I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in mental health. Much of my career has involved helping people in high-stress professions such as law enforcement and other first responders, healthcare workers, and educators. In addition to providing therapy, I’ve also worked alongside these professionals in collaborative, multidisciplinary settings to better understand their unique environments and support the people they serve. Through this work, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the pressures they face and focus on helping them build resilience, restore balance, and strengthen their overall well-being. I take a flexible, collaborative approach, using solution-focused methods tailored to each person’s goals. I strive to create a supportive space that highlights clients’ strengths and helps them develop practical strategies to feel more balanced, confident, and fulfilled.
Many of my clients feel emotionally overwhelmed from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. Anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion can make it difficult to feel balanced, confident, or connected to yourself.
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem difficulties. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I help clients identify unhealthy patterns, strengthen coping skills, develop healthier boundaries, and build greater emotional confidence and resilience.
As a bilingual Latina therapist, I understand the cultural expectations, family dynamics, and emotional responsibilities many women experience while balancing relationships, work, caregiving, and personal growth. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Therapy is not about having everything figured out before you begin. It is about creating meaningful change, improving emotional well-being, and learning how to show up for yourself in healthier ways.
I have worked in the behavioral health field for many years, both in direct practice and in executive leadership roles. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how people heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.
My approach is trauma informed, collaborative and client‑centered. I work alongside each person to explore their concerns, clarify their thoughts, and reconnect with their desires for a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life. I believe everyone deserves that opportunity, and therapy can be an important part of the journey toward it.
Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. However, as I’ve explored what therapy should be- treating someone using an evidenced-based practice- I enjoy administering mental health treatment, using a scientific approach.
My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in southern California for 16 years, working with children, adults and families. I have over 25 years of experience with the neuro-atypical diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Individuals with either of these neuro-atypical disorders experience many social challenges, sensory challenges, and misperceptions by the outside world (along with a lot of bad/unhelp advice). It can bring tremendous relief to receive relevant suggestions and understanding of the life experiences that accompany these diagnoses.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and their families in navigating what to do next after receiving a developmental diagnosis, such as ASD. It surprises so many families that there are many resources to assist with the struggles they have gone through or anticipate that they will go through. I have helped parents to understand their neuro-atypical child better, and the neuro-atypical person to understand themselves and their roles in life better. This has led to the person with the neuro-atypical diagnosis experiencing more successes in their roles as a student/co-worker, classmate, family member, partner, and friend.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) (LCPC) (LPC) (LMHC) licensed in various states. I received my Masters from Avila University in Kansas City and have been practicing for over a decade. I have helped women struggling with life problems and aid them in regaining control over worry, panic, fear, or dread in order to become the best version of themselves.
I'm Setareh, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with four years of clinical experience and a Master's degree from Alliant International University. I work with people who feel stuck in their relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or caught in patterns they can't break. If you're here, something probably feels painful right now—and I want you to know that change is possible.
My practice is built on a simple belief: your struggles make sense. They're not random, and they're not something wrong with you. Anxiety, disconnection, conflict—these are usually connected to how you learned to relate to yourself and others, the patterns in your relationships, and how you've protected yourself over time. My job is to help you understand what's underneath and then practice something different.
I work from genuine warmth and real honesty. I create true safety for vulnerability because you deserve to be fully seen. But I also gently push back when patterns keep you stuck, because you deserve more than comfort—you deserve to actually heal and grow.
The work we do is concrete and practical. We don't just talk about problems; we practice new ways of communicating, handling conflict, and connecting. You'll leave with real tools for your actual life.
Whether you're working on your relationship, managing anxiety, navigating family dynamics, or finding solid ground after loss, I'm here to walk alongside you toward meaningful, sustainable change. You deserve support that truly sees you and believes in your capacity to transform.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I have been practicing for the past 15 years. I help children ages 0-18 and their families with their relationships, behaviors, and traumas. I also work with adults to support them with their traumas or challenges. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and have primarily worked with Latinos and other minorities. I also work with graduate interns who need supervision.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My approach is rooted in empathy and validation, creating a safe space for you to explore your experiences and discover meaningful solutions. We will always work with where ever you are in your life journey, and just as much as you decide to do. Therapy should be a voluntary commitment to yourself. Together, we'll go beyond surface-level coping, to uncovering deeper healing and lasting change.

Hello! I am Jeff, a licensed therapist practicing in California and Washington. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and difficulties in relationships. As a certified ADHD therapist, we will work together in improving your focus, motivation, and time management. Moreover as an RLT trained therapist, I will provide support in resolving difficulties in relationships, emotional distress, and feelings of disconnect and isolation. I understand the importance of connecting with you. Your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are essential to the therapeutic process. I will help you identify and bring insight into core issues in your personal life and relationships. We will work together to discover your best self.
I help adults who look like they’re holding it together on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in the same relationship patterns on the inside. We’ll work on stress management, emotional regulation, communication, and the deeper “why” behind your reactions—so you feel more grounded, confident, and consistent in daily life.
My style is warm, structured, and down-to-earth. You don’t need perfect words—just a willingness to show up. I use CBT/DBT/ACT tools for practical change, and I can integrate deeper work (Brainspotting/IFS) when it’s a good fit.
I also create a dedicated space for men—especially men of color—who want to explore masculinity, culture, identity, and relationships without judgment.

My grieving clients experience closure through writing letters to their loved ones who have died. This letter writing is effective for all forms of loss. Reading the letters aloud is very healing as it encourages acceptance, and permits moving on to build a life filled with love and laughter.
As a Doctor of Psychology and psychotherapist for 45+ years, I've dealt with my own grief and loss by writing the nonfiction book, "Doggie Wisdom for Humans: Advice from Dogs for Humans of All Ages," and an autobiographical fiction series, "The Adventures of the Angel Oleo." I'm Sheldon like the TV show! (Big Bang Theory). I help analytical high-achieving adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression untangle their inner world and reconnect with their deeper self-using insight-driven therapy, dream exploration, and a creative lens that helps them uncover what's been buried beneath the surface.
Do you often say, "I'm successful on the outside but exhausted and anxious inside," "overthinking everything, but still feeling stuck," or being in a "constant sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction," or being a person who "struggles to access or name emotions clearly." I help clients have greater awareness and emotional clarity and begin to feel grounded, self-trusting and more internally connected. I hope to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms through deeper insight and ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. I help clients discover meaning through creative exploration, and dream work. I want clients to increase their confidence in navigating relationships and decisions and moving from analysis paralysis to self-acceptance and expression.
My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Mental Illness, Risk Assessment, Trauma, PTSD and Substance Abuse Disorders.
I am supportive, understanding, validating, open-minded, flexible, non-judgemental, kind, empowering, compassionate, hopeful, encouraging, (sometimes) humorous, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I am a compassionate and direct therapist who prioritizes building REAL CONNECTION. My approach is anti-diet and rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) and LGBTQ+ affirmative care. I went through my own journey to heal my relationship with food and my body, and for the past 13 years, have centered my career around helping others do the same. I strive to offer therapy that is grounded in connection, knowledge, and authenticity in order to help my clients develop healthier relationships with food, their bodies, and themselves. I passionately believe my clients CAN experience FREER and FULLER lives.
I specialize in trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, polyamorous and non-traditional relationships, PTSD related to childhood or sexual trauma, life transitions, along with anxiety and depression. In our sessions, I value honesty and the identification of healthy, realistic goals. By identifying irrational thinking patterns and challenging negative self-talk, we can begin to reframe your narrative in a way that serves your growth rather than hindering it.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step, which is why I focus on providing a non-judgmental space where we can tackle challenges at your pace. Hello ! I am Sergio Fernando Gueller, LCSW, I am an American citizen and love our Blessed country with all my heart; I am also an immigrant from Latin America, Argentina, who arrived to this country at age 19 (I am currently 65), "tired and poor" and escaping an unstable political environment and difficult socioeconomic perspectives. I completed my training in Europe and Latin America through my participation in many seminars and obtaining several certifications in this field, however, all my formal education took place in California and Oregon, in the USA. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic and practical and am focused on providing immediate alleviation and crisis resolution to my clients via powerful cognitive/behavioral tools which I use daily in my practice. I am a simple person and my approach is formal and respectful, however, I use respectful/sensitive humor and levity therapeutically when appropriate as I believe it is a major part of my method.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with near three decades of experience. I specialize in working with individuals facing depressive disorders, bereavement and grief, self-esteem issues, anxiety and those navigating life transitions.
I have a genuine curiosity about people and deeply appreciate their uniqueness. My open mindedness and empathy allows me to connect with clients, creating a supportive environment that respects and honors the distinct experiences of each individual. When you feel sad, isolated, misunderstood, and you struggle with issues related to self worth, experience excessive worry, or when you experience losses in your life, therapy can offer you support so that you could find meaning in those experiences, and ultimately live a more fulfilling life.
I suffer from PTSD and my journey into therapy began with years of denial. As all heroes do I refused the call. Then I started helping others - the immigrant, the unhoused, the addicted - and I saw the beauty of human resilience. I discovered the capacity for compassion, healing, and evolution in others as well as myself. I fully believe therapy has the power to not only help people survive but to thrive.
I am an empathic, bilingual (¡y bicultural!) BIPOC therapist deeply committed to trauma healing and breaking generational cycles. With a foundation in clinical training, I blend ancestral wisdom and a sprinkle of Spanglish to create a warm, authentic space where healing can truly begin. My passion is to hold sacred space for marginalized communities—especially those navigating identity, intergenerational trauma, and systemic stressors. In our work together, you’ll find a therapist who sees you, hears you, and shows up fervently for your healing journey. I understand the layered impacts of oppression on mental health.

Having spent many years in the field of addiction and recovery, on both a professional and personal level, I know what it takes to leave behind destructive behavior patterns in favor of actions that promote prosperity and success, and I have dedicated my life to using my extensive experience to benefit others. In my work I utilize the “alchemy” of turning weakness into strength, passing on resources and tools for recovery from emotional pain, depression, anxiety, and addiction – for building a good life.
