficulties, and adjust to challenging life changes. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused and Strength-Based interventions
My name means “Light,” and my goal is to help you rediscover yours. As a BIPOC therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive, holistic approach to healing. Together, we’ll shed light on your challenges and explore compassionate, practical solutions to help you move forward.
My work is rooted in the transformative power of mindfulness, spirituality, and self-awareness. I integrate psychoanalysis, faith-based counseling, and holistic healing to create a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate resilience.
I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and men’s issues. My approach blends psychotherapy with spiritual exploration and self-discovery — helping you realign with your purpose and inner peace.
I believe every person holds untapped potential and innate wisdom. My role is to hold a nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Through our work together, we’ll turn over the stones of your experience to reveal clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction.
I’ve personally walked through profound loss and transformation — including a near-death experience and the passing of my beloved mother to cancer. These experiences deepened my faith in the human spirit and in our collective ability to heal and shine again.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help you grow and remember who you truly are — a light meant to shine.

Congratulations for taking the step to seek counseling. The world we live in is increasingly complex, and we can find ourselves feeling disconnected, stressed, and uncertain about what direction to take. How do we identify solutions for our life’s challenges? How do we let go of stress and sleep at night? As a therapist, I have counseled with individuals and families for over ten years and have found that problem-solving does not have to be stressful, and that we can work through our toughest issues.
It is common to believe that people in our relationships, or circumstances in our lives cause us to feel the way we do. But it is our thinking, and the way we relate to people and circumstances, that create our feelings and emotions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps us observe what we are feeling and identify the thoughts that create our feelings. With increased self-awareness, we determine which of our thoughts and perceptions are distorted and unhelpful. As our thinking becomes more realistic, we feel better.
There are several therapy methods that are effective in creating positive change, including Narrative Therapy, Goal Setting, Visioning for Personal Growth, and Mindfulness to promote focus and attention. Let’s engage in a conversation to explore your individual needs, and how best to meet them.

Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in helping those in need of healing and coping with life issues and struggles that may interfere with daily living. My therapy approach is to build a relationship with my clients and create a safe space to allow clients to feel comfortable enough and trust in when sharing difficult emotions.
I am a psychotherapist, a meditation teacher, and an amateur naturalist. In my home country, I am licensed to conduct learning disability evaluations. My growing up was first-hand impacted by 3 very different languages and cultures. These cultures informed the style of my relationships and my esthetic preferences. For as long as I can remember, I have been mystified by human memory functioning, first as a scientist, then as a meditator. Having gone a long way from trying to remember everything I deemed worth remembering to a more effortless and drama-free attitude toward memory-creating moments, I am still making sense of what it means to integrate each moment of life as it comes. Approaching this subject experientially and relationally informs who I am as a practitioner and as a person.
If topics like cognitive functioning, memory styles and focus make your curiosity antennas hum, this is a place for you.
My approach to psychotherapy is highly relational and somewhat didactic. I love to explain everything I see and say at every step of the process. With me, you will never experience a blank screen characteristic of traditional psychoanalytic approaches (from which I draw inspiration in the realm of dream interpretation and theory).

I’m Steven Frank. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), licensed in California and living in Seattle, Washington. The way the law works is that if I have a California license, I can live outside of California, but can only work with California residents. For that reason, all my work is perforyemed online through telehealth. I see primarily adults and seniors in my practice and while I work mostly withindividuals, I will also see couples when needed.
I’ve been licensed since 1983 but actually began to “grow” a private practice beginning in 1990. While most of my experience has been with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, over the last 4-5 years I’ve been more focused on the treatment for symptoms of trauma and abuse. I’ve been trained in EMDR (a specific treatment for trauma), and will use that method as needed, when appropriate, and with your understanding of the process, and consent.
By the way, my first job experience (before beginning my schooling for the MFT license), was in the California State Hospital system as a psychiatric technician. I was a member of a hospital inpatient treatment team that treated people with severe mental disorders. This was excellent training for working with clients who are seeking help, but on an outpatient basis.

She is passionate about rehabilitating abused dogs or practically anything that has fur and has piloted programs in correctional settings that train suitable rescued dogs as service animals for veterans and active-duty disabled military service personnel. In our work together, I use a mix of different approaches to help you tackle challenges in a way that fits you best. My goal is to support you in making real progress, whether that's through changing unhelpful thinking, building coping strategies, or setting achievable goals. We’ll work together to find the approach that resonates most with you and helps you move forward.
My approach draws on psychoanalytic thinking, which revolves on one central idea: much of what we think and feel remains outside of our awareness.
Sometimes we keep powerful feelings hidden so we can continue moving through the day, or we simply cannot find time to reflect on everything that is happening to us.
In any case, keeping these potent experiences hidden may leave us feeling stiff, dreary, unfulfilled, or even numb and dull.

I'm an LCSW with over 20 years in providing psychotherapy in various settings. My specialties include depression, anxiety, and women's issues. I love to work with clients and create a safe space to provide support and empathy for what they are going through to help them feel heard and seen. Sometimes by talking to a nonjudgemental third party, we are able to gain a greater perspective on our life's situations and how to better navigate moving forward.
I get satisfaction from being a voice of reasoning for others through my genuineness. I consider this a life purpose for me. I am driven by a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those struggling with their mental well-being. Hello, my name is Gloria Gonzales, I am a bilingual/bicultural licensed psychotherapist, with three adult grown children. My experience is working with individuals, families, co-parents, and couples since 2011. I have also had the opportunity to work as an adjunct professor teaching Clinical Psychology, to Master Level students. My hope is to help you heal and live an abundant life filled with happiness. I don't believe there is anyone who has had a perfect life, however our trials and mishaps can also give us wisdom as we go through life. Everyday is an opportunity to learn, heal & change!
My work centers queer/trans, BIPOC, chronically ill or disabled, and other multiply marginalized clients navigating individual, interpersonal, and intergenerational trauma shaped by systemic violence and survival within inequitable conditions. I am deeply inspired by Black feminist sci-fi writer Octavia E. Butler, whose storytelling shaped my belief that healing is a practice of imagining and building ways of living beyond forces that dominate, dehumanize, and disconnect, such as white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism. My therapeutic approach is relational and depth-oriented, influenced by abolition and disability justice, which reject punitive mindsets, value every body, and attend to how systemic forces shape our internal worlds, relationships and sense of self.
I seek to support this work by gently uncovering coping strategies that were once necessary for survival but may no longer align with who you are becoming or how you want to relate to yourself and others. This approach resonates with people seeking honest self-reflection, emotional accountability, ongoing exploration and deeper self-understanding.

I have worked in the social service field for over 15 years as a social worker, clinician and in administration. I enjoy giving, sharing, working in the community, and connecting individuals to essential resources and empowering them towards growth, progress and self-sufficiency.
My hope and objectives are to inspire others to keep going despite life’s challenges and difficult experiences. Considering personal experiences with setbacks and health challenges, obtaining an education and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker was not destined for me, however, it became obtainable and has been a great achievement. My all-time driven mottos are: "If I can, you can” and "carpe diem" seize the day as tomorrow is not promised. Therefore, I strive to reach back and help others thrive and live life full out.
I am inspired by the teachings of Brene Brown who states …” we can have courage or we can have comfort, but we cannot have both…courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” And I remain motivated by the late great Maya Angelou as she declares, “Still I Rise” …. “What you’re supposed to do when you don’t like a thing is change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it” [and] “nothing will work unless you do.”
