Life can sometimes feel heavy, leaving us disconnected from ourselves, our relationships, and the joy we once felt. If you’re noticing that spark fading, I want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone.
In therapy, my goal is to walk alongside you as we explore the challenges holding you back and uncover the strengths within you. Together, we’ll discover what’s not working in your life and build on what does, so you can move toward greater balance, clarity, and fulfillment.
PLEASE NOTE: I am a Gerontological Counselor.

I am committed to honoring an individual's experiences, celebrating their uniqueness, and creating environments where people feel valued and capable. Hello, I provide counseling (generally under 12 sessions) for clients looking to raise awareness, identify ways forward, and work to practice small to large changes that will lead to improved well-being. In sessions there is time and a safe space to clarify thoughts and feelings, learn mental health management skills, and plan for mental health and wellness. Possible topics to cover include clarifying thoughts and feelings, general mental health questions, dealing with life transitions, and dealing with chronic illness. I am not licensed in treatment of substance abuse or addictions. I do not do court related work. Adults only.
I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in southern California for 16 years, working with children, adults and families. I have over 25 years of experience with the neuro-atypical diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Individuals with either of these neuro-atypical disorders experience many social challenges, sensory challenges, and misperceptions by the outside world (along with a lot of bad/unhelp advice). It can bring tremendous relief to receive relevant suggestions and understanding of the life experiences that accompany these diagnoses.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and their families in navigating what to do next after receiving a developmental diagnosis, such as ASD. It surprises so many families that there are many resources to assist with the struggles they have gone through or anticipate that they will go through. I have helped parents to understand their neuro-atypical child better, and the neuro-atypical person to understand themselves and their roles in life better. This has led to the person with the neuro-atypical diagnosis experiencing more successes in their roles as a student/co-worker, classmate, family member, partner, and friend.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my master's degree in 1999 from the California State University of Long Beach (CSULB), and have been practicing for 20+ years. I specialize in helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, loss and grief, and life transitions using a combination of warmth, compassion, and evidence-based therapies.
As a nationally-certified, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I have extensive experience working with clients dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD and/or trauma-related symptoms. Coupled with my background in coaching, I will engage you in two ways: 1) a look back at the conditions which contributed to your current distress and 2) a look forward to define how you want to shape your future. This involves creating a specific vision of your desired outcome and a plan to achieve it. I wholeheartedly believe in the change process and, while difficult, it can lead to a more peaceful, satisfying and productive future.
I am bilingual, bi-literate and bi-cultural (English-Spanish) and have worked with diverse populations both in the United States and abroad for the last thirty years. This has allowed me to develop a high level of attunement to the needs and challenges that people may face based on their diverse and unique backgrounds.
I am a firm believer in people's ability to identify solutions to the problems they are facing. What you will experience with me is an atmosphere of acceptance, empathy and a non-judgmental approach. Additionally, I will encourage you to define goals for yourself and work towards achieving and/or exceeding them.
In support of therapeutic work, I incorporate my background as a mixed media artist. I believe in the healing power of the creative process and incorporate some form of Expressive Arts (dialogue, writing, visual arts and/or music), as clinically appropriate. In workshops that I facilitate, I also utilize Expressive Arts prompts to support individual and group processes.
My name is Dr. Perynn D'Alba and I am a clinical psychologist. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes. These can be big or small, this is your life and your time, I am here to help you figure out what isn't working quite right. I enjoy being creative in my interventions and really figuring out what will work best for you. I use humor where appropriate because it can be an important intervention and give space to dig deeper. I have had various jobs in my life in quite a few different fields but the common thread was that I enjoy empowering others and helping people figure out what they want and how to get that.
I’m Steven Frank. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), licensed in California and living in Seattle, Washington. The way the law works is that if I have a California license, I can live outside of California, but can only work with California residents. For that reason, all my work is perforyemed online through telehealth. I see primarily adults and seniors in my practice and while I work mostly withindividuals, I will also see couples when needed.
I’ve been licensed since 1983 but actually began to “grow” a private practice beginning in 1990. While most of my experience has been with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, over the last 4-5 years I’ve been more focused on the treatment for symptoms of trauma and abuse. I’ve been trained in EMDR (a specific treatment for trauma), and will use that method as needed, when appropriate, and with your understanding of the process, and consent.
By the way, my first job experience (before beginning my schooling for the MFT license), was in the California State Hospital system as a psychiatric technician. I was a member of a hospital inpatient treatment team that treated people with severe mental disorders. This was excellent training for working with clients who are seeking help, but on an outpatient basis.
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience. In a previous career I worked many years in the technology industry. I chose to practice at Grow because of its commitment to patient care and its innovative use of technology to enhance care experience.
My practice style is one of genuineness, warmth and compassion. Together, we can work on the issues you would like to explore. We can discover different ways to approach life's struggles as well as new ways of being in relation to self and others. My intention as a therapist is to offer empathy, compassion, and nurturing support through this transformative process. I will create and hold a safe, non-judgmental environment that makes it possible for your whole self to come forward.
Hi there! Nice to e-meet you. My name is Liza, pronounced Lisa, last name Castro and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am not your ordinary therapist and will always be honest and truthful with you, even if it may sting just a little, but positive outcomes are always the goal. Change is never comfortable and neither is being confronted with the truth and lets be honest, both perspectives can and will hurt. If this is what you need, then I am who you seek. I am a great coach and cheerleader. I will help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and help you explore how to become the best version of you. I am here to help you win in your own way; one choice and one session at a time. I am currently seeing clients on Mondays VIA TELEHEALTH ONLY. I will be seeing clients via telehealth and in-office Tuesday through Saturdays. Keep in mind I do work with a few other organizations, so scheduling will be sporadic and clients have the autonomy to schedule where openings are available. I am located in North County San Diego and hope to see you online or in person soon!

As a psychologist who has been licensed for 26 years, I have been honored to work with a wide variety of people. I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients ranging in age from young adulthood to seniors. Having worked with people across therapeutic environments also gives me an understanding of systems of care that I can pass on to clients.
I’ve worked in various roles in the mental health field since 1991 and have been a practicing clinician since 2012. My approach is genuine and authentic, warm and welcoming. I hope to help others appreciate what is sometimes the absurdity and incongruity of life's situations. It’s good to laugh, to have joy, appreciate what is better. GROW is secondary employment, and during the day I work for a county mental health plan delivering complex interventions for youth, families, and adults. On this platform I offer time in the evenings.
Is this the first time you thinking about having therapy? Let's talk about what therapy is and is not. Tell me your expectations. Therapy is in part, talking about how you are feeling whether you have depression, anxiety, or feel overwhelmed by your work, family or relationships or by all three . But that is just the beginning. My name is Judith Copeland, I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I want to help you achieve the positive changes would you like to see in your life.
Do you feel you cannot cope, have no self-esteem or don’t even know what will make you happy? Together we will uncover your strengths and you will learn the skills you need to better manage your emotions. I use several treatment methods including, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Integrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tailor your care to your specific needs.
We will explore what is holding you back from achieving your goals and help you heal from past traumas. You will learn how your negative beliefs influence your mood and get in the way of your happiness. Often, we forget that everything is connected. Mind, Body, and Spirit. We need to take care of ourselves physically, psychologically, and spiritually. We often don’t really understand how deeply connected they are to our well-being. I will help you learn that self-care is just as important and or even more important as everything else you do.
We have within ourselves the ability to create the life we want and become the person we want to be. I would like to support you on this journey and look forward to meeting you.
Namaste, my name is Ashwini Gupta and I am Therapist/Intuitive Life Coach specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Vedanta and Mindfulness-based practices. With 20 plus of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I am passionate about empowering my clients to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives truly being in touch with the essence of soul identity.
Using ACT as my primary therapeutic approach, I create a warm and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. ACT combines mindfulness, acceptance, and behavior change strategies to guide clients towards psychological flexibility, allowing them to better handle distress and align their actions with their deeply-held values.
What is ACT?
At its core, ACT is a behavioral therapy: it’s about taking action. But it’s not about just any old action. First, it’s about values-guided action. There’s a big existential component to this model:
**What do you want to stand for in life?
**What really matters, deep in your heart?
**What is the legacy do you want to create for yourself?
ACT gets you in touch with what matters in the big picture: your heart’s deepest desires for who you want to be and what you want to do during your brief time on this planet. You then use these core values to guide, motivate, and inspire behavioral change.
What is Vedanta?
Vedanta is one of the world's oldest philosophies which affirms the oneness of existence and the divinity of the soul. A close look at the word "Vedanta" is revealing: It is the combination of 2 words: "Veda" which means 'knowledge' and "anta" which means 'the goal of'. In this context, knowledge refers to understanding one's own divine nature- meaning and purpose in life.

Hello, my name is Ritika Kaur. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California (License #101199) providing psychotherapy services in English and Punjabi. I utilize evidence-based approaches to help individuals navigate life's challenges and find hope, healing, and well-being.
I was drawn to the mental health field by a deep desire to help others overcome adversity and lead fulfilling lives. As a child I was always very sensitive and curious about the world that surrounded me. It came natural to help people and I knew that I wanted to give back to the world at large. Just like you I suffered from some childhood wounds. My parents did the best they could with the tools they had. But due to their struggles I became a very codependent child wanting to save and fix my parents to simply gain the love I desired.
Later on I would be able to understand this cycle and name some of the patterns I lived out. People pleasing, losing myself in toxic relationships and not fully loving that little girl inside of me. Once I became a LMFT and gained the knowledge and tools necessary I was not only able to break my own patterns, I was also able to help others find joy and deep meaning in their lives.
Ultimately I specialize in helping people understand their patterns and be more effective communicators in their world. My role has been a guide and coach for my clients, providing innovative approaches based on Gestalt Method, Ancient Forgiveness Techniques, Psychodynamic Therapy, NLP and Hypnosis. I use these techniques to help my clients break patterns, many of which are fear based as a result of early childhood trauma that causes emotional issues in the present. This is deep and powerful work, and is necessary to enable a positive path to desired future. I look forward to working with you and guiding you on the path to healing and freedom.

I am a LMFT. I have been a therapist for over 25 years. I have had my practice since 2011. In that time, I have learned and have continued to learn what it takes to become a more effective therapist. During this time, I have treated many people with various issues/challenges that have resulted in positive outcomes. The most important impact for me is being able to see when my client has been able to make changes in their lives where they have improved themselves, found more clarity and continue to seek more improvement.
