I am a licensed social worker in CA and Ohio. I graduated from Case Western Reserve and have been practicing in the healthcare setting for over 7 years. Between personal and work experience, I am familiar with the complexities of emotions and how important it is to fully process and accept life as it currently is. By understanding our life narrative, we can begin to cope healthy and establish more positive mind frames to improve our mental health,
In our first session, we will start with an introduction and the reason for the session. We will identify any barriers and supports that may affect future goals. Then a specific treatment plan will be created to work on at follow up sessions.
I understand how hard it is to navigate through emotions but my experience has taught me effective techniques that can help individuals progress through goals of treatment. Post Partum Depression, Grief, and General Anxiety and Depression.
I love working with individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health but just need help paving the way. I enjoy seeing their mind shift and learn to cope effectively to maintain a good place for themselves mentally. **"PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Services are provided to clients who are interested in therapy on a short-term (one to three months) or long-term basis. For any requests for administrative services like disability certification, administrative letters, and special accommodations (such as Emotional Support Animals letters) related to a psychological condition, **please seek the services of another mental health provider**. The reason for this policy is to focus on building a therapeutic alliance and allocating resources for clinical services, not administrative tasks. Certain administrative services may be considered for long-term clients on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed."
