I have worked with families, individuals, and couples, with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, thought disorders, and emotional disturbances. My name is Ashley and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated with my Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021 but have been working in the field as a Clinical Therapist since 2020. I genuinely enjoy working with many different people, but I especially love individual therapy with clients who are a little neurospicy like me, parents and caregivers who feel burned out or stretched too thin, and people trying to heal from trauma or unhealthy relationship patterns. I’m very trauma-informed and values-oriented in my work. I like helping clients understand the “why” behind their emotions, behaviors, and patterns while also figuring out what kind of life and relationships actually feel aligned with who they are. I often work with ADHD, anxiety, attachment and relationship concerns, caregiver burnout, life transitions, and parents of children with special needs or higher support needs. I know therapy is not about having everything figured out. Sometimes it’s about finally having a place where you don’t have to perform, hold everything together, or explain why you’re exhausted. I try to bring warmth, honesty, humor when appropriate, and practical tools into the room while still giving you space to process at your own pace.

I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth. Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind. Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours. If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

Hello. My name is Ana and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (128445), in the beautiful state of California. I have been in the counseling and social work field for 25+ yrs. Simply stated, I was born to do therapy, it is a gift and an honor. I am a safe, trusting and caring person, that is able to connect with a diversity of people, especially those that struggle with feelings of inadequacy. I have worked with children, teens, elderly, foster care, gang members and most recently, death row inmates in prison. I have found through many of those experiences that emotional pain, feeling alone and having anxiety or depression, is common and universal. However, I also know that the desire to live a deeper, peaceful and meaningful life can also be a driving force. I too have done much of that internal work and reflection in my life. I have learned that it is OK to be just me, no longer fearing to live the life that I have earned and deserve. I would love the same for you.

I’m Alana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles. I work with young adults and women who are navigating major life transitions and feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we identify and clear the patterns that get in the way of you showing up as the most grounded, confident version of yourself. I earned my undergraduate degree from Simmons University and my master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across a wide range of settings—including school-based mental health programs within LAUSD and SMMUSD, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, the Department of Children and Family Services, intensive outpatient and residential programs and most recently private practice. These experiences shaped a treatment approach that is thoughtful, flexible, and deeply attuned to the whole person. I believe meaningful therapy goes beyond symptom management and focuses on understanding the root causes of distress. My style is warm yet direct, grounded, and collaborative. Clients often share that they feel relief early on—because they finally feel understood. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your strengths, build clarity and confidence, and feel more in control of your life again.

Asking for help is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. Life can be stressful, and you can feel pulled in many different directions. Being an African American man growing up in Los Angeles, I have faced my share of challenges and obstacles and when stress sets in, I understand that even the smallest pebble can feel like a major Boulder. I come from a traditional family where men and oftentimes women are discouraged from seeking help to deal with life's struggles and stresses. I aim to fill that void and change that narrative. I empower Men, Women and Families to seek to understand their struggles, anxieties and life challenges and to overcome them.

I have a holistic approach to therapy looking at how mental, physical, and spiritual health impact each other in both positive and negative ways. I have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supporting clients in gaining a healthier relationship with their thoughts and feelings. I have worked extensively with clients in coping with depression, stress and anxiety, as well as in processing grief, loss, and life transitions. I am passionate about making mental health services more readily available to those who need it and normalizing the need for them.

When experiencing difficult emotions or life-changing transitions it can be overwhelming to process them alone. I am Maneka Cooper, LCSW passionate about assisting individuals in their journey to navigate and process the pain, trauma and disappointments that can lead to negative habits or patterns, unrealized potential and generally feeling unfulfilled. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.

I’m a therapist who values creating a space where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard and supported. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and strength-based therapy, depending on what fits you best. I also offer the option to incorporate faith into sessions if that’s something you’re looking for. I believe healing is possible, even when it feels far away, and that you already carry strengths we can build on together.

"You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." -A.A. Milne We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change. I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings. My family history is rooted in both Military and First Responder service therefore I have dedicated a large part of my career as an LMFT to serving these communities and others in trauma recovery. I have four sons and four grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 26 years.
