Greetings,
Life can be confusing, relationships can be stressful, and the present can make you feel anxious or depressed. Sometimes a painful past can surface into the moment, especially when situations are difficult or when you are experiencing major change. During these periods your mood and thoughts can be affected in negative ways. When you are feeling alone, disconnected, or confused, talking things through can make all the difference.
I work with anyone struggling to find joy, peace, and fulfillment. I offer a safe, inviting space for you to share thoughts and feelings, to vent, to feel heard, and to reorient to meaning. Please allow me to assist you finding relief and clarity. I will meet you where you are at and welcome you. I address healing on multiple levels of the body-mind connection with a focus on the notion that caring about something or someone along with experiencing meaning can counterbalance the effects of hurt, a disturbing past, or a present stressful situation or transition.
I have more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate major change and transition, gain closure, and create new beginnings. I apply interventions from a mind-body-being perspective and assess current life stressors to distinguish between situational mood and thought disturbances from those enduring and a consequence of previous hurt or trauma.

Many of my clients are successful, self-aware, and driven - but struggle with burnout, relationship patterns, or a constant sense of pressure they can’t turn off. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a first-generation Xicana. A lot of the women I work with grew up being the strong one in their family. The one who holds everything together, carries the expectations, and rarely had space to focus on their own needs.
I understand how complicated family, culture, and identity can be. Many of my clients are navigating the pressure of being first-generation, setting boundaries with family, healing from past experiences, or trying to break patterns that have been passed down for years.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from traumatic experiences. In our work together, we move beyond simply talking about the problem. We focus on helping your nervous system release what it has been carrying so you can move forward with more clarity, freedom, and self-trust.
*I've chosen to center my practice on the healing needs of women and the LGBTQIA+ community. I do not currently work with cisgender men, minors, or court-involved clients in order to preserve alignment with my clinical roots*
Asking for help is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. Life can be stressful, and you can feel pulled in many different directions.
Being an African American man growing up in Los Angeles, I have faced my share of challenges and obstacles and when stress sets in, I understand that even the smallest pebble can feel like a major Boulder. I come from a traditional family where men and oftentimes women are discouraged from seeking help to deal with life's struggles and stresses. I aim to fill that void and change that narrative.
I empower Men, Women and Families to seek to understand their struggles, anxieties and life challenges and to overcome them.
Hello, my name is Megan. I appreciate you taking the leap to want to do something different in your life. I know how hard talking about some of these big life issues can be like the death of our person, living through the struggle of infertility and acknowledging the weight of our anxiety is too much. Sometimes, we are stuck in our loop and yet, we do not have the perspective how to shift the big feelings to make you start to feel better.
In the beginning of working together, I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story. Everyone arrives wanting a witness to their grieving at different stages of their process. Your relationship is to different each person had a different relationship to their person. I believe the importance of listening to what is said in the room or what is not said. Many times we are not able to verbalize our pain of trying to live without our person. I think a very necessary part to our healing is to be witnessed by another. My goal is to always create safety in the room. I am a fairly transparent therapist sharing sometimes my personal journey to connect and help clients realize they are not alone in their pain.
I look forward to joining you in your healing journey.

I’ve worked in various roles in the mental health field since 1991 and have been a practicing clinician since 2012. My approach is genuine and authentic, warm and welcoming. I hope to help others appreciate what is sometimes the absurdity and incongruity of life's situations. It’s good to laugh, to have joy, appreciate what is better. GROW is secondary employment, and during the day I work for a county mental health plan delivering complex interventions for youth, families, and adults. On this platform I offer time in the evenings.
Welcome! I’m Corrine. Therapy can feel intimidating, but it also offers the opportunity for profound growth and transformation. Together, we’ll create a supportive, collaborative space to explore patterns and beliefs that shape your relationships and responses in life. By connecting past experiences to present behaviors, we’ll uncover what no longer serves you and work toward healing the roots of anxiety, depression, or trauma. My goal is to help you build healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and feel empowered to live with clarity and confidence.
I am shaped by lived experience, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the therapy relationship. I help clients explore patterns, meaning, and emotional experiences in a safe, collaborative space. I believe healing happens when people feel understood, empowered, and free to grow at their own pace.
I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that honors resilience, complexity, and the client’s innate capacity for healing.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who is passionate about supporting adults heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, as well as self-esteem and relationship challenges. I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies' Community Mental Health program, and have years of experience working with children and families impacted by systemic issues, trauma, and chronic stress. My experiences navigating cultures and identities, and my ongoing work with multicultural individuals and families, have given me an understanding of cultural humility that informs how I relate to each person's unique perspective. With a client-centered, compassionate, and culturally-responsive lens, my work weaves psychodynamics and attachment theory, as well as mindfulness and somatic awareness to help encourage insight, self-compassion, and a stronger, more flexible center within oneself.
Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or just not ok. Are you overwhelmed trying to manage life's ebbs and flows? Do you have repetitious thoughts despite efforts to push them aside? Living with uncertainty while experiencing so many different feelings can be exhausting. I offer culturally sensitive services to clients of all socioeconomic backgrounds and abilities in a respectful, safe, supportive space.
Together, we will work to identify your presenting concerns and the internalized belief systems impacting how you address your them. Approaches designed to meet your specific needs, will be drawn from psychodynamic, art, mindfulness and somatic modalities.
I hope my supportive, non-judgemental, and warm approach will support your work in clarifying goals and gaining insights and skills to reach them.
Welcome, you are in the right place and a brighter future begins today. I am here to partner with you and assist you in building the future you desire. I have two decades of experience providing therapy support to individuals. My approach to therapy is warm, humanistic, and person-centered. We will begin by creating a secure and safe place to begin to explore and create small tests of change. My work comes from a whole person lens, recognizing the importance of mind, body, and spirit, while using techniques from Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, and Integrative psychotherapy.
My work is tailored to meet your individual needs, whether they stem from women's issues, relationship problems, grief, trauma, depression, stress, or anxiety. We will begin the journey to whole-person wellness, one step at a time so that you have an increased understanding, along with additional tools to cope and create change while building an increased sense of well-being and self-compassion. This process is nonjudgemental and will create a strong container developed from trust and unconditional positive regard that you will experience blossoming in your other relationships. Thank you and I look forward to starting this journey together. All my best, Carla
My passion is people and I am most curious about what makes us who we are. I have been in the field of mental health for 20 years and I have worked with an array of clients. The most effective work comes from those clients that are not afraid to be vulnerable, to self reflect and to do the work.
I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who offers a warm, grounded space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and create meaningful change. My style is relational and attachment-informed—meaning we pay attention to patterns that show up in relationships, and how earlier experiences may shape the way you cope, connect, or protect yourself today. I’m also strengths-based and practical: we’ll build on what’s already working while using CBT tools to reduce overwhelm, challenge unhelpful thought loops, and practice skills that support steadier mood, boundaries, and healthier relationships.
The impact my clients often experience is feeling more emotionally stable and confident in themselves, with a clearer understanding of their triggers and patterns. Over time, many people report improved self-compassion, stronger communication, more secure attachment in relationships, and an increased ability to tolerate difficult emotions without shutting down or spiraling. My goal is for you to leave therapy with both deeper insight and real-life tools so you can feel more connected, empowered, and able to live with authenticity and intention.
I have been practicing in the fields of trauma healing, addiction, grief and life transitions for over thirty years. I began my work with the Visiting Nurses Association in Hospice programs educating clinicians on understanding the process of grief and the life transition facing those left behind. I began working with addiction and sobriety, and am the co-founder of an intensive outpatient program treating co-ocurring disorders. I also became the Clinical Director of a somatic trauma healing intensive outpatient program where I had the pleasure to run the program but also supervise the brilliant therapists treating our clients. I have always incorporate my extensive knowledge of trauma healing with those who have been using maladaptive behaviors to try unsuccessfully to manage tremendous pain. The underlying pain requires gentle, holistic attention to move through the process, to make changes in the neural pathways and allow the client to begin a true healing process.
I am excited to be back in private practice where I can devote my time in helping my clients make the changes necessary to have a more fulfilling and healthier life.

Welcome! I'm Annemarie and I would love to be your guide on your journey toward peace and self-discovery. Seeking support is such a huge step and often times a difficult one to take. But here you are! Now that the difficult part is behind you, let's talk about how I can help.
Over the last 6 years, I have worked with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges which include depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and life transitions.
During our sessions, you can expect compassion and collaboration. Ours will be a non-judgmental, safe space where you can learn and practice evidence-based strategies to assist you with your challenges.
I’m a clinical psychologist (PhD) licensed in CA and OH, offering warm, depth-oriented individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions (e.g., starting a new career, college, empty-nest, break-ups), social and familial relationship challenges, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, depression, and low self-esteem. I take a collaborative, insight-focused approach, helping clients approach their experiences with non-judgmental curiosity as they explore patterns, build self-awareness, understand and become more comfortable with their emotions, and work through past hurts. Together, we foster confidence, connection, values-driven action, personalized boundaries, and lasting well-being in personal, social, and professional areas of life.
My career as a classroom teacher, assistant principal and university professor served me well in my current practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Doctorate in Education/Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a university professor, I became the Multiple Subject Program Director, Graduate Reading Director, and Supervisor of Student Teachers with both national and international publications.
