My treatment methods

Brainspotting

I recently got trained in Brainspotting. This intervention has proven to be effective at addressing and processing trauma.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using CBT for the past fifteen years. It has helped many of my clients identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they affect one another. We then use this information to change thinking patterns.

EMDR

I recently got trained in EMDR. This intervention has proven to be effective at addressing and processing trauma.

Gender-affirming therapy

I have used Gender-affirming therapy. I used this therapy form for the last 10 years to provide support to gender nonbinary, transgender and other members of the LGBTQ community.

Motivational Interviewing

I have been using Motivational Interviewing for the last 10 years. It has helped clients address substance use and misuse. This then helps create short and long-term goals.
