Welcome! If you're feeling stuck or struggling with life transitions, you're not alone. I offer therapy that's free from labels and one-size-fits-all approaches. Together, we'll navigate your journey towards change, drawing from your story, strengths, and challenges. I specialize in working with individuals such as young adults, and women facing various life stages such as college, work changes, pregnancy, and postpartum. With a background in systemic therapy and influences from solution-focused and problem-solving approaches, my goal-oriented therapy respects your experiences while aiming for positive outcomes. ***I am sorry I am not accepting new couples at this time***
In our first session, I'll prioritize getting to know you deeply by asking questions about your background, values, and the reasons for seeking therapy. Understanding your context helps me tailor our approach to your unique needs. We'll discuss the challenges you're facing and how you've been coping with them. By the end of the session, my aim is for you to feel heard, validated, and hopeful as we establish goals focused on addressing your priorities. Together, we'll embark on a journey toward positive change

Additionally, my deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds enables me to effectively support clients from various contexts and experiences.
I studied psychology in Chile, and my journey continued when I moved to the US and started the process of getting my LMFT License in California with additional training at the renowned Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto in the US. This institute is a leading force in developing Systemic Therapy and Brief Therapy methods, which greatly influence my approach. What excites me most is the focus on the present and future. This means we can start making meaningful changes much sooner. It's all about getting results efficiently and effectively while keeping an eye on what lies ahead. I'm passionate about using these approaches to help my clients navigate their challenges and create positive change in their lives
By discussing ways to understand your thinking patterns, distance yourself from your thoughts, and be an observant agent we can start focusing on what is bothering you right now.
By focusing on the language and the way you tell your story, we can work on the different narratives that have been imposed and the ones you can choose to live by. Understanding how language creates reality help us be more aware of our behavior and find solutions in a different way.
