Hello! I’m Brenda De Monge, a passionate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of experience in community mental health. Helping and supporting youth, parents, & individuals from various cultures & socio-economic backgrounds affected by trauma. When working with trauma, sexual, physical, emotional, and domestic violence, my number one priority is safety & meeting my clients where they are, by supporting them & reaching their goals. I use these treatment methods:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice, I have used CBT to help clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT is effective in understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We can implement this in therapy to help you live a less anxious and stressful life.
• Trauma-Focused CBT is a short-term therapy designed for children ages 3-18 who have experienced various types of traumas, including physical, emotional, & sexual abuse. When working with young children, the parents/caregivers are key, as they provide ongoing support. By attending sessions, parents will gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of the issues. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with families using this model, & it has been helpful to them.
• Seeking Safety is a treatment approach I have used with clients for more than 15 years. It assists individuals dealing with trauma & addiction by emphasizing safety and coping skills.
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has proven to be a helpful approach in easing obsessive thoughts, reducing intrusive memories, & empowering clients to stay calm while learning ways to handle future challenges and symptoms. Since 2019, I’ve supported children, teens, & adults in managing their post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, & panic disorder through EMDR. In addition, I’ve helped clients with war-related trauma & child sexual assault.

Brionne (Bri) Clemons is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles. Bri received her Undergraduate Degree from California State University Northridge in 2016, Majoring in Sociology: Criminology and Criminal Justice as well Minoring in Africana Studies. Bri continued her education at California State University Northridge receiving her Masters in Social Work, Class of 2018.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who have been practicing for over 12 years. My passion is working with adults and guiding them in overcoming trauma and healing wounded child parts. This passion is due to my own healing journey as a child who was touched inappropriately, exposed to domestic violence in a military household where my father abused drugs, physically abused my mother, and later experienced the death of my then 3-year-old son. Through my own healing journey, I learned how to "manage" my symptoms after receiving CBT talk therapy and grief counseling but had never healed from my trauma or knew about a wounded child part until receiving my own EMDR counseling. Since then, I have dedicated my life to supporting others who are on their own healing journeys.
Before healing, I experienced symptoms consisting of low self-esteem, mood instability, not feeling safe, trust issues, and the need to control everything which negatively impacted my relationships with others. The journey was difficult but successful, thanks to EMDR. Thankfully, your journey doesn't have to be difficult. EMDR and Brainspotting are two highly effective modalities in treating trauma by helping to heal wounded parts through the brain's own healing process. If you're tired of feeling that you're always being judged, feeling stuck and unable to move forward because “something” is holding you back, experiencing trust or relationship issues, not feeling as if you're good enough, or if you're waking up sad, angry, irritable, or depressed and not understanding why, you may have a wounded part that's ready to heal. If so, I would be honored for the opportunity to help the wounded part within you to recognize that they're safe, they can trust, and that they're good enough.
Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. University of California, Berkeley (UCB) for the AB in English and University of San Francisco (USF) in Counseling. Because of my personal experiences with having seizures when I was younger, I now concentrate on addressing the emotions and hopes and dreams of people who are dealing with the multiple, and often times consuming, issues of having a seizure disorder as well as any combination of realities and histories that equal the seizure experience. Please let me know if I can bring a more balanced picture to your life and those who you value and love in your life as well.

My approach is rooted in a CBT framework but is always guided by your personality and needs. You’ll learn tools and techniques tailored to you and your stage of change. With 17 years of experience, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share openly, receive thoughtful feedback (and sometimes homework!), and move past obstacles. In our sessions, you can expect warmth, compassion, and evidence-based strategies to help you break free from the habits holding you back. Sensibility, empathy, and a touch of humor are among my clinical strengths. Working collaboratively, we’ll uncover what’s blocking your progress and build a path toward positive, lasting change. It would be my honor to support your journey.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and nonjudgmental, fostering a respectful and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your experiences and challenges. I use an integrative approach that incorporates a variety of evidence-based strategies and treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based techniques, and motivational interviewing. This allows me to tailor treatment to your individual goals, values, and preferences rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, bipolar disorder, hoarding behaviors, occupational stress, grief, and relationship concerns. I also specialize in treating all forms of addiction, including substance use disorders (alcohol, opioids, stimulants, cannabis, and others), behavioral addictions such as gambling, compulsive shopping, internet and gaming addiction, binge eating, and other impulsive or compulsive behaviors. I am committed to providing culturally competent care, supporting racial, gender, and sexual diversity, and offering an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals.
My style is collaborative, meaning you are actively involved in identifying treatment goals and directing the pace of your progress. All sessions are offered via secure telehealth, providing flexibility and accessibility while maintaining a confidential and supportive therapeutic environment. Whether you are seeking short-term goal-oriented therapy or ongoing support, my focus is to help you build effective coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and promote positive change to enhance your quality of life.
If you would like to discuss your specific goals or have questions about starting therapy, I encourage you to schedule an initial consultation.
Hi, I’m Tammy Andrade-De La Isla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I’m here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe that therapy should feel like a collaborative process, one where we work together to explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and support your personal growth.
I earned my degree from Humboldt State University, where I dedicated my studies to exploring decolonizing mental health practices. This perspective continues to influence how I approach my work with clients, always taking into account the larger context, including cultural, historical, and systemic factors that may impact your well-being.
I have a strong passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, and I strive to bring a strength-based, affirming approach to everything I do. I genuinely believe in the resilience of the human spirit and feel privileged to support people as they navigate life’s challenges, work through trauma, and move toward a more connected and empowered version of themselves.
Whether you're exploring your identity, experiencing a life transition, or simply looking for someone who will truly listen, I am here to support you.
Hi my name is Marielena Gonzalez. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have worked in the Mental Health field since 2016. I help adolescents and adult clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, family issues, grief, and women's issues. I work with my clients via telehealth. I assist my clients in identifying triggers/uncomfortable emotion to help them build their toolbox of coping skills. The treatment modalities I utilize in treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral therapy.
Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. I work towards understanding your needs and wants in a nonjudgmental safe, supportive, and empathetic environment. I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+ and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well.
