Hello, I'm Diana. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and will be here to help you with exploring and understanding feelings, relationships and experiences you may need more support around. I hope to help you unravel your thoughts and emotions, to promote further self-awareness, and develop healthier coping mechanisms to live a more sustainable and fruitful quality of life.
As a 1st generation Asian American, I am here to also help individuals navigate the complexities of cross-cultural relationships. Whether you’re balancing different traditions, values, or communication styles, I provide a supportive space to explore identity, belonging, and connection. My approach honors cultural diversity while focusing on building understanding and resilience.
Grief, illness, and loss touch every part of our lives, often leaving us feeling isolated or overwhelmed. I work with clients to process these experiences with compassion, helping them find meaning, healing, and strength in the midst of change. Together, we can create space for sorrow, hope, and perhaps gratitude.
Hi, I’m Angie.
Are you ready to make some positive changes that will improve your life? Maybe you’re suffering from depression, or anxiety is imposing limitations on how you live your life. Your journey and the life experience that led you here can be complicated, multidimensional, and diverse. I believe the approach to your psychotherapy should be as dynamic as you are and shouldn’t be limited to a “one theory fits all” methodology. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), licensed in California, Arizona, and New Mexico. I have a Master of Arts in psychology and have been practicing for 14 years. I help adults of all ages, who are struggling with symptoms relative to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other issues, to reduce their symptoms on their path towards mental wellness and the best version of themselves.
Sydelcis Mendez (Syd) is a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in crisis, trauma, anxiety, and stress management as it relates to individuals, couples, and families during life transitions. Raised in the Bronx by her Dominican family, she witnessed the gaps in resources and opportunities for individuals of different backgrounds. Syd became a therapist after seeing the mental health strains in her community and noting the underrepresentation of qualified providers who provided culturally-sensitive treatment and systems-oriented support.
Throughout her career, she has served individuals grappling with substance use challenges, homelessness/transient issues, health concerns, developmental needs, sexual assault, domestic violence, addiction, military service/veteran affairs issues, as well as family or marital challenges.
Hola, welcome to my profile! My name is Edna Salcido and I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I obtained my bachelor's degree from CSU Monterey Bay and my master's degree from USC. Through my years in practice, I have provided a safe space for healing as I support moving through anxiety, depression, grief, processing trauma, boundary setting and many diverse life challenges. I have experience working out in the field providing mental health services in homes and schools as well as experience in a medical setting as a lifespan therapist.
This is my first career and something I have always been pulled to; my journey is a thorough reflection of why I work in this field. My path to becoming a licensed therapist was very intuitive-based; I went through experiences of pain, guilt, shame, loss of self, and the loss of my overall sense of life. Through my journey, I was able to understand pain and trauma, taking on a lot of spiritual remedies while turning my pain into passion, my passion into purpose, and my purpose into power as a healer. Due to my licensure journey, I not only understand the educational part of pain, trauma, and healing, but I also experienced painful and challenging moments myself, bringing me to a higher purpose for self and meaning of life! I am highly intuitive, empathic, gentle, and calm, and I am a good listener and healer. I have worked in addiction, with children who have autism and intellectual disabilities, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life coaching, spirituality, and connecting to the higher self.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, CA. I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and have been practicing for over 14 years, both as a therapist and in community mental health settings. I help adults who are feeling stuck with depression, relationship issues, and challenging childhood issues become the best versions of themselves. I help clients come to terms with their past, heal, grow, and move forward.
I launched my practice for the purposes of helping clients increase self-compassion and build resilience in the face of adversity. We all find ourselves stuck at times and taking the step to start therapy is a radical act of self care. Through consistent support we can move beyond surviving to truly thriving. By first accepting who we are and processing our experience, we then are able to create change and can live more intentionally.
Change is hard, not having the tools, direction and support make the process even harder. I can help you identify areas that may be keeping you stuck. I also provide wellness and behavioral health coaching in addition to traditional therapy.
The atmosphere that is created in the therapy session is one of warmth, safety, and acceptance. I have a straightforward, interactive approach to treatment. I am passionate about my work and strongly believe in the healing benefits of therapy. Reach out to me, I’d love to help you help heal, connect, & thrive. Together we can create the life you want.

Hello – Welcome to Insight Care Counseling!

My name is Shelly Keene, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living in Anchorage, Alaska, while providing telehealth services to clients in California, the place I’ve called home for most of my life. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can express your feelings openly and feel genuinely heard and validated. Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen. I received my MS in Counseling from Cal State Fullerton and my BA in Psychology from UCLA.
I spent many years in social work, supporting families and youth impacted by abuse and neglect, and later transitioned into the mental health field to continue that work through a therapeutic lens. That experience shaped my understanding of how trauma affects individuals and relationships, and it continues to guide the compassionate, trauma-informed care I offer today.
In recent years, I’ve worked in nonprofit and school settings, providing therapy to adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and parenting stress.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply needing a space to pause and reflect, I'm here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and respect. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and discover new possibilities for themselves.
Teenagers often arrive in therapy carrying things that no one at home or school knows how to name yet. I've spent years working alongside adolescents and their families in schools and community settings—and I bring that same depth to my work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and major life transitions.
I also specialize in early psychosis: working with teens and young adults experiencing their first break with reality, and the families trying to understand what's happening. My approach centers on building clear goals, strengthening hope, and learning to move through the uncertainty that real change requires.

Hi, I'm glad you are here. My name is Alicia and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Southern California and working telehealth statewide. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and clinical expertise. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space, where clients can work through various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
I’m a licensed therapist (LMFT 132828) who helps adults navigate dating, relationship anxiety, and attachment patterns.
If you tend to overthink communication, feel unsure when someone pulls away, or struggle with knowing what to say in relationships, I understand how overwhelming that can feel.
My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and more confident in how you communicate and show up in your relationships.
It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together.
Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings.
I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens.
I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke!

Hello and welcome! I'm Allison, a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with over 14 years experience providing therapy.
I earned my Masters in Counseling from The University of San Francisco's Sacramento satellite campus in 2012.
My approach to therapy begins with establishing a genuine connection with each client and how their challenges are impacting them. I establish this by providing a warm, open, and authentic environment.
I enjoy working with people facing a variety of challenges. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, those going through life stressors/transitions, and those feeling "stuck" in their lives.
I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who offers a warm, grounded space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and create meaningful change. My style is relational and attachment-informed—meaning we pay attention to patterns that show up in relationships, and how earlier experiences may shape the way you cope, connect, or protect yourself today. I’m also strengths-based and practical: we’ll build on what’s already working while using CBT tools to reduce overwhelm, challenge unhelpful thought loops, and practice skills that support steadier mood, boundaries, and healthier relationships.
The impact my clients often experience is feeling more emotionally stable and confident in themselves, with a clearer understanding of their triggers and patterns. Over time, many people report improved self-compassion, stronger communication, more secure attachment in relationships, and an increased ability to tolerate difficult emotions without shutting down or spiraling. My goal is for you to leave therapy with both deeper insight and real-life tools so you can feel more connected, empowered, and able to live with authenticity and intention.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and life transitions. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I’ve worked in a range of mental health settings: supporting clients in recovery, on psychiatric holds, and in longer-term therapy. I’ve facilitated groups and worked with clients from many walks of life, including those facing major life transitions, chronic illness, or longstanding mental health challenges. Over time, I found myself drawn more and more to supporting adults and couples through deeply personal and complex experiences, especially around identity, relationships, and parenthood. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves care that honors their full story. I became a therapist because I believe in people’s capacity to grow and heal, and because I know how powerful it is to feel truly understood.

Problems come from a network of experiences. In our work together, we will investigate these problems: where they come from, how they are supported, what they may be telling you, how you learned from these problems, ways they can be negotiated, and times when they are not present. Nothing is wrong with you. You are simply dealing with problems the best way you know how. As we explore the problems, you will find fresh perspectives and build alternative ways of responding that enable you to build better relationships and handle problems with increased flexibility.
I am an interactive therapist working with you to develop and experience more confidence, focus, and motivation to meet life’s changing demands. I help people who are doing ok on the outside figure out, and understand, why they might feel so overwhelmed on the inside. You can gain insight and clarity and increase your ability to navigate life transitions, anxiety, fear, depression, and/or traumatic experiences that have impacted your quality of life.
