I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, substance use, and relationship difficulties. I specialize in CBT, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused approaches with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they want to change.
I work especially well with adults navigating life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and high-stress personal or professional environments. I also support men dealing with pressure around identity, relationships, and emotional expression.
Outside of my clinical work, I value time outdoors, staying physically active, and being present with my family. I’m a father of five, including stepdaughters, which has given me a lived understanding of blended family dynamics, parenting, and complex family relationships across different stages of life.
Considering counseling is a big step and takes courage. I want to offer you that safe space for you to share in a caring and understanding environment. My name is Farbod. I am a second generation Persian-American.
My own background continues to shape the way I approach this work. Growing up in California I often felt caught between two cultures—never quite fitting into either. I approach therapy through a combination of learning skills to work through stress, guiding clients to better understanding themselves, and a space to be heard.
I also am an avid gamer (tabletop and video games), home cook, and runner.
Hello, I am a neurodivergent human who enjoys reading, gardening, drinking coffee, binge-watching TV, listening to music, and drinking coffee/tea. One of my favorite hobbies is collecting hobbies! I love cats and dogs but am allergic to both--feel free to let your pets interrupt sessions! Early mornings are my least favorite part of the day so I avoid scheduling responsibilities before 10AM.

Hello! I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of California since November 2017. I worked with children and youth from 2015-2023 in a community-based clinic. From December 2023 to August 2025, I worked with adults struggling with substance abuse who are part of a treatment court program. In August of 2025, I transitioned to private practice where I am primarily serving individuals struggling with relationship issues/life transitions.
Hello, my name is Hailey and I have been a mental health therapist for 13 years. I was born and raised in southern California , and I am passionate about helping people increase fulfillment in their lives. Here are a few examples of what I help my clients with: improving their thought life, gaining insight and perspectives, improving their relationships, increasing healthy communication skills, strengthening their boundaries, improving their mood regulation skills, increasing confidence, developing / strengthening self identity and creating healthy expectations of themselves and others.
It can feel overwhelming to believe change is possible. Sometimes we start to think a moment, experience, or pattern defines who we are. But it is possible to break free from that thinking.
For several years, I’ve worked with clients navigating self‑esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, work stress, and loss. It’s meaningful for me to offer hope and to help people experience relief in these areas. My passion is supporting clients as they move toward the goals that matter to them.
In my practice, I’ve consistently seen EMDR reduce symptoms and create meaningful shifts. EMDR isn’t only for trauma — it also helps process dysfunctionally stored information that keeps people stuck. When using EMDR (including tapping), clients often notice change more quickly and begin to feel hopeful about moving forward. They become better able to manage symptoms and make decisions that support their well‑being and relationships.
Through ongoing study of neuroscience and nervous‑system‑informed approaches, I’ve learned how deeply the mind, brain, and body influence one another. You don’t need to be a neuroscientist to understand that the nervous system plays a powerful role in healing. I use interventions that support the brain’s natural capacity for change — helping shift patterns, pathways, and networks involved in trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Each session is an opportunity for growth and meaningful change.
Life brings challenges that can weigh us down and make it hard to move forward. Having faced my own obstacles, I understand how difficult it can feel. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move past what’s holding you back and toward the life you want. Together, we can work toward your goals.
"Life is a journey, travel it well."
I believe we're all on our own individual journeys of life that sometimes put us in valleys and sometimes on top of hills. When it comes to the valleys, sometimes it's alright to reach out to someone for a little guidance and help.
Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and emotionally healthy life- in whatever way that looks like to the individual person or family. As a therapist who has personally experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety, I deeply understand the challenges and feelings that accompany these struggles. It is not always easy to seek support from others (believe me, I took a very long time to reach out to someone), and knowing that I can play a part in helping others feel better and do better, drives me to continuously learn and provide the best possible care. It is an honor to be a therapist, and I am dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those I have the opportunity to work with.

I have a diverse background in my years working in the mental health field which includes having two Masters in Social Work and Criminal Justice. I have worked with families, individuals, and couples, with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, thought disorders, and emotional disturbances. Some examples include outpatient/inpatient care, hospice, the prison system, and the education system.
My approach is collaborative and I strive to make my patients feel understood and heard throughout the process. I often explain to them that even though I may be the professional, they are the professionals of their own lives and it's just an honor to play a small part in supporting them.
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
I’m Elizabeth Hughes, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults build healthier, more satisfying relationships. I work with individuals who are ready to make meaningful change and develop practical skills that improve daily life. I offer individual therapy for adult focused on lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches to enhance communication, boundary setting, and self-esteem. This will be a collaborative process where you will be provided with practical tools that can be used in between sessions.
You know we all deal with our issues and sometimes we cannot do it alone. It is hard to talk to a stranger but give it a try. You won't be judged but welcomed and listened to. I am here to work together with you.
I am a licensed psychologist and love working with diverse clients from diverse backgrounds who are dealing with the issues like anxiety, depression, identity, relationship, and life change difficulties. Through connection, empathy and a non-judgmental approach, I offer ways to help you discover what may be blocking you from finding your true path in life. By not seeing an individual for what symptoms they have or what is affecting them, I am more interested in helping you find what is the cause of symptoms and how to process them.
I work with adults from all backgrounds. I am also open to any culture, belief, identification or orientation. All are welcome. I base all individual therapy on a client-focused approach and adapt sessions to the needs of each person.
Welcome! If you are struggling with daily stressors, the state of the world or traumatic experiences, I welcome you to contact me to explore how I can support and help in your healing.
Therapy is a space dedicated to exploring your life and mind with the hope of something brighter and lighter. It is to alleviate that tension that may have been weighing you down for some time.
I see the therapeutic space as a puzzle that begins with the pieces you put on the table but slowly comes together, through our work, to see the final clearer image. As your therapist, I will help empower and guide you towards unlocking tools to improve your mental well-being.

Hi, I'm Juliana! I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2014; graduated from Cal State Northridge in 2008. I value the importance of human connection and collaboration. The relationship and connection which a client and therapist develop between them is the single biggest factor for successful psychotherapy. Thank you for taking the first step in taking care of yourself and your needs.
I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth.
Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind.
Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours.
If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
Welcome to my practice!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and licensed in WA with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm ideation and behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Many times people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, and Grief Therapy—Helping You Feel Safe, Empowered, and in Control Again
When you've experienced trauma, it can feel like your mind and body are constantly on alert, making it difficult to trust yourself, connect with others, or find peace in everyday life. You may struggle with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, intrusive memories, grief, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in helping individuals recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, childhood wounds, grief, and difficult life experiences. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process painful experiences without judgment, develop practical coping skills, and build greater emotional resilience. Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded, strengthen your confidence, improve your relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values. My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms but to support lasting healing and personal growth.
