I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in California, providing tele-health services to adults statewide. I work with individuals who are ready to take an honest look at their lives and make intentional, meaningful changes. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, managing stress, managing relationships and boundaries.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and growth-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. I tailor each session to your needs. While we may explore past experiences to build insight, our primary focus is on how you apply that insight to create real, lasting change in your present life.
Asking for help is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. Life can be stressful, and you can feel pulled in many different directions.
Being an African American man growing up in Los Angeles, I have faced my share of challenges and obstacles and when stress sets in, I understand that even the smallest pebble can feel like a major Boulder. I come from a traditional family where men and oftentimes women are discouraged from seeking help to deal with life's struggles and stresses. I aim to fill that void and change that narrative.
I empower Men, Women and Families to seek to understand their struggles, anxieties and life challenges and to overcome them.
I am licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, transitional life phases and grief. My goals is to create a safe, non judgmental space where the client can explore their feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies for change. Together we work toward a greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that aligns with your values, goals, and to be a better version of yourself.
Thank you for your interest in my counseling practice!
I provide individual counseling for clients seeking support in managing anxiety, life transitions, grief and trauma symptoms. I received my MSW in Clinical Practice from the University of Pennsylvania and have been practicing for 20 years. I believe that people are doing the best they can with the resources that they have, so my goal as a therapist is to help you develop self-awareness and coping skills so you can feel more resilient and secure in yourself.
Are you tired of overthinking & second guessing yourself? Are you ready to feel more confident, be in the moment & start really enjoying your life?

Hi, I’m Cassandra! I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of therapeutic settings including an inpatient psychiatric hospital treating a higher level of acuity, intensive outpatient program supporting teens and young adults, a residential facility working with incarcerated youth, and an outpatient program at a University counseling center.
Hi, I’m Cynthia.
These are tough times, and many people are struggling. If you’re anxious, down, or facing life transitions or relationship issues, I’ll help you process it all, build coping strategies, and move toward the life you want. As a first-gen Latina, I understand issues around cultural identity, bias and assimilation.
Please note: I don’t specialize in eating disorders, trauma, autism or substance use. Telehealth is not an adequate platform for working with suicidality. If you are suicidal, you can call 911 for the police, 988 for the national suicide hotline, or go to the nearest hospital.
Hello and welcome. First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your courage to take the first step in selecting a therapist. The thought of sharing intimate thoughts, struggles, and personal experiences can be overwhelming and frightening. I hope to help you feel confident that you have come to the right place to express your needs and work on feeling better. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) from California. I have over 12 years experience in providing services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and other challenges.
I have had the pleasure of working in various settings. For about seven years, I worked at a community mental health agency treating children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of needs especially those who have experienced trauma. I have found that each individual comes with their unique story and background.
My first experience using telehealth was during the pandemic. With the increase of mental health needs, I discovered the importance of being able to provide services through the telehealth platform. It inspired me to continue to reach those clients who desire telehealth for various reasons. Life can be busy with schedules and finding time for therapy is not always easy. Telehealth can make therapy a little easier.
Hello! I'm Mary "Katie" Romley. I'm an LPCC in the state of California specializing in individual therapy services and group counseling.
Do you ever feel like because of certain life experiences, you struggle in your daily life or relationships today? I enjoy helping people to find more of a sense of safety, within themselves. I like to make sure that my clients can develop a sense of trust when working with me. I love working with young adults (18-25) and also people going through retirement life changes.
Some of the topics I enjoy helping clients with career counseling and coaching, personal relationships, self-concept and self-esteem, healing from abuse, and working with and fully supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I also love working with people to strengthen their own personal boundaries in life.
*Please note that any requests for additional administrative services like letters to courts of law, disability certification, fitness to return to work or other activities and special accommodations related to a psychological condition will need to be cleared with this therapist ahead of starting work together or will have to be provided by another mental health provider. Please consult this therapist first to see if she's able to provide this documentation for you as some may not be possible due to training and specialization requirements.

I’m Elizabeth Hughes, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults build healthier, more satisfying relationships. I work with individuals who are ready to make meaningful change and develop practical skills that improve daily life. I offer individual therapy for adult focused on lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches to enhance communication, boundary setting, and self-esteem. This will be a collaborative process where you will be provided with practical tools that can be used in between sessions.
You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - in figuring out how to help you create new patterns.
My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT-informed strategies, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain!
As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc.
I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.
Hello and Welcome to the first step toward emotional healing. Healing Through Connection is my personal philosophy and lifelong vision to reach people who feel lost, hopeless, lonely, disconnected, uncertain, and grief ridden. I use a unique blend of professional and personal experiences that drive connection. I believe that we all find ourselves in seasons of life where we need to be reconnected with our worth, understand our experiences, and overcome our battles.
Hi, I'm Dani, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with high performers, athletes, teens, and adults.
My practice starts with an honest audit of your values. Not the ones you think you should have, the ones you actually matter to you. From there, we explore identity: who you are, what you stand for, and where the gap sits between that person and the goals you've been chasing. That gap is where burnout quietly takes root, especially when your motivation comes from external factors rather than internal ones.
I also walk with clients through grief and loss, because performance and emotional pain often coexist, and both deserve space.
In session, you'll get warmth, honesty, non-judgment, and humor. I'll validate your story, then warmly, move us from talking about it to taking action. Insight alone doesn't change a life. Together we'll focus on what's actually within your control and build a life by your own design. You don't need to have anything figured out when you arrive. All are welcome here.
Hi! My name is Alexis Kuney and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southern California. Therapy and meeting a new therapist for the first time can be a little scary, but you've taken the first step, which is great! If you’ve never gone to therapy, or if it’s been a while, it’s time to move forward and rediscover the best version of yourself, and I'm here to help you do that. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, interpersonal/relationship issues, adult ADHD, and survivors of domestic violence. I also work with parents in high-conflict custody disputes to help them navigate the complexities of family court.
I have a personal knowledge of what it means to struggle, and I find satisfaction in helping people solve their problems in meaningful and adaptive ways. In these unsettled times, a therapeutic support system can be beneficial to all of us. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and hopeless coping with life’s challenges, it’s helpful to have someone calm, supportive, and empathetic to listen and provide guidance. Given that everyone is unique, and our lives are complex, I tailor my approach to you and your needs. My goal is to provide an environment that is safe and supportive so that we can work collaboratively to help you reach your goals.

I have worked in community mental health for 40+years in both rural and urban communities.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and am based in California. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I also have a particular interest and experience in supporting adults during the pregnancy and postpartum period.
My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Solution Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. We’ll work together to help you build stronger connections, gain deeper insight and develop healthier habits to navigate life's challenges.
Hey there!
Maybe you're here because life hasn't been feeling quite right lately.
Maybe you're dealing with anxiety or depression. Maybe you've been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you want anymore. From the outside, things might look fine, but inside, you're wondering, Is this really how I want to keep living?
I've always believed that you don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. And therapy isn't about me giving you all the answers. It's about creating a space where we can slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and figure out what comes next.
I work primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and that feeling of being lost or stuck. Our sessions aren't meant to be you sitting quietly while I ask you question after question. I like therapy to be engaging, practical, and collaborative. Bring a pen and notebook. We'll talk, reflect, feel, make connections, and come up with things you can actually try between sessions.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, insight-oriented and solution-focused therapy. I also have EMDR therapy training and am a Certified Breath Coach, giving us different ways to work depending on what you need.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
We can start from wherever you are.
I bring compassion, open mind and authenticity to your session. Along with my clinical training, my lived experience as a mother who has navigated parenting and divorce, immigration, etc. adds to supporting clients with empathy and understanding. I work with individuals facing life and relationship challenges, ADHD, autism, men's mental health, aging, anxiety, and self-esteem.
I take a caring, trauma-aware and collaborative approach. I use practical tools and EMDR if needed to help you heal, improve your relationships, and make changes that last. I welcome and support neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, creating a space where you can feel safe, accepted, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

I’m the daughter of Mexican immigrants, born and raised in California. As a First-Gen individual, I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating personal growth and healing when your parents didn’t have the chance to explore these aspects in their own lives. My mission is to offer you education, tools, and a safe space for inner healing to help you reach your goals and break unhealthy generational patterns.
Greetings! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Supervisor based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Washington and have been practicing since 2006. In my personal experiences, I am a mother to a biological child and a step child. My early years were impacted by toxic relationships, substance abuse, divorce, parental suicide, blending of families. Setting and enforcing boundaries did not come naturally to me and is something I am continuously working on. In my experience as a therapy client, I have disliked working therapists who are blank slates. Therapy is a relational experience and I bring my wisdom and personal experiences into the therapeutic process when appropriate. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and avoidant and self-destructive behaviors become the best versions of themselves.

I have worked with individuals, couples, and families throughout the greater San Diego area over the past ten years. I can offer a safe and non-judgemental space to discuss your issues where you can feel seen and heard. My aim will be to understand who you are and the world you are in to create more meaning as you begin to heal.
Sometimes we can lose our way, lose sight of ourselves, or even put distance between those we love. I am passionate about helping people find their way back to themselves and work towards reconnecting with their family or community.
Life is hard. Adulting is relentless. It’s so easy to lose focus on yourself when you are so busy with work, paying bills, and caring for others. You go from feeling that slight tinge of pride in being needed at first to stressed and anxious, then frustrated and overwhelmed, to finally depressed, resentful...and dare I say hopeless. Running in this rat race of life can feel lonely, but you are not alone, and you certainly do not have to go through this alone. Sometimes stigma and fear of not wanting to burden friends/family with your problems can discourage you from reaching out for help.
Enter....me!.....Hello! My name is Christine. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has provided individual and group therapy to kids ages 6-18, college students, and adults. I've also treated patients in a psychiatric hospital experiencing homicidal/suicidal/psychotic crisis. I have experience with perinatal/postpartum depression and anxiety for both moms and dads.
I like to use relatability and humor in keeping conversations real while developing an open and honest relationship with my clients. I specialize in work/life burnout, anxiety, stress, depression, recovering from divorce, crisis, grief, parenting struggles, and perinatal/postpartum depression (having gone through it twice myself).
My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. It's scary sharing your innermost thoughts and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, safe space where you can unpack life’s stress with someone who is non-judgmental, accepting, honest, and empathetic, so you feel heard and seen. You matter.
I would be honored to collaborate with you to listen with compassion, guide you in identifying and understanding your behavior and thought patterns, educate you on why/how that happens, teach coping skills, and help you prioritize yourself while creating meaningful and positive change. Because you deserve it.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional challenges, life transitions, and experiences that can leave us feeling stuck. I bring both professional and life experience to my work and strive to create a space that feels comfortable, genuine, and free of judgment. My approach is collaborative and practical, and I tailor therapy to each person rather than expecting everyone to fit into the same approach. I am trained in EMDR and also incorporate CBT, DBT, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care based on each client's needs. I value helping people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in California and I've been practicing for 16 years. I graduated with my master's degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Utah. I strive to provide an atmosphere of safety and warmth where individuals can heal without fear of judgment. We will build a therapeutic relationship of trust and as a team, create a plan that feels right for your journey.
As a human being myself, I understand the importance of taking care of our mental health. I believe we should take care of our emotional health just as we do our physical health. Hi! My name is Mila.
I'm a Licensed Therapist and a Licensed Advanced Addiction Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the field. I completed my studies in Addiction Treatment in 2014, followed by graduate studies in Psychotherapy. My experience includes working with individuals and families to overcome mental health struggles, addictions, trauma-related disorders, and relational issues. My practice is grounded in integrated, experiential, and evidence-based interventions. I utilize an integrated approach of somatic, trauma-informed, and cognitive methods. By addressing the underlying causes of your pain and using effective strategies for healing, you will be empowered to step beyond your current limitations.
My education and professional expertise rests on a backbone of a personal journey of healing. I deeply understand the challenges on the road to recovery and can help you navigate them. I approach therapy from a holistic model, with an emphasis on all aspects of your wellbeing. Together, we'll explore the root causes of your difficulties and develop personalized strategies for lasting change.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience across private practice, hospital, academic, and community settings.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and accustomed to being the ones others depend on. Yet privately, they may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own needs. Sometimes there's a sense that something needs to change, even when it's hard to name what that is.
You may recognize different parts of yourself pulling in different directions. A part that wants to speak up and another that worries about disappointing someone. A part that longs for closeness and another that has learned, for good reason, to stay guarded. Or a part that's tired of carrying so much, alongside another that doesn't know how to stop.
These patterns have a history worth understanding. The ways we've learned to keep the peace, anticipate others' needs, or hold ourselves to certain expectations are shaped by our relationships, families, cultures, and the environments we've had to navigate. What once helped us feel safe or accepted can eventually leave us feeling stuck or far from ourselves.
In therapy, I'm interested in understanding these different parts of you, including those you've learned to hide or criticize. Together, we can explore what they've been carrying, what they're trying to protect, and how they continue to shape your life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment.
I earned my doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, completed predoctoral and postdoctoral research training at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine, and hold a Master of Social Work from USC.
Life transitions and unexpected challenges can bring a mix of emotions, including stress, uncertainty, anxiety, sadness, and self-doubt. Whether you are navigating changes in relationships, school, work, identity, family dynamics, or other personal challenges, therapy can provide a supportive space to process these experiences and develop healthier ways of coping.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy in both English and Spanish. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Over the past several years, I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, community mental health, inpatient psychiatric care, and hospital emergency services, helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges.

My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered, supporting lasting change, clarity, and emotional balance.

Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I have been an LCSW for seven years and have been doing outpatient care since then. I work with individuals and couples from 13 to 64.
Prior to getting my license, I worked in a nonprofit setting and gained experience in treating adults who struggled with mood disorders and destructive behaviors.
I received my Masters from California State University of Long Beach in 2014 with a specialization in Children, Youth, and Families.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted?
Maybe life looks different than you expected. You’re navigating changes that feel difficult to accept, struggling with anxiety or grief, or trying to care for someone you love while putting your own needs last. You may feel guilty, disconnected, or simply worn down from trying to manage everything on your own. Even when you can’t quite put your feelings into words, you know something needs to change.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Hi, I’m Hannah Wagner, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the mental health needs of older adults and caregivers. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and caregiver stress and burnout. I also bring specialized training in mental health and aging through the Center for Mental Health & Aging’s Level 1 Mental Health and Aging Certificate, which has strengthened my work with concerns such as cognitive changes, caregiver stress, loneliness, and resilience.
