As a LCSW with over a decade of clinical experience I encourage individuals to optimize their physical and mental health wellness with intention and self compassion. Using an eclectic, strength based framework and interventions of Psychoanalysis, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and SMART Recovery I strive to create a safe space to meet the unique needs of each client. By fostering hope and cultivating intention, clients are guided through the therapeutic process to find their path towards self-healing. By integrating lived experience and evidence based practices, clients are empowered to develop self agency to make lasting change in their lives.
During our first session, we will begin building the therapeutic alliance by developing trust and rapport as we learn about ourselves and identify treatment goals. The framework of each session will build on the following principles: 1. Heal through intention: Clients will cultivate hope by using their innate resilience to improve their mental health. 2. Build self-awareness: Thought and behavior patterns that are no longer serving clients will be identified, reframed and understood. 3. Embrace authenticity: Clients learn to challenge their inner critic with courage and use gratitude to reconnect with their true self. 4. Develop practical skills: Clients gain tangible coping strategies to manage mental health symptoms that impair daily functioning. 5. Integrate identity and experience: Clients explore how social and systemic issues have shaped who they are and integrate this understanding into their healing process.

Clients who are challenged by uncertainty and struggle with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief or are facing addiction will reconnect with their inner strength and develop coping strategies that foster growth, mental health wellness and improve quality of life.
