For several years, I’ve worked with clients navigating self‑esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, work stress, and loss. It’s meaningful for me to offer hope and to help people experience relief in these areas. My passion is supporting clients as they move toward the goals that matter to them.
In my practice, I’ve consistently seen EMDR reduce symptoms and create meaningful shifts. EMDR isn’t only for trauma — it also helps process dysfunctionally stored information that keeps people stuck. When using EMDR (including tapping), clients often notice change more quickly and begin to feel hopeful about moving forward. They become better able to manage symptoms and make decisions that support their well‑being and relationships.
Through ongoing study of neuroscience and nervous‑system‑informed approaches, I’ve learned how deeply the mind, brain, and body influence one another. You don’t need to be a neuroscientist to understand that the nervous system plays a powerful role in healing. I use interventions that support the brain’s natural capacity for change — helping shift patterns, pathways, and networks involved in trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Each session is an opportunity for growth and meaningful change.

My expertise also extends to substance abuse environments, both in acute inpatient psychiatric hospital, as well as outpatient clinics, where I've addressed the intricate dance between anxiety, depression, and addiction. My work in collegiate settings, such as President Barack Obama’s alma mater, has equipped me with insights into the stresses and anxieties faced by students navigating academic pressures and life's pivotal decisions.
