I am an empathetic therapist with a passion to create a space where clients can be heard and seen. I have a passion for helping others find healing and growth in their lives and in their relationships with others.I have experience in leading clients to self-empowerment and awareness to overcome challenges in their life. I also assist clients in developing skills in bettering their life and managing their symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief , and trauma . Through clinical, life experience, and compassion I value working to assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives.
In our first session together, we will start with gathering information about yourself , then drive into specific challenges .
I use a holistic approach in order to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. My holistic approach includes techniques and components of cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and humanistic therapies combined with motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and other interventions as needed to address each client's concerns individually. I also use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy . I will work with you to develop your plan and what will work for you.
