Hello! I'm Yhadira, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 10 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I'm glad that you're here! Seeking help can be uncomfortable and even scary, so my goal is to help create a therapeutic environment in which you feel safe and supported in. I obtained my degree from the University of Southern California with a specialization in working with veterans/military families. Additionally, I have many years of professional experience in both in-patient and out-patient settings working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and difficult interpersonal relationships. My experience includes crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and short-term solution-focused treatment. My clients have been people from many walks of life, including those that belong to marginalized communities and those that are faced with adversity in their daily lives. My goal is to assist you in reaching your personal goals, navigate challenges with you, and help to empower you so that you become the person you strive to be.
Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
Starting therapy takes courage, curiosity, and a willingness to look at things honestly. If you’re here, you’re already doing something meaningful for yourself.
My background is eclectic. I’ve worked in foster care, hospitals, hospice, and healthcare leadership, which means I’ve supported people through some of life’s most overwhelming and transformative moments. Those experiences shaped how I show up as a therapist: grounded, compassionate, and very human.
In our work together, I’ll ask thoughtful and sometimes challenging questions to help you uncover patterns, build insight, and create real change. I also believe strongly in humor. Therapy can hold hard things while still leaving room for lightness, laughter, and relief. Both matter.
I’m also a mom, which gives me a deep appreciation for the complexity of balancing relationships, responsibilities, identity, and self-care. I have a strong interest in technology, including AI, and I enjoy thoughtfully incorporating tools and strategies that help people feel more supported, organized, and empowered outside of session, when appropriate.
Therapy is collaborative. You bring your lived experience, and I bring perspective, curiosity, and support. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on growth that is meaningful, practical, and sustainable.
You’ve already taken an important step by being here. I look forward to working together.
I am a Latinx therapist who began practicing in 2014 and have experiencing helping people heal and continue on their mental health journeys. I love to support individuals in feeling confident in their own choices and finding their best self. I hope to help you too in finding your own healing path.
Im a kind and caring person fundamentally. I studied social work, which feels like a natural extension of who I am, at Barry University. I have served a variety of populations since my MSW in my roles as an inpatient/ER case manager in acute care and psychiatric hospitals. I am clinically licensed and work independently serving clients through Telehealth. My goal is to provide my clients support and guidance and provide a safe space for them to express themselves. I enjoy treating each client individually and collaborating with them to address their concerns and implement changes to improve their quality of life.
I’m a bilingual therapist who provides a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Together, we focus on your strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, more confident, and connected to yourself and others while navigating life with greater ease.
Greetings! My name is Leslie Bartholomew and I am excited to get to know you and help support your road to healing and change. Although I have achieved licensure fairly recently, I have about 14 years of therapeutic experience in a vast array of populations (individuals, teens, children, young adults, couples, foster youth, unaccompanied minors and migrant families). My passion derives from providing a safe and accepting environment to prepare clients to undergo healing and achieve a full and balanced life. I particularly enjoy giving back to the Latino community which I am a part of and an advocate for equality and a world free from discrimination and abundance of acceptance. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to reach your personal goals.
I’m Dr. Saira Jhutty, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in fertility-related mental health and postpartum care. I support individuals and couples navigating infertility, third-party reproduction, and postpartum anxiety or depression.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on self-compassion, values-based living, and helping you navigate uncertainty in a way that feels sustainable and grounded. We focus less on “fixing” your emotions and more on helping you build a meaningful relationship with them — especially during seasons where control feels limited.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and attuned. I believe healing happens in relationships that feel safe, steady, and respectful of your pace. Whether you’re navigating infertility, pregnancy after loss, postpartum anxiety or depression, identity shifts after becoming a parent, or complicated emotions you didn’t expect to have — you don’t have to carry it alone.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the emotional layers of fertility and early parenthood and will meet you with compassion, honesty, and clarity, I’d be honored to work with you.
Hi, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 20 years and I hold a doctorate degree in the Philosophy of Counseling. I am in my second marriage for 29 years now, after my 24-year first marriage failed. We have seven children between the two of us, 31 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. I have had good success counseling couples who have given up on their relationship, especially those who have experienced infedelity. I don't counsel children until they are 18. I enjoy helping people understand how they became the way they are and therfore find ways to leave dysfunction behind.
Hi, I’m Melissa — deeply devoted social justice warrior and mental health advocate. I believe we are already whole, even in the mess, and that therapy isn’t about fixing or taking parts of you away — it’s about curiosity, self-acceptance, and learning how to move through life with authenticity and self-compassion.
I bring both lived experience and heart into the therapy space, especially for those who’ve spent a lifetime feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or out of place. Together, we make room for all your parts, get curious about your inner world, and figure out ways of living that actually work for you.
I show up with warmth, humor, and deep care, and I love helping people reconnect with their own magic, trust themselves more fully, and create lives that feel more spacious, aligned, and truly theirs. You don’t need to be fixed — you get to be understood.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I have 15 years of experience helping individuals cope with the challenges they face in their lives. I have a specialty in treating individuals struggling with alcohol and substance use. I also have been trained in Brainspotting techniques that reduce the effect traumas and other upsetting life events have on a person's ability to find the happiness they want from life.
I identify as queer, fat, femme and have a mixture of indigenous and colonizer DNA. I share this first because the way we identify matters. Many reasons and factors stop us from being ourselves around others and often, when we can't fully live who we are, our mental health suffers. If that's you, I'm here to help. We can work through body image issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict management together if you're willing to do the work of honestly engaging in therapy with me.
I grew up on the East Coast to immigrant parents from Colombia and lived in SoCal for 15 years and recently moved back home to be near my parents. I have a rescued pitbull that brings me lots of peace and joy and you might see him napping behind me via telehealth sessions. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading (fiction for fun), and taking care of my indoor plants. I love learning about indigenous wisdom/practices from all over the world, herbalism, tarot, and other healing practices and beliefs that folks use to find meaning and wellness. Last but not least, I really love my job! And I do it because I believe in it and have witnessed many people shift, grow, break patterns and learn new ones that significantly improve quality of life.
If you're curious but unsure if I'd be the right fit for you, email me and we can schedule a 15 minute chat (free of charge) where you can get a better idea and ask a few questions to find out if this would be a good option for you. Please keep your email short and only include your interest in scheduling a 15 minute call and 1 or 2 sentences of what you're looking for. My email is: ericaarizalcsw @ gmail.com

Hello! I’m Brenda De Monge, a passionate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of experience in community mental health. Helping and supporting youth, parents, & individuals from various cultures & socio-economic backgrounds affected by trauma. When working with trauma, sexual, physical, emotional, and domestic violence, my number one priority is safety & meeting my clients where they are, by supporting them & reaching their goals. I use these treatment methods:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice, I have used CBT to help clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT is effective in understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We can implement this in therapy to help you live a less anxious and stressful life.
• Trauma-Focused CBT is a short-term therapy designed for children ages 3-18 who have experienced various types of traumas, including physical, emotional, & sexual abuse. When working with young children, the parents/caregivers are key, as they provide ongoing support. By attending sessions, parents will gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of the issues. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with families using this model, & it has been helpful to them.
• Seeking Safety is a treatment approach I have used with clients for more than 15 years. It assists individuals dealing with trauma & addiction by emphasizing safety and coping skills.
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has proven to be a helpful approach in easing obsessive thoughts, reducing intrusive memories, & empowering clients to stay calm while learning ways to handle future challenges and symptoms. Since 2019, I’ve supported children, teens, & adults in managing their post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, & panic disorder through EMDR. In addition, I’ve helped clients with war-related trauma & child sexual assault.

Hello! My name is May, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.
I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief and loss, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Through our work together, clients often share that they gain greater self-awareness, develop stronger coping skills, and feel more confident in managing their emotions. Therapy can support meaningful shifts in perspective, build resilience, and empower you to move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
My name is Penny, and I have been in practice for 14+ years. I am here to help you grow and heal. I enjoy meeting a client where they are, and I take a client centered approach to treatment. My approach is rooted in respect, empathy and confidentiality. I value the courage it takes to be vulnerable and ensure clients are comfortable sharing their unique experiences.
I’m a therapist who finds deep meaning in supporting adults, especially those navigating neurodivergence and trauma, who are working to reconnect with themselves and restore emotional and relational balance. Many of my clients experience distress related to masking, sensory sensitivity, executive dysfunction, and feeling unseen in environments that weren’t designed with their neurotype or lived experiences in mind. Others carry the weight of unresolved trauma, grief, or emotional overwhelm that continues to shape how they relate to themselves and others.
My approach blends evidence-based practices with creative, individualized strategies that honor your unique story, values, and goals. Together, we’ll explore the emotional patterns and internal narratives that may be keeping you stuck. I help clients uncover buried emotions, shift unhelpful thought habits, and build new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.
Whether you're navigating burnout, trauma recovery, identity exploration, or relational challenges, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are. We’ll work toward reducing self-criticism, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening communication, so you can feel more aligned, empowered, and connected in all areas of life.
Currently accepting adult individual session appointments.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Southern California. I received my Masters from Azusa University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help young adults experiencing emotional distress, burnouts, and life stage challenges overcome their difficulties and reach their goals. Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals facing cultural issues within their family of origin and with partner.
It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together.
Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings.
I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens.
I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke!

We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.
I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings.
I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.

Hi, I’m Charles Yin, I work with men and women who struggle with depression, anxiety, and self-sabotaging patterns. This prevents them from feeling connected to themselves and others and from reaching their full potential. I firmly believe everyone can live a meaningful and fulfilling life. After working with clients for over 16 years, I understand the difficulties of finding your path in life and use my expertise to help you overcome these challenges.
How do I help you? There are 3 key ingredients: I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps you become friends with your difficult thoughts and feelings and make wise choices even when it's hard. I help you connect deeply with the real you and develop a sense of belonging with others. I help you get out of your mind and into your life and develop skills to unhook from difficult thoughts and feelings, stay present and do what matters.

Hi, I’m Jami Kulkin.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 31 years of experience helping people heal, grow, and feel more at home in their lives. I offer a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy—one that honors your whole self: mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Clients often come to me when they’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply the sense that something isn’t working anymore. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounding space where you can explore what’s holding you back, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and discover new ways of showing up for yourself and your life.
My work draws from a wide range of tools, including cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, EMDR, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, and spiritual insight. I also bring a Doctorate in Naturopathy and training in fitness, meditation, and sexuality—which gives me a broader lens to support healing from the inside out.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every client is different, and I meet you wherever you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care. Whether you want structure and goals, meaningful exploration, mind-body practices, or simply a space to be heard without judgment, we’ll work together to find what truly supports your growth.
If you’re ready to make meaningful changes and approach life with more clarity and confidence, I’m here to support that process with deep experience and a grounded sense of intuition.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen. I received my MS in Counseling from Cal State Fullerton and my BA in Psychology from UCLA.
I spent many years in social work, supporting families and youth impacted by abuse and neglect, and later transitioned into the mental health field to continue that work through a therapeutic lens. That experience shaped my understanding of how trauma affects individuals and relationships, and it continues to guide the compassionate, trauma-informed care I offer today.
In recent years, I’ve worked in nonprofit and school settings, providing therapy to adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and parenting stress.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply needing a space to pause and reflect, I'm here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and respect. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and discover new possibilities for themselves.
As a biracial, Black and Mexican, female clinician, I understand the obstacles and barriers to healing the mind, body and soul; and leading an overall physically and mentally healthy life. I take a collaborative approach in helping individuals create life goals that they want to work towards. I aim to create a safe and non- judgmental space for individuals.

It’s my passion to work with young adults and adults with the number of challenges they can face to help them learn how to manage their feelings and develop ways to better cope with life. I do see children as well if they're able to meet independently virtually. I also enjoy working with new parents to navigate managing their new identity and improve their parenting skills. My approach to therapy is personable and genuine. I find that my style is particularly beneficial to those looking for a safe space free of judgment while getting honest engagement. I’m expressive, use humor, and genuinely enjoy getting to be a therapist.

Hello potential clients! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Sacramento, CA. My naturally altruistic personality has led me to a career I love. Whether you are experiencing difficulty understanding and experiencing your emotions or if you simply don't understand why you are seeking help and would like help defining your need, kudos to you for taking the first step to seek support. I have experience in facilitating positive change and helping clients discover and live in their authentic selves. It is amazing how this form of support alleviates symptoms perpetuated by anxiety, depression, anger, unresolved trauma, relationship issues, gender, sexual preferences, racial tensions, life stage changes and other stressors. It is very important, for me, that we develop a positive therapuetic relationship on a strong foundation rooted in honesty and trust. I advocate for self-empowerment within my clients helping them discover the power, strength, and control they hold within themselves. In return, I ask for commitment to the work so we can operate as a successful team.
