LCSW, 5 years of experience
New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, discover strengths, and build meaningful change. I have over 10 years of experience working with a variety of populations, addressing multiple issues to give clients the encouragement for creating change in their lives. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to share openly while also supported in taking steps toward meaningful change. I bring a genuine curiosity to your story, while also helping you identify strengths and tools to move you forward.
Our first session is all about getting to know you and building rapport. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and any past experiences with counseling that might shape what you’re looking for now. From there, we’ll start to identify some initial goals together.
I was drawn to this work because I’ve always believed in the power of human connection and the capacity for growth, even during life’s most difficult seasons. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of my values—creating space where people feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate challenges.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and the unique challenges faced by college students and counseling students. I enjoy working with clients in a collaborative space, working together to find solutions.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts and feelings influence their wellbeing. In our telehealth sessions, we work together to build practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful thinking, and create lasting positive change in daily life.
I utilize Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their goals, values, and motivation for change in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Through open conversation and collaboration in telehealth sessions, I help clients strengthen their confidence, resolve ambivalence, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth
Psychodynamic approach is used to help clients understand how past experiences and relationships influence their thoughts, emotions, and patterns today. In our sessions, we explore these connections with curiosity and compassion to support greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and lasting change
I have over 6 years experiencing working with the Veteran population, as well as the underserved. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning I prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment in every session. I help clients understand how past experiences may impact their current emotions and relationships, while working at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Creating a compassionate space for healing, resilience, and personal growth
