I've also taught parenting classes and life skills workshops and facilitated counseling support groups.
I know that it can be difficult to seek help. It would be an honor for me to partner with you in order to reach your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.
I am currently accepting teletherapy clients for therapy and life coaching on a biweekly basis. Please feel free to reach out and tell me about yourself and what you're looking for. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I’m Beth.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—stress, anxiety, depression, or big life changes can leave us feeling stuck. I work alongside individuals and couples in a supportive, nonjudgmental way, helping you navigate these challenges and find balance.
I offer a space where you can share what’s on your mind, build coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and explore practical solutions at your own pace. Together, we’ll uncover insights and make meaningful changes so you can feel more peace, confidence, and joy in your everyday life.
With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, I provide a grounded, compassionate, and highly personalized approach to mental health. My practice is built on the belief that whether you are navigating the complexities of childhood, the challenges of adulthood, or the intricate dynamics of a relationship or family, you deserve a space where you feel truly heard.
You deserve to feel better. If you've been feeling stressed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out on your own.
Hi, I'm Michelle, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Mindset Coach with over thirty years of experience. I help people feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their emotions. My goal is to create a space where therapy feels like a real, supportive conversation—one where you can better understand yourself and begin to move forward with clarity.
Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, stress, or emotional patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we take a closer look at what's happening beneath the surface—not just within you, but within the context of your life, your relationships, and the situations you're navigating every day. We explore how your thoughts, emotions, and stress responses are connected, and we build tools to help you respond in healthier, more empowering ways.
I believe there are two important relationships worth understanding: the relationships you have with other people, and the relationship you have with yourself. A question we'll often explore is, "What happens to you when...?" Whether it's conflict, criticism, disappointment, or uncertainty, understanding how you respond under different circumstances helps you recognize patterns and make choices that better reflect the person you want to be.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. Together, we'll focus on the parts of your life that are within your influence… strengthening communication, setting healthy boundaries, and making changes that help your relationships feel healthier while allowing you to feel more like yourself.
My name is Shant Bardakjian and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Glendale, California. I currently work with adults within the greater Los Angeles area. Currently, I work with clients aged 18 to 64. I am a brainspotting Phase 1 trained therapist, who works with trauma, depression, and anxiety.
My approach to therapy is tailored to the client’s needs. I enter into therapy with whatever you bring into the session. If you need a creative approach to solve your problems, then I would use an eclectic approach with a person centered lens that can be flexible for whatever need is brought into the room.
My communication style is calm and approachable. I would like my clients to feel at ease in sharing whatever is on their heart without fear of judgment.
I decided to become a therapist because I have wanted to help people discover their best selves. I have been drawn to helping people discover their innate ability to heal past whatever is keeping them stuck in life.
My aim is for whoever works with me to be able to define a goal that can be accomplished and for trust to be gradually built within the therapeutic relationship. In this way, the progress that is seen in therapy will in turn translate to improvements in multiple areas of your life.
In our first session together, you can expect the primary focus to be for me to hear your story of what brought you to therapy. The first session is to determine if there is an initial connection and also questions that would enable me to better understand what would work best for you as treatment progresses.

Hi, I’m Eva, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I am the author of Upward Spiral to Sobriety: Creating New Neural Habits through the Power of I AM Statements, a conceptual framework designed to help you break free and rewrite your story. (You can learn more about my book at www.betterlifewithshauna.com.) If you are feeling weighed down by a relentless inner critic, unhealthy coping mechanisms which lead to addictive choices, you are not alone. If you are ready to quiet the noise, redefine who you are on your own terms, and build a brand-new identity or blueprint, you are exactly where you need to be.
My career has been built on helping people navigate deep-seated trauma. I spent years working extensively with foster youth, which gave me a profound understanding of childhood trauma. Today, alongside my private practice, I work on a frontline crisis line triaging severe emotional distress and suicidal ideation. This intense work has made me highly adept at sitting with people in their darkest, and heaviest moments. I excel at helping individuals interrupt overwhelming, negative thought loops and gently guiding them back to a place where they can remember they are safe, loved, worthy, and valued.
I am also a proud military veteran and have worked as a therapist in an inpatient drug rehabilitation center for veterans—this role was instrumental and foundational to writing my book the Upward Spiral to Sobriety.
In our sessions, we will work together to uncover the old narratives holding you back and consciously rewrite them into empowering beliefs and truth statements. I am a firm believer that "we are what we think." Using practical, evidence-based tools (CBT, DBT & Narrative therapy), we will reshape your thought patterns. Together, we will set reachable, realistic goals to help you find relief, clarity, and a much happier path forward.
Hello,
I am a woman, mother, wife, daughter, aunt, and soon-to-be grandmother. The path to achieving my goal of becoming a Clinical Psychologist - Marriage and Family Therapist began when I had my sons. I took all the steps to build my career, beginning with attending a community college, LACC, where I earned an Associate Degree in Child Development, then a Bachelor's in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. My interest and curiosity led me to a passionate career journey of helping people in different settings, with different upbringings and diverse family backgrounds, since 2010. I am bilingual; Spanish is my first language.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step my approach is all about making the process feel comfortable, supportive, and down-to-earth—like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, going through a big life change, or just feeling stuck, we’ll figure things out together at your pace. I bring a warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental energy to every session, and my goal is to create a space where you can be your full self—laugh, cry, vent, reflect, explore… whatever you need, it's all welcome.
I've had the privilege of working with kids, teens, and adults, and I understand that each stage of life comes with its own ups, downs, and curveballs. No matter where you are on your journey, we’ll start there—no pressure, no pretense. Just real talk and real support.
To me, therapy is most meaningful when it begins with curiosity rather than judgment. We'll start where you are, taking time to understand your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that seem to repeat themselves. Along the way, we'll pay attention to what your mind and body may be communicating and use our work together as a space for insight, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

Life's difficulties are a natural part of the human experience. At times, individuals may feel isolated in their struggles or believe that no one truly understands what they are going through. These thoughts can contribute to anxiety, depression, substance use, and other challenges that impact relationships, work, and overall quality of life. When left unaddressed, these difficulties can become overwhelming and interfere with one's ability to move forward.
I believe that meaningful change is possible through a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can gain insight, build effective coping skills, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier ways of managing life's challenges. Together, we can work toward healing, personal wellness, and lasting positive change.

Hi, I’m Ryan Ingram, PsyD, a licensed psychologist in California. I work with adults, teens, and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps - whether that’s related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, or major life transitions. LGBTQ+ affirming and sex positive.
Therapy with me is a safe, affirming space for reflection and real change. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty, while also challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach emphasizes choices, personal responsibility, and accountability, not blame, so you can better understand what is within your control and take meaningful action. I integrate evidence-based approaches to help you regulate emotions, change unhelpful patterns, heal from past experiences, and build a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with your values.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and become more aligned with the person they want to be. Therapy can help you understand the patterns, fears, and beliefs that keep you stuck while developing more intentional ways of responding. Together, we can work on reducing overthinking, improving communication and boundaries, increasing self-trust, and making choices that reflect your values rather than fear or pressure. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and confident in how you show up in relationships, work, and your everyday life.
Sometimes, as adults, we discover that our ability to make decisions; to love someone; to accept the love of another; to feel peace and inner calm; to find the motivation to accomplish goals; to forgive a betrayal; and to experience self-acceptance and confidence can feel limited, creating distress and discomfort. Thus begins the journey of an examined life. When you explore how you operate, what influences your choices, and what has contributed to your experiences, you begin the process of enriching your internal resources. This expansion of resources broadens your choices and options in life and holds the potential for higher functioning and greater happiness.
As a therapist, I provide a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment. I am easy to talk to, interactive, respectfully direct, and mindful of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I work collaboratively with my clients to set goals and utilize each individual’s strengths and resources, supporting the discovery of an authentic self that experiences life in a richer and more satisfying way.
I first and foremost adapt my style of therapy to meet your needs. We work together to identify what best supports you toward your goals or areas of focus in therapy. Some clients progress through insight and understanding about an issue while others progress through tangible present-moment skills and tools, all of which I can provide support you with. I also feel that Identity (race, gender, sexual orientation, etc) plays an important role about how we experience the world and how the world views us and I incorporate this into therapy. I see therapy as an equal and collaborative effort between us.
I offer a broad range of personal experiences and clinical background to therapy. I enjoy working with people of color and I identify strongly with them. I have extensive experience working with couples, mixed race individuals, inter-racial relationships, the LGBTQQI community, and athletes.
I believe I have a great feel for supporting you to be comfortable entering into therapy. Finding a balance of acceptance of you and where you are at in your life while also supporting you with the change you want to make. I offer inquisitive questions to inspire critical thought with tangible actions and tools that you can use.

I specialize in working with adults (ages 18-64) who are experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, social or family challenges, and difficulties adjusting to life changes. I also often work with people of color who want a safe space to discuss issues around race, culture, or other aspects of their identity/background.

Couples: I am TAKING Couples again. However only on Cash Pay basis. This is how it will work: You can schedule with me an hour consultation, you don't both have to be present, for this Consultation. From there we will meet 5 to 6 times for 1.5 hour sessions. It is very difficult to have Couples sessions within 60 min. The Cash pay is $300.00 for the 1.5 hour sessions. I understand the cost can be a deterrent in seeking help, however if you are both committed to doing the work 5 to 6 sessions should be productive and enough to see changes.
Individuals: Of course I am still taking individuals that are or are not in a relationship and need help. We were never taught how to be in a relationship of any kind. Yes there are tons of books of how to, however to put them to practical use can be very difficult. This can also relate to a relationship with a family member, friends or co-workers.
I am here to help with coping strategies for anxiety and depression symptoms or learning how to communicate more effectively with others.
For Clients that are insured by Kaiser: I will be confirming your appointment 48 hours before the appointment by email, please email me back with a confirmation. If you do not respond to my email I will cancel the appointment. I am sorry to have to do this, however I have had an excessive amount of no shows. Thank you for understanding.

Maybe you’re navigating the emotional roller coaster of fertility treatment, holding onto hope while also feeling anxious, frustrated, exhausted, or heartbroken. Maybe you’re pregnant and feeling overwhelmed by all the “what ifs,” or struggling with the fact that pregnancy isn’t feeling the way you imagined it would. Maybe you’re postpartum and trying to find your footing while adjusting to life as a new version of yourself.
Whatever season you’re in, you don’t have to carry it all alone. I’m here to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can talk about the things that are hard, messy, complicated, or even difficult to put into words. They say it takes a village to raise a family let me be part of yours.
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, infertility, pre- and postpartum challenges, substance use, and the unique experiences of first responders, active military, and veterans. Through my work in private practice, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and hospitals, I’ve learned that everyone’s journey is different and that healing happens when we feel truly understood and supported.
In our sessions, I take a collaborative and empowering approach. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, uncover your inner strengths, and build tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, one that honors your story, celebrates your resilience, and helps you move toward lasting growth and balance.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, healing from trauma, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you. You deserve to feel grounded, hopeful, and at peace — and I’d be honored to support you on that path.
The most important relationship you have is the one with yourself. Therapy is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with who you are, and create meaningful change in your life. I believe that every person’s story deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and understanding.

Hi, I’m Kristen Levin, LCSW. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and holding everything together isn’t always easy. If you’re going through a challenging season, feeling stuck, or simply needing space to focus on yourself, therapy can offer support, clarity, and relief.
My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while gently guiding, supporting, and challenging them when helpful.
I strive to create a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment where you can openly express yourself, process emotions, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self. Together, we work toward meaningful change and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping children and families learn how to build healthier relationships within themselves and with others. I earned my Masters in Science, in Counseling Psychology. I have worked with families for the last 12 years in a school setting, and community setting. I learned to work with the family in their homes and collaborate with community resources to maintain family cohesiveness. I provide psychoeducation on social-emotional skills and help facilitate between parents, school staff and clinician teams to ensure the child client needs are being met. I look forward to working with you.
I run Unscripted Therapy, a practice focused on helping people break out of stuck patters.
I work with individuals who are tired of having the same conversations and somehow ending up right back where they started. Whether it’s anxiety, stress, or relationship patterns that keep repeating, something isn’t working—and at this point, that’s pretty clear.
My approach is direct, collaborative, and focused on actually changing what’s not working. I’m not going to just sit there nodding while you vent and then ask how that made you feel for the tenth time. We’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck and start doing something different about it.
Therapy with me is honest, practical, and yes—sometimes a little blunt. But it’s also real. If you’re looking for something that actually helps you move forward (not just talk about why you’re stuck), we’ll probably be a good fit.
Please note: Insurance is accepted for individual therapy only. Couples and family therapy are private pay and are not billed through insurance.

Hi, I'm Jason Markel, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and struggles with self-worth.
Many of the people I work with have spent years taking care of others, second-guessing themselves, or trying to meet expectations that don't truly fit who they are. They often feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, understand what's holding you back, and begin creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I believe lasting change happens when people feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences without judgment. Together, we'll work to build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and help you move toward the life you want rather than the life you feel obligated to live.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity questions, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your daily life.

You may be used to being the person others rely on, the one who keeps things moving and pushes through even when you feel anxious, exhausted, or unsure of yourself. Perhaps your mind rarely slows down, you are hard on yourself when something goes wrong, or experiences from the past continue to affect your relationships and how you feel about yourself. You may know that something needs to change but feel unsure where to begin.
I’m Alessandra, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, and the pressure of holding everything together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. Together, we can slow things down, understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and work toward helping you feel more grounded, trust yourself, and make room for your own needs.
Hi, I’m Ariel Black, a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed inner child work for high-functioning adults.
I help people who often appear competent and composed on the outside, but carry invisible emotional wounds from childhood — including experiences of parentification, emotional neglect, or growing up too fast.
My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we’ll gently explore the emotional patterns that were once necessary for survival but now feel limiting, confusing, or exhausting. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to understand why they still feel disconnected, overly responsible, or emotionally stuck — despite doing “all the right things.”
I offer a warm, depth-oriented space where we can work at your pace. Healing doesn’t mean blaming the past — it means making sense of it so you can move forward with more freedom, self-compassion, and clarity in your relationships.
I understand that it can be nerve wracking or anxiety provoking to start something new so if you would like to read more about my practice and clinical background, feel free to check out the link to my website below:

You don’t have to have it all figured out, let’s figure it out together. I’m a Latina therapist who supports adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and major life changes. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel safe to open up and be yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build tools to manage life’s ups and downs, and help you move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to who you are.
